The batch preparation device for bentonite with specific water content according to claim 4, further comprising a control system, wherein the control system comprises a control button and a controller, the control button is electrically connected with an input end of the controller, the control button comprises a material conveying switch, a stirrer switch and a water pump switch, an output end of the controller is electrically connected with input ends of the pneumatic conveying device, the motor and the pressurized water pump respectively, and the material conveying switch, the stirrer switch and the water pump switch control actions of the pneumatic conveying device, the motor and the pressurized water pump respectively.
6. The device for preparing the bentonite with the specific water content in batches according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the stirring bin is made of polytetrafluoroethylene.
7. The batch preparation device for bentonite with specific water content according to claim 1, further comprising a bracket, wherein the stirring bin is positioned on the bracket.
8. The batch preparation device of bentonite with specific water content according to claim 1, wherein the upper part of the stirring bin is rectangular and the lower part is semicircular.

The batch preparation device for the bentonite with the specific water content according to claim 3, wherein the number of the atomizing nozzles is 3-6, the atomizing nozzles are positioned right above the stirring paddle and distributed along the axial direction of the stirring paddle, and the maximum atomizing spray diameter of the atomizing nozzles is smaller than the inner diameter of the stirring bin.
10. A batch preparation method of bentonite with a specific water content, which uses the batch preparation device of the bentonite with the specific water content according to any one of claims 1 to 9, and comprises the following steps:
s1, selecting bentonite powder, and testing the natural water content according to the standard of the soil engineering test method;
s2, weighing bentonite powder, and calculating the pre-added water amount according to the mass of the bentonite, the natural water content and the pre-prepared target water content;
s3, putting the weighed bentonite powder into a raw material bin, and putting the pre-added water into a water storage tank;
s4, starting a material conveying switch to convey bentonite into the stirring bin, and closing the material conveying switch after all bentonite in the raw material bin is conveyed into the stirring bin;
s5, adjusting the adjustable stirring paddle to be spaced to 0.5cm from the inner wall of the stirring bin, adjusting the pressure of a pressure water pump to 0.8MPa, and adjusting an atomizing nozzle to atomize water into fine particles of 1-5 microns;
s6, turning on a stirrer switch, starting stirring of the bentonite powder with natural water content by a stirring paddle under the driving of a motor, starting a water pump switch after the stirring bin operates stably for 10-15 seconds, and uniformly spraying liquid on the bentonite powder by an atomizing nozzle;
s7, after the liquid in the water storage tank is half output, adjusting the adjustable stirring paddle to be spaced from the inner wall of the stirring bin by 1 cm; after all the liquid in the water storage tank is output, the adjustable stirring paddle is adjusted to be spaced from the inner wall of the stirring bin to 1.5 cm; after the pressure of the pressurized water pump is displayed as 0, continuing stirring for 10-15 seconds, and then turning off a stirrer switch and a water pump switch;
s8, opening a discharge valve, starting a stirrer switch to connect the prepared bentonite into a storage barrel through a discharge port, numbering and sealing for later use;
s9, taking a part of samples in the storage barrel to test the water content, comparing the target water content, and adjusting the water adding amount in real time.
