Abstract
The invention discloses a recyclable lifting device of a refrigerator shelf, and relates to the technical field of refrigerators. The invention comprises a fixed seat; at least one support column is vertically fixed on the fixed seat; a lifting seat is axially and slidably arranged on the supporting column; a refrigerator partition frame is fixed on one side surface of the lifting seat; a first gear and a second gear meshed with the first gear are arranged between the fixed seat and the lifting seat; the first gear is rotatably arranged on the fixed seat through an eccentrically arranged first rotating shaft; the second gear is rotatably arranged on the lifting seat through an eccentrically arranged second rotating shaft. The refrigerator partition frame on the lifting seat is driven by the eccentric gear set to realize lifting action, so that the problem of more electronic components can be effectively solved, meanwhile, the shelf can be circularly lifted, and the refrigerator partition frame has higher market application value.

Furthermore, a driving motor is fixedly arranged on an outer side wall of the fixed seat; and the output end of the driving motor is connected with one end of the first rotating shaft.
Furthermore, the lifting seat is of a rectangular shell structure with the upper end and the lower end both of which are of open structures; the second gear and the second rotating shaft are arranged in the lifting seat.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the refrigerator partition frame on the lifting seat is driven by the eccentric gear set to realize lifting action, so that the problem of more electronic components can be effectively solved, and meanwhile, the shelf can be circularly lifted; moreover, the recyclable lifting device can be used as an independent part for component supply, can simplify the installation process and has higher market application value.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the invention relates to a circulating lifting device of a refrigerator shelf, which comprises a refrigerator controller and a fixed seat 1; the refrigerator controller is the original controller of the refrigerator, which belongs to the prior art; the fixed seat 1 is a rectangular shell structure with the upper end and the lower end both of which are open structures, the rectangular shell structure is flat, and one opposite side edge of the rectangular shell structure is provided with a supporting sleeve; a support column 2 is vertically fixed on each of the two support sleeves of the fixed seat 1; a lifting seat 3 is axially and slidably arranged on the supporting column 2; the lifting seat 3 is a rectangular shell structure with the upper end and the lower end both being open structures, the rectangular shell structure is flat, and one opposite side edge of the rectangular shell structure is provided with a guide sleeve; the two guide sleeves correspond to the two support columns 2 one by one, and the support columns 2 are inserted into the guide sleeves in a sliding manner; a refrigerator partition frame 4 is fixed on one side surface of the lifting seat 3;
a first gear 5 and a second gear 6 meshed with the first gear 5 are arranged between the fixed seat 1 and the lifting seat 3; the first gear 5 is rotatably mounted on the fixed seat 1 through an eccentrically arranged first rotating shaft 7, namely, the first rotating shaft 7 is fixedly inserted at the edge of the first gear 5; the first rotating shaft 7 is rotatably connected with the fixed seat 1; the first gear 5 and the first rotating shaft 7 are both arranged in the fixed seat 1; a driving motor 9 is fixedly arranged on one outer side wall of the fixed seat 1; the output end of the driving motor 9 is connected with one end of the first rotating shaft 7; the driving motor 9 is electrically connected with the refrigerator controller; the second gear 6 is rotatably arranged on the lifting seat 3 through an eccentrically arranged second rotating shaft 8, namely, the second rotating shaft 8 is rotatably inserted at the edge of the second gear 6; the second rotating shaft 8 is fixedly connected with the lifting seat 3; the second gear 6 and the second rotating shaft 8 are both arranged inside the lifting seat 3.
When the driving motor 9 rotates, the driving motor is transmitted to the first gear 5 through the first rotating shaft 7 to drive the first gear 5 to rotate, so that the second gear 6 rotates, the first gear 5 and the second gear 6 rotate, the distance between the first rotating shaft 7 and the second rotating shaft 8 is changed, the second gear 6 is promoted to lift along the supporting column 2, and the refrigerator partition frame 4 is lifted; meanwhile, only the unidirectional rotation of the output shaft of the driving motor 9 is needed, and the circulating lifting of the refrigerator separation frame 4 can be realized. The recyclable lifting device can be used as an independent part for component supply, and the installation process can be simplified.
The whole lifting device belongs to a modular structure, can be used independently or in combination of two or more; the whole lifting device is fixed on the inner container of the refrigerator, and is arranged on two side surfaces of the inner container, the back surface of the inner container or two ends of the back surface of the inner container.

at least one supporting column (2) is vertically fixed on the fixed seat (1); a lifting seat (3) is axially and slidably arranged on the supporting column (2); a refrigerator partition frame (4) is fixed on one side surface of the lifting seat (3);
a first gear (5) and a second gear (6) meshed with the first gear (5) are arranged between the fixed seat (1) and the lifting seat (3); the first gear (5) is rotatably arranged on the fixed seat (1) through an eccentrically arranged first rotating shaft (7); the second gear (6) is rotatably arranged on the lifting seat (3) through an eccentrically arranged second rotating shaft (8).
2. A refrigerator shelf circulating lifting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing base (1) is a rectangular shell structure with open structure at both upper and lower ends; the first gear (5) and the first rotating shaft (7) are arranged inside the fixed seat (1).
