Detailed Description
The invention is further described below by means of specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, a spray head mounting structure includes a spray head 20 and at least one elastic band 30. The spray head 20 is positioned on the mounting hole 40, and a groove 24 is formed on the spray head 20; the elastic belt 30 is arranged on the spray head 20 in a penetrating way and is provided with a buckle head 31, and the buckle head 31 is embedded in the groove 24; the elastic belt 30 is pulled to enable the buckle head 31 to be separated from the groove 24 and clamped between the inner side of the mounting hole 40 and the spray head 20, so that locking is achieved.
The spray pipe 10 is also provided, and the spray head 20 is provided with a through spray nozzle which is communicated with the spray pipe 10 and can be used for spraying liquid or foam and the like. The nozzle 10 has one end connected to the spray head 20 and the other end connected to the foaming device inside the toilet bowl, and the nozzle 10 may be a hose, and the spray head mounting structure may be applied to other devices having spray heads, not limited thereto.
Further, a fixing member 50 is provided, which is locked between the nozzle 20 and the spout 10, and the fixing member 50 may be a nut or other suitable structure. Specifically, one end of the spray pipe 10 is sleeved outside the corresponding end of the spray head 20, and the fixing piece 50 is sleeved outside the sleeved part of the spray pipe and the corresponding end and is in threaded connection with the spray head 20 to realize locking.
Further, the nozzle 20 is provided with a buckle 21, the elastic band 30 is provided with a tooth 32, and the buckle 21 is engaged with the tooth 32 on one side. The unidirectional movement of the elastic band 30 relative to the fastening strip 21 is achieved by this single-sided engagement. The unidirectional direction may be in one direction along the axis of the spray head 20, inwardly or outwardly relative to the mounting hole 40, as desired, preferably outwardly along the axis.
In the present invention, the manner of realizing the unidirectional movement between the elastic band 30 and the nozzle 20 is not limited thereto, and the elastic band 30 may be provided with the fastening strip 21, the mounting hole 40 may be provided with the tooth portion 32, and the fastening strip 21 may be engaged with the tooth portion 32 on one side.
Specifically, the tooth portion 32 includes a plurality of ratchet teeth 33, one side of the ratchet teeth 33 is provided with an engagement surface 34, the other side is provided with an inclined surface 35, and the fastening strip 21 is correspondingly provided with the engagement surface 34 and the inclined surface 35. When the elastic band 30 is pulled outward, the inclined surface 35 of the buckle 21 contacts with the inclined surface 35 of the ratchet 33, so that the pulling operation in this direction is smoothly performed. When the elastic band 30 is pulled inward, the engagement surface 34 of the buckle 21 contacts with the engagement surface 34 of the ratchet 33, and the pulling operation in this direction cannot be performed, and the elastic band 30 does not move.
Further, a flange 22 is formed to extend outwards at one end of the nozzle 20, and the flange 22 abuts against the outer side of the mounting hole 40, which can play a limiting role. Specifically, a buckling strip 21 extending along the axial direction is arranged on one side of the flange 22, a through hole 23 is arranged between the buckling strip 21 and the nozzle 20, and the elastic belt 30 penetrates through the through hole 23. When the nozzle 20 is mounted on the mounting hole 40, the fastening strip 21 is located in the mounting hole 40, that is, the outer diameter of the nozzle 20 (excluding the flange 22) is smaller than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 40, and a space for the fastening head 31 to be fastened is formed between the inner wall of the mounting hole 40 and the outer wall of the nozzle 20.
The groove 24 of the invention is provided with a first guide surface 25, the buckle 31 is correspondingly provided with a second guide surface 36, the first guide surface 25 and the second guide surface 36 are matched and extend obliquely along the pulling direction of the elastic belt 30, and when the elastic belt 30 is pulled, the buckle 31 can be smoothly separated from the groove 24 due to the action of the oblique surface.
The elastic band 30 of the present invention has a certain elasticity and can be deformed by an external force. When the clasp head 31 is clamped between the nozzle 20 and the mounting hole 40, the nozzle 20 is locked. The exposed portion of the elastic band 30 may be cut off so that one end thereof is flush with the spraying end of the spray head 20.
In practical application, the grooves 24 on the spray head 20 may be annular grooves or a plurality of grooves, the number of the elastic belts 30 may be one integral or more than two independent elastic belt structures, the number of the buckling strips 21 is the same as or different from the number of the elastic belts 30, and the spray head 20 may be preferably designed according to practical situations and comprises two elastic belts 30, the spray head 20 is correspondingly provided with two buckling strips 21, the two buckling strips 21 and the two elastic belts 30 are in one-to-one correspondence, and are respectively positioned at two sides of the pipe body.
The invention also provides a toilet with the spray head, which comprises a toilet body, wherein the toilet body is provided with the mounting hole and the spray head mounting structure. A foaming device, etc. is also provided, which is connected to the other end of the nozzle 10.
The invention also provides a spray head installation method, taking a toilet with a spray head as an example, comprising the following steps: fixing the spray head 20 at one end of the spray pipe 10; at least one elastic belt 30 is arranged, can be unidirectionally movably penetrated on the spray head 20, and the elastic belt 30 is pulled to enable the buckle head 31 of the elastic belt to be embedded in the groove 24 of the spray head 20; referring to fig. 7, the spout 10 is inserted into the mounting hole 40 from outside to inside until the flange 22 of the spray head 20 abuts against the toilet flushing surface (outside of the mounting hole 40), see fig. 8 to 10; one hand is pressed against the flange 22, the other hand pulls the elastic band 30 outwards, so that the buckling head 31 is separated from the groove 24 until the elastic band 30 is not moved, the buckling head 31 is clamped between the inner side of the mounting hole 40 and the spray head 20, see fig. 11 and 12, at the moment, the buckling strip 21 buckles the ratchet 33, the spray head 20 is locked on the mounting hole 40, finally, the extra exposed part of the elastic band 30 is cut off by a sharp tool, and the cut end is flush with the spraying end of the spray head 20, see fig. 13.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of specific embodiments of the present invention, but the design concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any insubstantial modification of the present invention by using the design concept shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
