Abstract

The invention provides a control system and a control method for an external rearview mirror of a vehicle, and belongs to the field of vehicles. The exterior mirror control system of the vehicle includes: a mirror frame; the mask and the picture frame jointly define a water guide groove for drainage; and the sealing device is used for controllably plugging or exposing the water chute according to the rainwater condition outside the automobile. The invention also provides a control method for the outside rear-view mirror control system. The external rearview mirror control system and the control method can avoid the problem of high-speed whistle while ensuring that the rearview mirror has good view field.

Many outside rear-view mirrors now set up the guiding gutter structure, prevent that the rainwater from overflowing to the mirror surface, guarantee good field of vision, reduce the risk of taking place the traffic accident, but the guiding gutter produces high-speed whistle problem easily, if not set up the guiding gutter on the contrary, though can solve the problem of high-speed whistle, nevertheless rainy day leads to rainwater overflow mirror surface easily, increases the risk of taking place the traffic accident. Therefore, the vehicle exterior mirror in the prior art has a contradiction between a high-speed whistle and a rain-proof overflow mirror surface.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of a first aspect of the present invention to provide an exterior rear view mirror control system for a vehicle to solve the contradiction between the high-speed whistle sound and the rain-overflow prevention mirror surface of the exterior rear view mirror.
An object of a second aspect of the present invention is to provide an outside rear view mirror control method of a vehicle to circumvent the problem of high-speed whistle while ensuring that the rear view mirror has a good view.

