In the specific installation process, the installation process of the decorative lamp group is as follows: as shown in fig. 3, a decorative panel 100 is selected, and a mounting hole 110 is provided inside the panel 100, wherein a plurality of U-shaped notches 120 are uniformly arranged inside the mounting hole 110 (the arrangement number of the U-shaped notches 120 is determined according to the diameter of the mounting hole 110); next, as shown in fig. 2, a decoration 200 is selected, the decoration 200 is a transparent or semitransparent member made of a polyamic acid ester material, wherein the decoration 200 includes a display portion 210 and a connecting end, the connecting end specifically includes a groove 220 and a rib 230, an operator aligns the rib 230 in the mounting hole 110, presses down the display portion 210 of the decoration 200 with force, at this time, the engaging portion 130 in the mounting hole 110 is deformed due to stress concentration, so that the rib 230 can pass through the mounting hole 110, after the rib 230 passes through the mounting hole 110, the engaging portion 130 which is elastically deformed before returns to an original state due to the effect of its elastic recovery capability, and at this time, the engaging portion 130 is engaged in the groove 220 of the decoration 200, thereby achieving connection and fixation of the decoration 200 and the panel 100.
After the decoration 200 is combined with the panel 100, the assembled whole body is turned over to the other side (as shown in fig. 4), a mounting groove 140 surrounded by a plurality of ribs is preset on the side, and an operator can see the connection end of the decoration 200 protruding out of the panel 100 after mounting in the space surrounded by the mounting groove 140, wherein the convex rib 230 integrally protrudes out of the mounting hole 110, at this time, a prefabricated foam ring 300 is sleeved on the convex rib 230 (as shown in fig. 5), because the foam ring 300 is made of a material with certain elasticity, and the length of the inner diameter of the foam ring 300 is smaller than the length of the diameter of the convex rib 230, the foam ring 300 can be stably fixed on the convex rib 230, on the other hand, the width of the foam ring 300 is larger than the length of the U-shaped notch 120 in the mounting hole 110, so as to realize a shielding effect on the U-shaped notch 120 in the mounting hole 110, so as to avoid that when the lamp panel 400 emits light, the light penetrates through the U-shaped notch for scattering, and the light-emitting effect of the decorative lamp set is influenced when a user watches the decorative lamp set.
After the convex rib 230 is installed, as shown in fig. 6, an installer installs the prefabricated lamp panel 400 in the installation groove 140, the shape of the lamp panel 400 is adapted to the shape of the installation groove 140, and the lamp panel 400 is rounded at three corners, and one corner is a right-angled rectangular shape, in the installation process, only one right angle exists, so that only one installation mode exists, the occurrence of the situation that the installer installs the lamp panel 400 reversely is greatly reduced, in the installation process of the lamp panel 400, the connection circuit 410 preset in the lamp panel 400 penetrates out of the wire outlet 141 preset in the installation groove 140, so as to lay the connection circuit 410, wherein the opening width of the wire outlet 141 is greater than the diameter length of the connection circuit 410, so as to ensure that the connection circuit 410 is arranged in the wire outlet 141 all the time.
Finally, as shown in fig. 7, the light-shielding sheet 500 is covered and installed above the installation groove 140, wherein the light-shielding sheet 500 is adhesively connected with the lamp panel 400 by coating an adhesive, and meanwhile, the light-shielding sheet 500 is also adhesively connected with the upper plane of the installation groove 140 and the structure of the panel 100 at the same height as the installation groove 140, thereby realizing the fixation of the light-shielding sheet 500. After the light shielding sheet 500 is installed, the installation process of the decorative lamp set of the present invention is achieved, and in the actual use process, the carrier of the assembled decorative lamp set is the panel 100, so that in the process of assembling the decorative lamp set to the flat tv, the panel 100 with the lamp set assembly is directly installed at the predetermined installation position of the flat tv, and then the connection circuit 410 is communicated with the power supply, so that the light emission of the lamp panel 400 can be achieved.
After connecting circuit 410 and lamp plate 400 communicate, when opening the power supply, lamp plate 400 begins to give out light, the light that lamp plate 400 gived off is partly blockked by bubble cotton ring 300 and panel 100 structure, be located mounting hole 110 relative position, the light that lamp plate 400 gived off sees through decoration 200, from the display portion 210 scattering play of decoration 200, make the user can observe the light efficiency effect after lamp plate 400 light and decoration 200 stack in one side of display portion 210, thereby improve user's use impression.
