Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of food production, and particularly relates to a cutter which comprises a blade, wherein the edge part of the blade is coated with an anti-sticking layer. The antiseized layer can prevent effectively that the material from being stained with and attaching on the blade to avoid changing or the shut down that the clean cutter leads to, guarantee machining efficiency.

The invention belongs to the technical field of food production, and particularly relates to a cutter.
Background
The rice crust is made by boiling grains in water, dehydrating the grains in a dry and hot mode, and hardening the grains while drying. In batch production, in order to obtain finished crispy rice with a regular shape, the material is generally required to be shaped and cut before baking, however, as cooked cereal grains are rich in starch and have good viscosity, the cooked cereal grains are often adhered to the blade of a cutter, so that the cutting edges of the material are uneven; when the cereal particles adhered to the cutter are too many, the cereal particles can also fall off from the cutter on the surface of the material, so that the surface of the material forms raised lumps, the appearance of the finished crispy rice is influenced, the crispy rice is heated unevenly, and the taste of the crispy rice is influenced. Therefore, when more rice grains are adhered to the cutter, the cutter needs to be stopped for replacement or cleaned, and the production and processing efficiency is seriously influenced.

A cutter comprises a blade 10, wherein the edge part of the blade 10 is coated with an anti-sticking layer 20. The release layer 20 is made of a material having low surface adhesion, such as teflon.
Preferably, the anti-sticking layer 20 coated on the edge of the blade 10 extends to the rear face of the blade. This prevents material from sticking to the blade 10 even when the material is thick.

The anti-sticking layer 20 is plated on the edge of the blade 10, or on the edge and the rear face thereof.
Example two
The anti-sticking layer 20 is in the form of a film and is stuck to the edge of the blade 10 or to the edge and the rear face thereof.
EXAMPLE III
The anti-sticking layer 20 is in a film shape, and an elastic clamping piece is arranged on the knife body of the knife blade 10 or on the side of the knife body, and the elastic clamping piece provides clamping force to fix the side clamps of the anti-sticking layer 20 on the two sides of the knife body.

The cutter according to claim 1, wherein: the anti-sticking layer (20) is in a film shape, the blade body of the blade (10) or the side of the blade body is provided with an elastic clamping piece, and the elastic clamping piece provides clamping force to fix the side clamps of the anti-sticking layer (20) on the two sides of the blade body.
