Abstract
A pipe buckle component and brush ring water pipe fixing structure is used for locking a pipe body and comprises a buckle body, a locking piece and a sleeve body; the buckle body is sleeved outside the pipe body and is internally provided with an extrusion surface; the locking piece is provided with a spring arm, and the end part of the spring arm is inserted into the buckle body; the sleeve body is detachably connected with one end of the buckle body, and the sleeve body can be controlled to push the elastic arm to cling to the extrusion surface so as to hold the pipe body tightly. The invention can achieve the purpose of blind installation, has convenient detection and confirmation, saves time and greatly reduces the reworking probability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bathroom, in particular to a pipe buckle assembly and a brush ring water pipe fixing structure.
Background
The waterway of the traditional siphon type closestool is divided into a main flushing waterway and a brush ring waterway, wherein the main flushing waterway is used for flushing and discharging excrement, and the brush ring waterway is used for cleaning the bowl surface in the closestool and assisting the flushing function of the flushing waterway. The scouring potential energy of the two waterways is provided by the water storage of the water storage tank of the closestool.

1. the water outlet of the brush ring pipe must be sealed with the preformed hole of the ceramic body, otherwise, leakage is caused when a flushing waterway is blocked and the brush ring is sprayed, and leakage water flows to the ground of a toilet, so that user complains are caused;

The invention is further described below by means of specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, a pipe buckle assembly for locking a pipe body 50 mainly includes a locking member 20, a buckle body 10, a sleeve body 30, a pull buckle 40, and the like. The buckle body 10 is axially through, one end of the buckle body is provided with an internal thread, the other end of the buckle body is provided with two notches 11, the notches 11 extend along the axial direction, and the tail ends of two side walls of the notches 11 are provided with stop blocks 12. The spring arms 22 extend along the axial direction of the buckle body 10, gaps are arranged between adjacent spring arms 22, protrusions 23 extending outwards are arranged at the end parts of the spring arms 22, and check raised strips 24 are arranged on the inner sides of the spring arms 22. When the spring arm 22 is inserted into the buckle body 10, the baffle plate 21 is positioned on the step hole 15, and the bulge 23 is limited in the empty slot 13 of the buckle body 10. The check protrusions 24 extend in the radial direction and are inclined toward the sleeve 30.
The main body of the pull buckle 40 is sheet-shaped, and two pull lugs 41 extending in the axial direction of the buckle body 10 are provided on the outer periphery. The pull tab 41 is located outside the button body 10. One end of the pull lug 41 is located in the notch 11 and is limited between the stop block 12 and the baffle plate 21, and the other end of the pull lug 41 is provided with a hand grip part 42 extending outwards so as to facilitate hand grip operation.
The sleeve body 30 is detachably connected with one end of the buckle body 10, and the end part of the sleeve body 30 is provided with external threads. The end of the sleeve body 30 is inserted into one end of the buckle body 10 and can be controlled to rotate, and the bulge 23 of the spring arm 22 is pushed to be clung to the extrusion surface 14 so as to hug the pipe body 50, so that blind assembly, convenient detection and confirmation are realized, time is saved, and the rework rate is low. When the elastic arm 22 holds the pipe body 50 tightly, the control sleeve body 30 reversely rotates to leave the elastic arm 22, and then the pull buckle 40 is pulled to drive the locking piece 20 to move, so that the protrusion 23 leaves the extrusion surface 14 to release the pipe body 50, and the pipe body is convenient to detach and provides great convenience for after-sale maintenance.
The detachable connection mode between the buckle body 10 and the sleeve body 30 is not unique, and the detachable connection mode can be common detachable connection modes such as a buckle connection mode besides threaded connection.
Based on this, the invention also provides a brush ring water pipe fixing structure, which comprises a pipe body 50 and a toilet body 60. The toilet body 60 is provided with mounting holes 61, and referring to fig. 8 to 11, may include two mounting holes 61, one 61 being located at the outside (on the flushing surface) and the other 61 being located at the inside (inside of the toilet). One end of the pipe body 50 sequentially passes through the outer mounting hole 61 and the inner mounting hole 61, and the other end is a spraying end 52, and the spraying end 52 is positioned outside the outer mounting hole 61. Each mounting hole 61 is provided with a gasket 51, and the gasket 51 is positioned between the mounting hole 61 and the pipe body 50 in a sleeved manner, thereby performing a sealing function.
The pipe body 50 is disassembled and assembled by adopting the pipe buckle assembly of the invention as follows:
when the pipe buckle assembly is installed, the sleeve body 30 and the buckle body 10 are not screwed tightly before being sleeved into the pipe body 50, and a certain gap, for example, 2-3mm is reserved. The installation steps are as follows:
the pipe buckle component is sleeved from one end (a non-spraying end 52) of the pipe body 50, and at the moment, the bulge 23 of the elastic arm 22 is not contacted with the pressing surface 14, so that the pipe buckle component can be pushed in along the pipe body 50 towards the spraying end 52 until the end part of the buckle body 10 is tightly propped against the sealing gasket 51; the tube body 50 is pulled taut with its spray end 52 sealed to the corresponding mounting hole 61. When the sleeve body 30 is controlled to rotate, the sleeve body 30 pushes the locking piece 20, the locking piece 20 pushes the pull buckle 40 to move together, in the moving process, the protrusion 23 of the elastic arm 22 moves along the extrusion surface 14, and the pipe body 50 is held tightly under the action of the extrusion surface 14 until the pull buckle 40 abuts against the stop block 12, at this time, the check protruding strips 24 clamp the pipe body 50, and the pipe buckle assembly can be prevented from loosening and backing out.
When the disassembly and assembly are carried out: when the control sleeve body 30 rotates in the opposite direction, the end part of the sleeve body 30 leaves the bulge 23 of the elastic arm 22, the hand-grabbing lug 41 moves towards the direction of the sleeve body 30, the locking piece 20 is pushed by the hand-grabbing lug 41 to move, the bulge 23 of the elastic arm 22 leaves the extrusion surface 14, the elastic arm 22 releases the pipe body 50, and the pipe buckle assembly can be directly detached.
