技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织加工制造领域,具体为一种新型高韧性防水无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布,无纺布的应用非常广泛,截止1998年,全世界的无纺布消费量已达到240万吨,无纺布制品色彩丰富、时尚环保、用途广泛、美观大方且质轻、环保、可循环再用,被国际公认为保护地球生态的环保产品,适用于农用薄膜、床垫、子母被、装饰及服装衬布等行业,环保产品,用途广泛,经济实惠,无纺布没有经纬线,剪裁和缝纫都非常方便,而且质轻容易定型,深受手工爱好者的喜爱,无纺布是一种不需要纺纱织布而形成的织物,只是将纺织短纤维或者长丝进行定向或随机排列,形成纤网结构,然后采用相应的方法加固而成,它不是由一根一根的纱线交织、编结在一起的,而是将纤维直接通过物理的方法粘合在一起的,所以,当你拿到你衣服里的时候,就会发现,是抽不出一根根的线头的。无纺布不仅突破了传统的纺织原理,并具有工艺流程短、生产速率快,产量高、成本低、用途广、原料来源多等特点。但是随着科技的不断发展,人们对于无纺布的要求,传统的无纺布已经不再满足,无纺布购物袋是无纺布应用最多的产品之一,相对于和棉织品相比,无纺布的袋子容易成形,而且造价便宜,但是传统的无纺布购物袋防水性不好,柔韧性不足,且不能给予人们舒适感,面临这种情况,我们需要进一步提高无纺布购物袋的结构,增强其功能,因此,需要进一步改善无纺布购物袋的材质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型高韧性防水无纺布,通过设置一种多层无纺布结构,上无纺布层和下无纺布层之间设置防水层,并分别通过上粘合纤维和下粘合纤维粘合,上无纺布层上面覆有光滑布层,下无纺布层下面设有植绒层,上无纺布层和下无纺布层均由可再生的纤维制成,可以再次加工成型,高效环保,防水层的设置保证该无纺布良好的防水性,植绒层设置在该无纺布的内侧,光滑布层设在该无纺布的外侧,可保证使用该无纺布的良好触感和舒适感,该无纺布结构简单,表面柔软光滑,使用感好,高韧性且具有防水性,实用性强,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种新型高韧性防水无纺布,包括植绒层、下无纺布层、下粘合纤维、防水层、上粘合纤维、上无纺布层和光滑布层,所述植绒层设在该无纺布的内侧,所述植绒层上方覆有下无纺布层,所述下无纺布层通过下粘合纤维连接防水层,所述防水层上方通过上粘合纤维连接上无纺布层,所述上无纺布层上方覆有光滑布层,所述光滑布层设在该无纺布外侧。
进一步而言,所述上无纺布层和下无纺布层均由可再生的纤维制成。
进一步而言,所述上无纺布层和下无纺布层均由聚酯纤维(PET)、聚丙烯腈纤维和聚丙烯纤维杂乱均布而成。
进一步而言,所述光滑布层为白色聚氨酯树脂涂层。
进一步而言,所述防水层为丙烯酸涂层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过设置一种多层无纺布结构,上无纺布层和下无纺布层之间设置防水层,并分别通过上粘合纤维和下粘合纤维粘合,上无纺布层上面覆有光滑布层,下无纺布层下面设有植绒层,上无纺布层和下无纺布层均由可再生的纤维制成,可以再次加工成型,高效环保,防水层的设置保证该无纺布良好的防水性,植绒层设置在该无纺布的内侧,光滑布层设在该无纺布的外侧,可保证使用该无纺布的良好触感和舒适感,该无纺布结构简单,表面柔软光滑,使用感好,高韧性且具有防水性,实用性强。

如图1-2所示,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新型高韧性防水无纺布,包括植绒层1、下无纺布层2、下粘合纤维3、防水层4、上粘合纤维5、上无纺布层6和光滑布层7,所述植绒层1设在该无纺布的内侧,所述植绒层1上方覆有下无纺布层2,所述下无纺布层2通过下粘合纤维3连接防水层4,所述防水层4上方通过上粘合纤维5连接上无纺布层6,所述上无纺布层6上方覆有光滑布层7,所述光滑布层7设在该无纺布外侧。
所述上无纺布层6和下无纺布层2均由可再生的纤维制成,所述上无纺布层6和下无纺布层2均由聚酯纤维(PET)、聚丙烯腈纤维和聚丙烯纤维杂乱均布而成,所述光滑布层7为白色聚氨酯树脂涂层,所述防水层4为丙烯酸涂层。
工作原理:先将由聚酯纤维(PET)、聚丙烯腈纤维和聚丙烯纤维杂乱均布而成,形成上无纺布层6和下无纺布层2,再将防水层4一侧通过上粘合纤维5连接上无纺布层6,防水层4另一侧通过下粘合纤维3连接下无纺布层2,在下无纺布层下方进行植绒形成植绒层1,在上无纺布层上方覆有光滑布层7,上无纺布层6和下无纺布层2均由可再生的纤维制成,可以再次加工成型,高效环保,防水层4的设置保证该无纺布良好的防水性,植绒层1设置在该无纺布的内侧,光滑布层7设在该无纺布的外侧,可保证使用该无纺布的良好触感和舒适感,该无纺布结构简单,使用感好,高韧性且具有防水性。

1.一种新型高韧性防水无纺布,其特征在于:包括植绒层(1)、下无纺布层(2)、下粘合纤维(3)、防水层(4)、上粘合纤维(5)、上无纺布层(6)和光滑布层(7),所述植绒层(1)设在该无纺布的内侧,所述植绒层(1)上方覆有下无纺布层(2),所述下无纺布层(2)通过下粘合纤维(3)连接防水层(4),所述防水层(4)上方通过上粘合纤维(5)连接上无纺布层(6),所述上无纺布层(6)上方覆有光滑布层(7),所述光滑布层(7)设在该无纺布外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高韧性防水无纺布,其特征在于:所述上无纺布层(6)和下无纺布层(2)均由可再生的纤维制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高韧性防水无纺布,其特征在于:所述上无纺布层(6)和下无纺布层(2)均由聚酯纤维(PET)、聚丙烯腈纤维和聚丙烯纤维杂乱均布而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高韧性防水无纺布,其特征在于:所述光滑布层(7)为白色聚氨酯树脂涂层。