When the sealing cover is arranged in the water chute, the sealing cover is in a micro-compression state, so that a good sealing effect can be achieved, and rainwater is prevented from entering the inside of the rearview mirror.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a sectional view of an exterior mirror control system of a vehicle in a rainy weather according to one embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a sectional view of an exterior rear view mirror control system of a vehicle in a non-rainwater weather according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the exterior rear view mirror control system for a vehicle of the present invention includes a mirror frame 10, a face mask 20, and a sealing device 30. The face mask 20 and the frame 10 together define a gutter 101 for draining the flow. The sealing device 30 is used for controllably blocking or exposing the water chute 101 according to the rain condition outside the vehicle. Here, the controller may receive weather information and generate control commands to control the operation of the sealing device 30.
The exterior rearview mirror control system of the embodiment is provided with the sealing device 30 for controlling the water chute 101 to be exposed or blocked, so that the sealing device 30 can be controlled to block the water chute 101 when the exterior of the vehicle is in non-rainwater weather, and the problem of high-speed whistle caused by the water chute 101 is avoided; the position of the sealing device 30 can be controlled to expose the water chute 101 in the rain weather outside the vehicle, so that the function of a rain-proof overflow mirror surface is achieved, and the driving safety is ensured. That is, the present invention can solve the contradiction between the high-speed whistle and the rain-overflow prevention mirror surface of the exterior rear view mirror by providing the controllable sealing means 30.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present invention, the sealing device 30 includes a sealing cap 31, a support rod 32, and a first driving device 33. The sealing cover 31 is provided in the water chute 101. The support rod 32 is connected to the sealing cap 31. The first driving device 33 is connected to the support rod 32 and is used for driving the support rod 32 and the sealing cover 31 to move along the depth direction of the water chute 101 so as to close or expose the water chute 101. Optionally, the first driving device 33 is a motor.
In this embodiment, a sealing cover 31 is provided, which can move along the depth direction of the water chute 101, and the sealing cover 31 is connected to a first driving device 33 through a support rod 32, so that the first driving device 33 drives the sealing cover 31 to move. The first driving device 33 is used for controlling the weather without rain to drive the sealing cover 31 to move to the top of the water chute 101 (see fig. 2) so as to seal the water chute 101 and avoid high-speed whistle; the first driving device 33 controls the rainwater weather to drive the sealing cover 31 to move to the bottom of the water chute 101 (see fig. 1) so as to expose the water chute 101 and prevent rainwater from overflowing the mirror surface.
Alternatively, the sealing cap 31 can also be connected directly to the first drive 33.
In a further embodiment, the sealing cap 31 is made of a soft material, such as a rubber material. The sealing cap 31 can also be made of plastic, as long as a form-fitting part which can perform the sealing function is used as the sealing cap 31.
In another embodiment, the soft sealing cover 31 is configured to have a dimension in the width direction of the water chute 101 slightly larger than the width of the water chute 101. That is, when the sealing cover 31 is located inside the water chute 101, it is in a slightly compressed state, which can perform a good sealing function to prevent rainwater from entering the inside of the rearview mirror.
As shown in fig. 1, in a further embodiment, both ends of the sealing cap 31 in the width direction of the water chute 101 are provided so that the thickness thereof is gradually reduced toward the edges. The contact area between the two ends of the sealing cover 31 and the water chute 101 can be reduced by the arrangement, so that the friction force of the sealing cover 31 is reduced, and the sealing cover 31 can smoothly move while playing a sealing role.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the top of the water chute 101 is provided with a concave radius 102 in one embodiment for receiving the stretched sealing boot 31 (see fig. 2). By arranging the radius 102, the sealing cover 31 can be unfolded and well attached to the water chute 101 when moving to the top of the water chute 101, so that a good sealing effect is achieved.
Fig. 3 is a sectional view of an exterior mirror control system of a vehicle according to another embodiment of the present invention in a rainy weather. Fig. 4 is a sectional view of an exterior rear view mirror control system of a vehicle according to another embodiment of the present invention in non-rainwater weather. As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the sealing device 30 includes an automatic filling device 34 disposed in the water guide channel 101 and configured to control its own volume by filling the medium to fill the water guide channel 101 when a predetermined amount of the medium is filled. For example, the automatic filling device 34 includes an air bag and the filling medium is gas or liquid, when in rainy weather, the automatic filling device 34 does not fill the medium, the air bag is in the state shown in fig. 3 and is stacked at the bottom of the water chute 101 with a smaller volume, when in non-rainy weather, the automatic filling device 34 fills the medium, the soft air bag and the filling medium enable the shape of the air bag to change along with the shape of the water chute 101, and the water chute 101 is filled in a self-adaptive manner, so that the water chute 101 is blocked.
Fig. 5 is a sectional view of an exterior rear view mirror control system of a vehicle according to still another embodiment of the present invention in a rainy weather. Fig. 6 is a sectional view of an exterior rear view mirror control system of a vehicle in non-rainwater weather according to still another embodiment of the present invention. In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a notch 21 is formed at one end of the face mask 20 close to the lens frame 10, and the lens frame 10 and the notch 21 together form a water chute 101. The sealing device 30 comprises a drive rod 35 and a second drive device 36. The driving rod 35 is connected to the frame 10. The second driving device 36 is connected to the driving rod 35 for driving the driving rod 35 and the lens frame 10 to move along the width direction of the water chute 101 to close or expose the water chute 101. Optionally, the second drive device 36 is a motor.
The embodiment provides another structure for blocking the water chute 101, which directly controls the movement of the lens frame 10 to close the water chute 101, and is simple and easy to implement without setting too many additional components.
In another embodiment, the exterior mirror control system further comprises a rain sensor for detecting whether the exterior of the vehicle is rainy. The controller controls the action of the sealing device 30 by sending the detection result of the rainwater sensor to the controller, so that the sealing device 30 is automatically controlled.
The invention also provides a control method for the outside rear view mirror control system, which comprises the following steps:
receiving a weather condition signal for indicating whether the weather outside the vehicle is rain weather or not;
when the weather condition signal indicates that the weather is rain outside the vehicle, the sealing device 30 is controlled to block the water chute 101.
The specific structure and operation of the sealing device 30 can be seen in the above embodiments, and will not be described in detail here.
In another embodiment, before the step of receiving a weather condition signal indicating whether the vehicle is outside of the vehicle is rainy, the method further comprises: the weather condition signal is detected by a rain sensor of the vehicle.
Here, the weather condition signal of whether the weather outside the vehicle is rain weather may be detected by a sensor for identifying whether the weather is rain weather, such as a rain sensor, and the detection result may be transmitted to the controller, or may be manually identified and input to the vehicle, for example, whether it is raining or not by means of sensing organs such as ears, eyes, nose, and hands.
Of course, the water chute 101 may be blocked or not blocked by providing a special button, which controls the sealing device 30 to block the water chute 101 when pressed. It is also possible to automatically open or close the sealing device 30 by a program in the controller, i.e. by recognizing whether it is rainy weather or not.
