Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard and a finished product thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) and preparing paper pulp: a) mixing 80-95% of plant fibers and 5-20% of chemical fibers according to mass percentage, putting the mixture into a pulper, and injecting water into the pulper for pulping; b) and after pulping is finished, pumping the pulped pulp in the pulper into a pulp storage tank, and pulping by using a refiner until the pulping degree is 50-60 DEG SR to obtain the paper pulp. Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fiber boards, in particular to a preparation method of a high-flexibility waterproof fiber board and a finished product thereof.
Background
The fiber board is an artificial board which is prepared by taking plant fibers as main raw materials through the working procedures of fiber separation, molding, drying, hot pressing and the like; the waterproof fiberboard is added with a water repellent agent so that the fiberboard has a waterproof function. Nowadays, waterproof fiber boards are widely applied to industries such as automobiles, shoemaking, industrial containers, leather, electrical appliances, packaging, cases and the like, and compared with other similar products, the waterproof fiber boards are better in quality and performance, and the market demand of the waterproof fiber boards is continuously increased under the background of forest resource shortage. However, the tightness of the middle-high grade products in the market is mostly 1.28-1.30 g/cm3And continue to evolve toward higher levels of tightness. This creates a problem: in order to ensure the interlayer binding force of the product, the beating degree of the grinding is higher and higher, so that the wet weight of the fiber is reduced, and the fine fiber is increased; meanwhile, the product tightness is higher and higher, and the hardness is pursued more and more, so that the waterproof fiberboard can inevitably have the problems of hardness and brittleness, and the waterproof fiberboard has poor flexibility, is easy to burst and has short service life.

The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard and a finished product thereof, wherein the prepared high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard has the moisture content maintained within the range of 6-12%, has high flexibility, effectively prevents the waterproof fiberboard from bursting, and has good pressure resistance.

1) and preparing paper pulp:
a) mixing 80-95% of plant fibers and 5-20% of chemical fibers, putting the mixture into a pulper, and injecting water into the pulper for pulping, wherein the melting point of the chemical fibers is not more than 90 ℃;
b) after pulping is finished, pumping the pulped pulp in the pulping machine into a pulp storage pool, and pulping by using a pulping machine until the pulping degree is 50-60 DEG SR to prepare paper pulp;
2) the preparation of the mixed pulp and the molding production of the high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard are as follows:
c) pumping the paper pulp into a pulp mixing tank, sequentially adding aluminum sulfate, rosin gum and water-based emulsifying wax into the pulp mixing tank, and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed pulp; d) sending the mixed slurry to a slurry forming pool, conveying the mixed slurry to a wet plate former and forming, conveying a formed slurry layer to a forming cylinder for winding, cutting off the slurry layer by a forming cylinder cutter discharging device after the winding thickness reaches the process requirement thickness, conveying the slurry layer by a wet plate conveying device, cutting the slurry layer according to the process requirement size, stacking the slurry layer and pressing water to form a wet plate; e) and drying, hot-pressing and calendaring the wet board to obtain the high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard, wherein the heating temperature in the hot-pressing process is not less than 90 ℃, and the chemical fiber is in a semi-molten state in the hot-pressing process.
The beating degree is controlled to be 50-60 degrees SR in the paper pulp preparation process, so that the plant fibers and the chemical fibers are split and uniformly dispersed into the paper pulp, the beating degree is high, the fibers are cut off much, the fibrillation degree is high, the hydroxyl groups among the fibers are combined much, and the interlayer binding force of the high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard is greatly improved. In the step e, the wet board is dried to the moisture content of 12-18%, hot pressing is carried out, the heating temperature is higher than or equal to 90 ℃, chemical fibers in the waterproof fiber board are molten to be in a semi-molten state (like molten and non-molten), and the plant fibers and the chemical fibers are bonded together, so that the waterproof fiber board is enabled to have high flexibility and anti-burst effect under the moisture content of 6-12%. And in the step c, the water-based emulsifying wax is added into the paper pulp, so that the water in the waterproof fiberboard is prevented from losing to the air, a certain amount of water can be absorbed from the air, and the water in the waterproof fiberboard is maintained between 6% and 12%. Meanwhile, the rosin glue and the water-based emulsifying wax are used as water-resisting agents, so that the high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard has good waterproof performance, and the rosin glue is preferably cationic rosin glue; and the aluminum sulfate is used as the demulsifier to be matched with the water-based emulsified wax, so that the water-based emulsified wax is fully and uniformly precipitated on the fiberboard after demulsification, and the strength of the fiberboard is improved.
Preferably, the plant fiber is unbleached coniferous fiber or semi-bleached coniferous fiber. The plant fiber uses unbleached needle leaf fiber or semi-bleached needle leaf fiber, so that dioxin possibly generated by paper pulp bleaching in the plate making process is reduced, the use of chemical reagents is greatly reduced, resources are saved, and the environment-friendly effect is better. Unbleached coniferous fiber and semi-bleached coniferous fiber are the existing materials, are sold in the market, have wide sources and are low in price.
Preferably, the chemical fiber is one or more of polyester fiber, nylon fiber, aramid fiber, kevlar fiber, water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fiber, PI fiber and PBO fiber. Wherein, the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fiber with the melting point not more than 90 ℃ is selected. The melting point of the selected chemical fiber is low, the heating temperature in the hot pressing process is determined by the selected chemical fiber, and the chemical fiber can be in a semi-molten state in the hot pressing process.
Preferably, in the step c, the addition amount of aluminum sulfate is 7-9% of the weight of the paper pulp, the addition amount of rosin gum is 3-5% of the weight of the paper pulp, and the addition amount of the water-based emulsifying wax is 0.3-0.5% of the weight of the paper pulp. The addition amount is set to be the proportion, so that the high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard has good waterproof performance and pressure resistance.
Preferably, in the step e, the wet board is dried until the moisture of the wet board is in the range of 12-18%, and the moisture of the prepared high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard is in the range of 6-12%.
Preferably, in the step e, the drying mode is sun drying in a sun drying shed, sun drying in a sun drying shed or drying in a dryer. Wherein the drying temperature is more than or equal to 90 ℃.
Preferably, in the step e, the calendering process is further followed by edge cutting and trimming treatment in sequence.

