Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of civil aircraft temperature and altitude test devices, and discloses a wheel temperature-altitude test device and a using method thereof, wherein the device is used on a tire wheel assembly, and comprises the following components: the cover plate, the fixed shaft and the support; wherein, the support is provided with a groove and a support post; the cover plate is provided with a through hole; the fixed shaft is disposed within the groove and the fixed shaft passes through a central bore of the tire wheel assembly; the cover plate is fixed on the support column so as to solve the problem that a large load test bed in the prior art cannot be placed in a temperature-height test box.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of civil aircraft temperature and altitude test devices, and particularly relates to a wheel temperature-altitude test device and a using method thereof.
Background
Currently, for a certain airplane environment test requirement, wheels need to be tested according to chapter 4 temperature-altitude related regulations in RTCA/DO-160G (airborne equipment environment condition and test program), wherein the equipment category is B2. According to the test requirements, the performance of the airplane wheel is verified by keeping the airplane wheel to work under certain temperature and air pressure conditions. Since the wheels are mounted on the landing gear for support, taxiing, turning and braking, the wheels being in operation means that they are subjected to a certain load. Meanwhile, because the airplane wheel bears a large load, a load test bed (a power test bed or a static test bed) which is required to be used for applying the load at ordinary times belongs to large-scale equipment, cannot be placed in a temperature-height test box, cannot meet the requirements of temperature and air pressure, and cannot simulate a temperature-height test scene.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a wheel temperature-height testing apparatus and a method for using the same, so as to solve the problem that a large load testing platform cannot be placed in a temperature-height testing chamber in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme.

a wheel temperature-height test apparatus for use on a tire wheel assembly, the apparatus comprising: the cover plate, the fixed shaft and the support;
wherein, the support is provided with a groove and a support post;
the cover plate is provided with a through hole;
the fixed shaft is disposed within the groove and the fixed shaft passes through a central bore of the tire wheel assembly;
the cover plate is fixed on the support column.

(1) the device further comprises: a nut; the cover plate is fixed on the support column through a nut.
(2) The support is provided with four pillars, and the cover plate is provided with four through holes;
the cover plate is fixed on the four support columns through four nuts.
(3) The cover plate, the nut, the fixing shaft and the support are all made of stainless steel materials.
(4) The stationary shaft is in close engagement with the central bore of the tire wheel assembly.
(5) The fixed shaft has a shape and size that matches the groove on the support.
The second technical scheme is as follows:

The technical scheme of the invention provides a test device capable of applying load to a certain airplane wheel in a test box providing certain temperature and air pressure.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a test apparatus capable of applying a load to a certain wheel in a test chamber providing a certain temperature and air pressure, as shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the novel test fixture mainly comprises 4 parts: the cover plate 1, the nut 2, the shaft 3 and the support 4.
The novel test tool is made of stainless steel, and can meet the temperature requirement and strength requirement in the test. The shaft 3 is first threaded through the wheel and tire assembly, mounted in the mount 4, the cover plate 1 is then mounted on the mount 4 and finally secured with the nut 2. The cover plate 1 moves downwards by screwing 4 nuts 2 to apply load to the assembly of the tire and the wheel until the preset tire compression amount is reached, and finally the tool and the product are put into a test box together for testing.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a use method of the wheel temperature-height test device, the use method is applied to the device, and the use method comprises the following steps:
the fixed shaft penetrates through a central hole of the tire wheel assembly and is fixedly installed in the support;
mounting the cover plate on the support of the support;
applying a load to the tire and wheel assembly to a predetermined amount of tire compression;
the tire wheel assembly is placed into a test chamber with the test apparatus for a wheel temperature-height test.
