Technical Field
The invention relates to a reagent tube, in particular to a reagent tube of a double-color injection molding flip sealing structure.
Background
The test tube is a small container made of glass or transparent plastic tubes commonly used in chemical laboratories and life science laboratories, has wide application, and is used for storing reagents in the using process, and some reagent tubes are used for ensuring the sealing property in the storing process, so that a tube cap is arranged and is sealed by matching the tube cap with the test tube. Meanwhile, the convenience of opening the tube cap in the operation process is considered, a flip-type tube cap structure is designed by people, the operation of opening the tube cap by one hand is facilitated, however, the reagent tube of the existing flip-type tube cap has the problem of poor tightness, and the test tube is easy to leak in the transportation process after the reagent is filled. The main reason is that the injection molding precision of the sealing structure of the internal structure of the flip type pipe cap is deviated in the injection molding process, so that the concentricity of the upper and lower matched sealing parts of the flip type pipe cap in a covering state is not enough, and the complete sealing effect cannot be realized.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention aims to provide a reagent tube with a double-shot injection flip seal structure, which has an effective liquid seal effect, is convenient for opening a tube cap with one hand, and effectively prevents the reagent tube from leaking in the transportation process after reagent is filled.
The technical scheme of the invention is that the reagent tube of the double-color injection flip sealing structure comprises a reagent tube and a tube cap which are connected through threads, wherein the tube cap comprises a threaded connecting part connected to the reagent tube and a flip part capable of being covered on the threaded connecting part, the threaded connecting part and the flip part are integrally injection-molded, a thin-wall flip part is arranged at the connecting part of the threaded connecting part and the flip part, a cylindrical sealing column extending downwards is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the flip part, a stepped through hole with a large lower part and a small upper part is arranged on the threaded connecting part, a plastic sealing part and an elastic plastic pad are arranged at the step of the stepped through hole, the upper side of the plastic sealing part is in contact extrusion positioning through the step of the stepped through hole, the lower side of the plastic sealing part is in extrusion positioning and sealing through the tube orifice of the reagent tube, the elastic plastic pad is positioned at the inner side of the plastic sealing part The elastic plastic pad deforms to form interference fit to realize sealing.
Preferably, the outer side of the plastic sealing element extends downwards to form a sealing rib, the sealing rib is located on the outer side of the reagent tube, when the threaded connection part is screwed on the reagent tube, the inner side of the sealing rib is in extrusion contact with the tube wall of the reagent tube, and the outer side of the sealing rib is in extrusion contact with the inner wall of the threaded connection part.

Preferably, the hollow part of the inner cylinder of the cylindrical sealing column extends upwards to the top surface of the flip part, so that a concave cavity is formed at the top surface of the flip part, and an identification top cover is arranged at the top of the concave cavity at the top surface of the flip part.
