Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electromagnetic compatibility testing, in particular to a device for an electromagnetic compatibility radiation immunity test of an electronic thermometer.
Background
With the development of science and technology, electronic technology gradually develops to aspects of high frequency, high speed, high precision, high reliability, high sensitivity, high integration and the like, and the problem of electromagnetic compatibility of electric and electronic equipment is increasingly prominent, and is highly valued by governments of various countries, and more electromagnetic compatibility instructions, specifications and standards are gradually brought out and forced execution is required. Electromagnetic compatibility refers to the ability of a device or system to operate satisfactorily in its electromagnetic environment without intolerable electromagnetic interference to any device in its environment. Thus, electromagnetic compatibility includes two requirements: on one hand, electromagnetic interference generated by equipment on the environment in the normal operation process cannot exceed a certain limit value; on the other hand, the device has a certain degree of immunity, namely electromagnetic sensitivity, to electromagnetic interference existing in the environment.
In the electromagnetic compatibility test, the electromagnetic sensitivity of the equipment is evaluated by an immunity test, the main method of the immunity test is to select proper severity level according to the electromagnetic environment condition of the equipment and the measures taken by a user on the equipment, test according to the related test method, and finally evaluate whether the test result is qualified according to the qualification judgment condition proposed by the product standard. This is where immunity testing differs from other tests primarily, whereas radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity testing is an essential one of the electromagnetic compatibility immunity tests. Most electronic equipment is subject to electromagnetic radiation in certain situations, such as small hand-held transceivers for operation, maintenance and security personnel, fixed radio broadcasts, transmitters for television stations, vehicle radio transmitters, and various industrial electromagnetic sources, which are frequently generated by these conventional use transmitters. The test of the radiation immunity of the radio frequency electromagnetic field is to test the immunity of the equipment to electromagnetic radiation disturbance when the equipment is in the radio frequency electromagnetic field of the required frequency range and test grade.
In the radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity test, whether the test result is qualified or not is evaluated according to the accuracy or error range of technical indexes in the technical requirements of products. For products such as electronic thermometers, the technical index is the accuracy of the measured temperature. At present, in the radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity test of the anechoic chamber, the continuous work of the electronic thermometer is difficult to ensure, and the working condition and the measurement accuracy of the electronic thermometer cannot be observed in the whole radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity test, which is not beneficial to judging the test result. On the one hand, the general working display temperature range of the electronic thermometer is 32-43 ℃, when the temperature exceeds the range, the real-time temperature cannot be displayed, low or high is displayed, the electronic thermometer is started to measure the temperature, if the temperature measured by the electronic thermometer is constant for a maximum period of time, the time is generally 15-20 s, and then the electronic thermometer is automatically turned off; on the other hand, the radio-frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity test of the electronic thermometer is carried out in an anechoic chamber with the grade of 3V/m, and a test staff cannot be exposed in the anechoic chamber to operate the electronic thermometer.