According to the preparation method of the high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard, the moisture of the prepared high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard is maintained within the range of 6-12%, the high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard has high flexibility, the waterproof fiberboard is effectively prevented from bursting, and the high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard has good pressure resistance. The preparation method of the high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard has the advantages that the raw material components are simple, the source is wide, the price is low, the waterproof fiberboard is nontoxic and harmless, and the product is easy to degrade and meets the practical requirements of environmental protection; the production process has the advantages of less equipment investment, simple process, easy operation and low production cost; the product has small specific gravity, water resistance, flame retardancy, abrasion resistance, high strength, and good formability, machinability and electrical properties.

2) the preparation of the mixed pulp and the molding production of the high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard are as follows: c) pumping the paper pulp into a pulp mixing tank, sequentially adding aluminum sulfate, rosin size, water-based emulsifying wax and pigment into the pulp mixing tank according to the table 2, and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed pulp; d) sending the mixed slurry to a slurry forming pool, conveying the mixed slurry to a wet plate former and forming, conveying a formed slurry layer to a forming cylinder for winding, cutting off the slurry layer by a forming cylinder cutter discharging device after the winding thickness reaches the process requirement thickness, conveying the slurry layer by a wet plate conveying device, cutting the slurry layer according to the process requirement size, stacking the slurry layer and pressing water to form a wet plate; e) and drying, hot pressing, calendaring, trimming and cutting the wet board in sequence to obtain the waterproof fiberboard, wherein the heating temperature in the hot pressing process is not less than 90 ℃, the chemical fiber is in a semi-molten state in the hot pressing process, and the drying mode is shade drying in a shade drying shed.
The performance of the waterproof fiberboard prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 was tested, and the results are shown in table 4.

As can be seen from table 4, in the preparation method of the high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard, unbleached or semi-bleached needle-leaved fibers and low-melting-point chemical fibers are used as raw materials, and water-based wax emulsion is used as an auxiliary material to prepare the high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard with low tightness, strong toughness and high waterproof performance, so that the waterproof fiberboard is effectively prevented from bursting, has good pressure resistance, and can be applied to various industries such as automobile manufacturing and shoe industry production. Meanwhile, the raw material components are simple, the main raw materials, namely the plant fiber and the chemical fiber, have wide sources, low price, no toxicity and harm, and the product is easy to degrade and meets the requirement of environmental protection.
The beating degree is controlled to be 50-60 degrees SR in the paper pulp preparation process, so that the plant fibers and the chemical fibers are split and uniformly dispersed into the paper pulp, the beating degree is high, the fibers are cut off much, the fibrillation degree is high, the hydroxyl groups among the fibers are combined much, and the interlayer binding force of the high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard is greatly improved.
In the step e, the wet board is dried to the moisture content of 12-18%, hot pressing is carried out, the heating temperature is higher than or equal to 90 ℃, chemical fibers in the waterproof fiber board are molten to be in a semi-molten state (like molten and non-molten), and the plant fibers and the chemical fibers are bonded together, so that the waterproof fiber board is enabled to have high flexibility and anti-burst effect under the moisture content of 6-12%. And in the step c, the water-based emulsifying wax is added into the paper pulp, so that the water in the waterproof fiberboard is prevented from losing to the air, a certain amount of water can be absorbed from the air, and the water in the waterproof fiberboard is maintained between 6% and 12%.

2) the preparation of the mixed pulp and the molding production of the high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard are as follows:

in the step e), the wet board is dried until the moisture of the wet board is within the range of 12-18%, and the moisture of the prepared high-flexibility waterproof fiberboard is within the range of 6-12%;
in the step c), the addition amount of aluminum sulfate is 7-9% of the weight of the paper pulp, the addition amount of rosin size is 3-5% of the weight of the paper pulp, and the addition amount of the water-based emulsifying wax is 0.3-0.5% of the weight of the paper pulp.
2. The method for preparing the waterproof fiberboard of claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the plant fiber is unbleached coniferous fiber or semi-bleached coniferous fiber.
