Abstract

本发明提出一种三层复合人造草坪底布及其加工方法,所述草坪底布分为三层,其中,顶层为塑料编织层,中间层为无纺布层,底层为绒纤维层;所述草坪底布在生产时通过针刺技术使无纺布层中的无纺布纤维分别与塑料编织层中的塑料丝和绒纤维层中的绒纤维相互紧密交织,使得塑料编织层、无纺布层和绒纤维层固定在一起。本发明设计出的人造草坪底布便于背胶,可提高底布簇草丝的效率,底布本身结实程度更高,并进一步提高了人造草坪的质量。

一种三层复合人造草坪底布及其加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子塑料技术领域,尤其是一种三层复合人造草坪底布及其加工方法。
背景技术
塑料为人类生活带来了许多便利的同时也带来了很多污染,全球只有极少占比的塑料得到回收,大部分的塑料废弃品都流入自然中,这些塑料制品非常难降解,对环境造成了十分严重的白色污染。基于塑料污染严重,各个国家,尤其是中国,每年都要耗费大量的人力物力去回收这些塑料,对回收回来的塑料制品进行再利用。
塑料编织技术能够将回收来的塑料加工成编织物,塑料编织物由于其柔韧结实、成本低廉的特性,在生活中广泛应用,例如用作衣物、遮挡物、地毯底布、草坪底布等等,塑料编织行业目前已经成为我国非常重要塑料再加工行业。
近年来,随着足球、网球、高尔夫球等运动的职业化、产业化、商业化发展,人造草坪蓬勃发展,增长率每年都在20~25%。相较于传统的自然草坪,人造草坪具有外观鲜艳、四季绿色、生动、排水性能好、使用寿命长、维护费用低等优点。因此,大部分的体育场馆和各种休闲、装饰领域通常会采用人工草坪替代自然草坪。
现有技术中,人造草坪主要包括两部分结构,分别是基底层(如PP网格布)和人造草丝(通常是由PA、PP、PE材质拉成)。通过织草机缝将人造草丝编织到基底层上,然后再通过背胶层的粘附作用将人造草丝固定在基底层上,也就形成了完整的人造草坪。但是基底层由PP高分子塑料编织而成,PP材质的塑料丝表面光滑,对胶水的附着性较差,且胶水容易流动,因此在簇草丝的时候背胶困难,需要多次多处背胶,才能进行草丝的固定。
发明内容
发明目的:为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提出一种三层复合人造草坪底布及其加工方法,能够降低背胶难度,提高背胶效率,实现草坪底布与草丝之间的稳固连接。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提出以下技术效果:
一种三层复合人造草坪底布,所述草坪底布分为三层,其中,顶层为塑料编织层,中间层为无纺布层,底层为绒纤维层;所述草坪底布在生产时通过针刺技术使无纺布层中的无纺布纤维分别与塑料编织层中的塑料丝和绒纤维层中的绒纤维相互紧密交织,使得塑料编织层、无纺布层和绒纤维层固定在一起。
进一步的,所述塑料编织层由聚丙烯树脂材料制成的编织丝编织而成,编织方式包括平纹编织和斜纹编织。
本发明还提出一种三层复合人造草坪底布的加工方法,包括步骤:
(1)将塑料材料拉成丝,再进行编织,得到塑料编织层;
(2)在塑料编织层的其中一面上铺上一层无纺布或无纺布纤维构成无纺布层,在无纺布层上再铺上一层绒纤维;
(3)对叠放好的塑料编织层、无纺布层和绒纤维层进行针刺处理至三层材料固定,得到三层复合人造草坪底布。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)结束后,还进行热压处理。
进一步的,步骤(1)中采用的编织方式包括平纹编织和斜纹编织。
进一步的,所述塑料编织层的编织方式包括单纬编织和混纬编织。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优势:
本发明通过针刺技术实现塑料编织层、无纺布层和绒纤维层的三层复合固定。因为塑料编织层与绒纤维层之间固定比较困难,直接用塑料编织层和绒纤维层做出的双层布在后续的簇草丝过程中容易出现绒层脱落,制成的草坪底布也容易发生草丝开胶和脱落,客户反映非常不好。本发明采用无纺布层作为塑料编织层和绒纤维层之间的连接层,通过针刺工艺使无纺布层中的无纺布纤维分别与塑料编织层中的塑料丝和绒纤维层中的绒纤维相互紧密交织,使得塑料编织层、无纺布层和绒纤维层固定在一起,这种三层复合的结构非常结实,在很大程度上减少绒纤维层脱落。
绒绒纤维层对胶水具有很好的附着性,避免胶水四处流动导致的粘连,可在簇草丝的过程中实现快速背胶,提高效率和成品质量。
本发明采用三层复合层结构作为草坪的基底,这个基底更加结实、耐用,能够提高人造草坪的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
本实施例为了降低人造草坪底布背胶难度,设计了一种三层复合人造草坪底布,所述草坪底布分为三层,其中,顶层为塑料编织层,中间层为无纺布层,底层为绒纤维层;所述草坪底布在生产时通过针刺技术使无纺布层中的无纺布纤维分别与塑料编织层中的塑料丝和绒纤维层中的绒纤维相互紧密交织,使得塑料编织层、无纺布层和绒纤维层固定在一起。
作为本发明的一个可选实施例,所述塑料编织层的材料为聚丙烯树脂材料,编织方式包括平纹编织和斜纹编织。
本实施例还提出一种三层复合人造草坪底布的加工方法,其流程如图1所示,包括步骤:
(1)将塑料材料拉成丝,再进行编织,得到塑料编织层;
(2)在塑料编织层的其中一面上铺上一层无纺布或无纺布纤维构成无纺布层,在无纺布层上再铺上一层绒纤维;
(3)对叠放好的塑料编织层、无纺布层和绒纤维层进行针刺处理至三层材料固定,得到三层复合人造草坪底布。
作为本实施例的一个优选实施方式,在得到三层复合人造草坪底布后,还要对三层复合人造草坪底布进行热压处理,热压温度在50摄氏度~90摄氏度,热压压力在0.5个大气压~1.5个大气压。
作为本实施例的一个优选实施方式,步骤(1)中采用的编织方式包括平纹编织和斜纹编织。
作为本实施例的一个优选实施方式,所述塑料编织层的编织方式包括单纬编织和混纬编织。
采用上述方案制造成的三层复合人造草坪底布至少具有以下优先=点:
本发明采用无纺布层作为塑料编织层和绒纤维层之间的连接层,通过针刺工艺使无纺布层中的无纺布纤维分别与塑料编织层中的塑料丝和绒纤维层中的绒纤维相互紧密交织,使得塑料编织层、无纺布层和绒纤维层固定在一起,这种三层复合的结构非常结实,在很大程度上减少绒纤维层脱落。

