Description

Socket casting agent
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment, in particular to a steel wire rope socket casting agent.
Background
Wire rope joints are usually cast using metal (e.g. zinc) or resin glues, but each has disadvantages: although the strength of the cast metal is high after the cast metal is formed, the melting point of the metal for casting is high, for example, the melting point of zinc is about 420 ℃, so that the requirement on casting equipment and environment is high, and the cast metal is not suitable for on-site casting; although normal-temperature operation can be realized by adopting resin glue for casting, and the requirements on personnel and equipment are lower, the mechanical property is not high after the resin glue is cured and formed, the properties are brittle, the cable joint is easy to crack when being subjected to impact load, and the reliability is insufficient.
In summary, how to provide a soxhlet casting agent with high mechanical properties and normal temperature operability is a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a socket casting agent, which can realize on-site casting at normal temperature, and has good mechanical properties, strong binding force with a wire rope and high reliability after curing and forming.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a soxhlet casting agent comprises a liquid component and a solid component. Wherein the liquid component comprises unsaturated polyester resin, diluent and accelerator; the solid component includes a powder reinforcement and an initiator.
In the liquid component, the raw materials in parts by mass are as follows: 100 parts of unsaturated polyester, 5 to 50 parts of diluent and 0.1 to 2 parts of accelerator.
In the solid component, the raw materials in parts by mass are as follows: 100 parts of powder reinforcement and 0.5 to 5 parts of initiator.
Optionally, in the liquid component, the diluent is styrene; the promoter is one or the combination of dimethyl p-toluidine, dimethylaniline and diethylaniline.
Optionally, in the solid component, the powder reinforcement is one or a combination of metal powder, mineral powder and ceramic powder; the initiator is benzoyl peroxide.
Optionally, in the soxhlet casting agent of the present invention, the liquid component is used in an amount of 100 parts, and the solid component is used in an amount of 100 to 300 parts.
Through the scheme, the socket casting agent provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the liquid component and the solid component in the soxhlet casting agent provided by the invention can be independently prepared and separately stored in respective containers for a long time, so that the soxhlet casting agent is suitable for batch production; when the cable node is used, the liquid component and the solid component are fully and uniformly mixed, then the cable node is cast in the gelling time, and can be solidified and formed at normal temperature, so that the cable node is simple and convenient to operate and has low requirements on personnel and equipment.
After the socket casting agent provided by the invention is cured and formed, the socket casting agent has high mechanical strength, good bonding force with a wire rope and corrosion resistance, and completely meets the requirements of DNVG L-OS-E304 standard.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
Example 1
Unsaturated polyester resin: 100 parts.
Diluent agent: 30 parts of styrene.
Accelerator (b): and 1 part of diethylaniline.
Powder reinforcement: 150 parts of ceramic microspheres.
Initiator: and 2 parts of benzoyl peroxide.
Uniformly mixing the unsaturated polyester resin, the diluent and the accelerator according to the mass ratio to prepare a liquid component; uniformly stirring the powder reinforcement and the initiator according to the mass ratio to obtain a solid component; 100 parts of the liquid component and 150 parts of the solid component are respectively filled.
When in casting, fully and uniformly mixing all the liquid components and all the solid components which are respectively filled at normal temperature until no visible particulate matters exist and the mixture has uniform color; casting the mixed casting agent to a specified position within 40 minutes; the curing time of the casting agent is about 90 minutes, and the density after curing and molding is 1600kg/m3The compression strength is 105MPa, the elastic modulus is 6200MPa, and the Babbitt hardness is 40.
Example 2
Unsaturated polyester resin: 100 parts.
