The upper surface of the second cover 221 is fixedly connected with a supporting plate 45 which is vertically and upwardly arranged, the upper end of the supporting plate 45 is fixedly connected with a clamping plate 46 which is vertically arranged on the supporting plate 45, and the clamping plate 46 is provided with a circular arc-shaped clamping groove 47 and the clamping groove 47 penetrates through one end, far away from the supporting plate 45, of the clamping plate 46.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, when the first conveying mechanism 21 and the second conveying mechanism 22 are in the unfolded state, the first driving motor 41 is started to rotate the connecting shaft 42 toward the engaging plate 46, the connecting shaft 42 rotates to drive the supporting shaft 43 and the supporting block 44 to rotate toward the engaging plate 46 until the supporting shaft 43 engages with the engaging groove 47, at this time, the supporting block 44 abuts against the lower surface of the engaging plate 46, the supporting block 44 gives a certain supporting force to the second conveying mechanism 22, so as to prevent the second conveying mechanism 22 from rotating downwards during the process of conveying the crushed stones by the first conveying mechanism 21 and the second conveying mechanism 22,
as shown in fig. 3, a great amount of dust may be generated during the process of broken stones falling from the conveyor 2 to the receiving vehicle from the second conveying mechanism 22, which may damage the surrounding environment, and the dust removing mechanism 5 is disposed at the end of the second conveying mechanism 22 far from the first conveying mechanism 21. The dust removing mechanism 5 comprises a water storage tank 51 fixedly connected with the upper surface of the second cover body 221, a water outlet pipe 52 made of soft material is fixedly connected with one surface of the water storage tank 51 far away from the first cover body 211, and a water pump 53 is installed on the water outlet pipe 52. One end of the water outlet pipe 52 far from the first water storage tank 51 is fixedly connected with a hard water spray pipe 54, and the side surface of the water spray pipe 54 is provided with a plurality of water spray holes 57 (see fig. 6). The water spray pipe 54 is made of hard material to control the direction of water spray.
As shown in fig. 3, a water inlet 55 is provided on the upper surface of the water storage tank 51, and a sealing plug 56 is fastened to the water inlet 55. When water needs to be stored in the water storage tank 51, the sealing plug 56 on the water inlet hole 55 is pulled off, and water enters the water storage tank 51 from the water inlet hole 55.
In the process that the broken stones on the second conveying mechanism 22 fall on the receiving vehicle, the water pump 53 is started, water in the water storage tank 51 is sprayed out from the water spraying holes 57 along the water outlet pipe 52 and the water spraying pipe 54, and the surrounding environment is subjected to dust reduction treatment.
As shown in fig. 3, a reciprocating mechanism 6 for controlling the horizontal reciprocation of the water spray pipe 54 is connected to the water spray pipe 54 to spray water to a larger area for dustfall in the dust removing mechanism 5. The reciprocating mechanism 6 comprises a second driving motor 61 fixedly connected with the upper surface of the second cover 221, a threaded rod 62 which is arranged in the horizontal direction far away from the first cover 211 is fixedly connected to the second driving motor 61, an installation block 63 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 62, and the lower surface of the installation block 63 is fixedly connected with the side surface of the water spray pipe 54. When the second driving motor 61 is started, the second driving motor 61 drives the threaded rod 62 to rotate in a reciprocating manner, the threaded rod 62 rotates in a reciprocating manner to drive the mounting block 63 and the water spraying pipe 54 to horizontally reciprocate along the direction of the guide rod 65, and at the moment, the water spraying pipe 54 can move in the horizontal direction to spray water, so that the water spraying area is increased.
As shown in fig. 3, a stopper 67 for limiting the detachment of the mounting block 63 from the threaded rod 62 is fixedly connected to an end of the threaded rod 62 away from the second driving motor 61. The end of the guide rod 65 remote from the receiving block 66 is fixedly connected with the stop 67.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when construction is required at a certain place, the first driving motor 41 is started to make the supporting shaft 43 separate from the clamping groove 47, then the air cylinder 31 is started to make the piston rod of the air cylinder 31 retract into the air cylinder 31, so that one side surface of the second cover body 221 completely contacts the lower surface of the first cover body 211, at this time, the locking block 83 is separated from the locking groove 84, the bent end 76 is separated from the long groove 74, and then the milling machine is transported to a construction place.
Then, the cylinder 31 is started to gradually extend the piston rod of the cylinder 31 out of the cylinder 31, so that one end of the second cover 221 abuts against one end of the first cover 211 far away from the milling machine body 1, at this time, the bending end 76 is clamped with the strip groove 74, the locking block 83 is clamped with the locking groove 84 to lock the bending end 76 and the bearing plate 73, and then the first driving motor 41 is started to clamp the supporting shaft 43 with the clamping groove 47. And then controlling the milling machine body 1 to excavate the asphalt pavement, enabling the broken stones to fall into a receiving vehicle positioned in front of the milling machine through the first conveying mechanism 21 and the second conveying mechanism 22, and simultaneously starting the water pump 53 and the second driving motor 61 to enable the water spray pipe 54 to reciprocate to spray water for dust reduction.
