Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing process of an environment-friendly paper-plastic packaging product sprayed with biological wax, which comprises an automatic paper-plastic product forming machine and comprises the following steps: s1: slurry suction: adsorbing a paper pulp material body containing wet fibers in a pulp tank through a pulp suction mold, and forming a wet blank in the pulp suction mold; s2: pre-pressing: pressurizing and closing a slurry suction mold containing a wet blank and an extrusion mold to form a first semi-finished product; s3: spraying biological wax: the hot-pressing lower die is connected to the first semi-finished product, the first semi-finished product is driven to be transferred to a hot-pressing position, and biological wax is sprayed to form a second semi-finished product; s4: hot-press molding: carrying out hot press molding on the second semi-finished product by utilizing the hot press upper die and the hot press lower die, and discharging all water vapor to form a paper-plastic product; s5: and (5) transferring and blanking by using a transferring die. The manufacturing process of the environment-friendly paper-plastic packaging product sprayed with the biological wax is simple and reliable, and the environment-friendly paper-plastic packaging product provided by the environment-friendly paper-plastic packaging product is high in surface strength and good in waterproofness, and can avoid scraping the to-be-packaged material.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of paper-plastic packaging products, in particular to a manufacturing process of an environment-friendly paper-plastic packaging product sprayed with biological wax.
Background
Due to the prevalence of the existing electronic and daily chemical products, the packaging materials such as the paper box and the inner box of the electronic and daily chemical products have certain structural strength and smoothness simultaneously, so that the electronic and daily chemical products are protected from being impacted by external force, the surface scratching of the packaged products is reduced, and the surface fluffing of the paper and plastic products is reduced. In order to meet the above requirements, various paper-plastic processes for mass production of paper-plastic products by using a mold assembly and related production machines are proposed.
The existing paper-plastic wet fiber paper-plastic forming process generally uses waste paper and natural plant fiber (such as wood fiber, sugarcane fiber, bamboo fiber, reed, grass fiber, etc.) as basic raw materials, the raw materials are pulped by water-dispersing pulping, the concentration of the pulp is adjusted to form wet fiber pulp, and then a plurality of production machines related in an integrated manner are used for the production, and the process comprises the following steps: and fishing the wet fiber slurry, and extruding and heating the fished slurry by the upper and lower die assemblies to prepare the base material of the paper-plastic product.
However, since the base material (e.g., semi-finished product or finished product) of the paper-plastic product is mainly composed of fibers, the following problems occur: (1) the surface of the base material of the paper-plastic product is easy to fall scraps to generate dust, which is not beneficial to the protection of the working environment in the packaging production; (2) due to the relationship of paper fibers, the flatness of the surface of a base material of a paper-plastic product is poor, and the problem of unevenness often occurs, so that the external appearance of the paper-plastic product is poor, and the friction force between the paper-plastic product and a contact surface of a packaging product is large; (3) the water repellency of the surface of the substrate of the paper-plastic product is poor. Therefore, the surface of the base material of the paper-plastic product needs to be treated on certain specific requirements, such as meeting the characteristics or specifications of a final finished product; however, when the conventional wet fiber paper-plastic process includes a production machine to produce the paper-plastic product, if the surface coating process is required to be performed on the substrate (semi-finished product) of the paper-plastic product, the production process is often interrupted, and then the manual process is performed, which not only interrupts the process to reduce the automatic production efficiency, but also manually coats the surface of the paper-plastic product, which tends to make the formed coating layer uneven, thereby reducing the product yield and making the quality difficult to ensure.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a manufacturing process of environment-friendly paper-plastic packaging products sprayed with bio-wax to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
To the deficiency of the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the present patent application is: how to provide a manufacturing process of an environment-friendly paper-plastic packaging product sprayed with biological wax, which is environment-friendly, convenient to process, good in waterproof performance, high in surface strength and better in protecting the surface of a product to be packaged.