1.一种三层复合人造草坪底布,其特征在于,所述草坪底布分为三层,其中,顶层为塑料编织层,中间层为无纺布层,底层为绒纤维层;所述草坪底布在生产时通过针刺技术使无纺布层中的无纺布纤维分别与塑料编织层中的塑料丝和绒纤维层中的绒纤维相互紧密交织,使得塑料编织层、无纺布层和绒纤维层固定在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三层复合人造草坪底布,其特征在于,所述塑料编织层由聚丙烯树脂材料制成的编织丝编织而成,编织方式包括平纹编织和斜纹编织。
3.一种三层复合人造草坪底布的加工方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(1)将塑料材料拉成丝,再进行编织,得到塑料编织层;
(2)在塑料编织层的其中一面上铺上一层无纺布或无纺布纤维构成无纺布层,在无纺布层上再铺上一层绒纤维;
(3)对叠放好的塑料编织层、无纺布层和绒纤维层进行针刺处理至三层材料固定,得到三层复合人造草坪底布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种三层复合人造草坪底布的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)结束后,还进行热压处理。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种三层复合人造草坪底布的加工方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中采用的编织方式包括平纹编织和斜纹编织。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种三层复合人造草坪底布的加工方法,其特征在于,所述塑料编织层的编织方式包括单纬编织和混纬编织。