s4: hot-press molding: carrying out hot press molding on the second semi-finished product by utilizing the hot press upper die and the hot press lower die, and discharging all water vapor to form a paper-plastic product;
s5: and (5) transferring and blanking by using a transferring die.
Wherein, in the step S2, the water content of the first semi-finished product is 150-280%.
In step S3, an automatic spraying device is disposed on the automatic forming machine for paper-plastic products, and is used for spraying biological wax on the surface of the paper-plastic packaging product.
The automatic spraying equipment comprises a storage tank unit for storing biological wax and a nozzle unit arranged on the automatic paper-plastic product forming machine, the nozzle unit is arranged between the pulp sucking station and the hot pressing station, and the nozzle unit is connected with the storage tank unit.
In step S3, a metal proximity sensor is installed on the automatic paper-plastic product forming machine for detecting the position of the lower hot-pressing mold.
The biological wax comprises an aleurites montana emulsifying wax and a stabilizer, wherein the autourites montana emulsifying wax and the stabilizer are prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 95-97 parts of palm oil emulsified wax; 3-5 parts of a stabilizer, and mixing and stirring the stabilizer and the stabilizer at normal temperature.
The palm oil tree emulsifying wax is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of palm wax, 30-50 parts of water, 8-10 parts of emulsifier and 3-5 parts of ammonia water, stirring for 25-30 minutes in a closed manner at 80-90 ℃, and emulsifying to obtain the product.

Specifically, when the thickness range of the bonding layer, namely the thickness range of the biological wax is 20-200 mu m, the bonding layer meets 3-50 standard friction times under an RCA standard wear-resistant test specified by ASTM F-2357-04.
Furthermore, the automatic pulp-absorbing paper-plastic product forming machine can adopt a turnover type pulp-absorbing paper-plastic product automatic forming machine disclosed in patent CN209412613U, and the specific structure and principle thereof are not described repeatedly.
The 30-time friction test of the bio-wax coated paper-plastic package and the bio-wax non-coated paper-plastic package is shown in table 1:
as can be seen from the table 1, the environment-friendly paper-plastic packaging product prepared by the manufacturing process of the environment-friendly paper-plastic packaging product sprayed with the biological wax provided by the patent application can bear higher friction times compared with the general packaging product not sprayed with the biological wax, and is more than 4 times of the friction times of the general packaging product not sprayed with the biological wax, so that the surface hardness of the environment-friendly paper-plastic packaging product prepared by the manufacturing process of the environment-friendly paper-plastic packaging product sprayed with the biological wax provided by the patent application is higher, and the using effect is better.

s2: pre-pressing: pressurizing and closing a slurry suction mold containing a wet blank and an extrusion mold to form a first semi-finished product;
s3: spraying biological wax: the hot-pressing lower die is connected to the first semi-finished product, the first semi-finished product is driven to be transferred to a hot-pressing position, and biological wax is sprayed to form a second semi-finished product;
s4: hot-press molding: carrying out hot press molding on the second semi-finished product by utilizing the hot press upper die and the hot press lower die, and discharging all water vapor to form a paper-plastic product;
s5: and (5) transferring and blanking by using a transferring die.
2. The manufacturing process of the environmentally-friendly paper-plastic packaging product sprayed with the biological wax as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step S2, the moisture content of the first semi-finished product is 150% -280%.

The manufacturing process of environment-friendly paper-plastic packaging product sprayed with biological wax as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S3, the automatic molding machine of paper-plastic product is provided with an automatic spraying device for spraying biological wax on the surface of paper-plastic packaging product.

The manufacturing process of environment-friendly paper-plastic packaging products coated with biological wax as claimed in claim 3, wherein the automatic coating equipment comprises a storage tank unit for storing biological wax and a nozzle unit installed on the automatic paper-plastic product forming machine, the nozzle unit is arranged between the pulp suction station and the hot pressing station, and the nozzle unit is connected with the storage tank unit.
