Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of biomedicine, in particular to a dressing containing trehalose and capable of repairing a skin screen barrier and a manufacturing process thereof.
Background
In recent years, the medical plastic beauty industry of China is different military prominence, the development is rapid, the demand market is vigorous, beauty in the 21 st century is a necessary living need of young women, laser treatment is a novel medical beauty technology which is made up at present, most of patients with skin problems need to receive laser treatment, laser beauty actually utilizes lasers with different types and wavelengths to cause certain influence on skin tissues, for example, the heat effect generated by the laser treatment can cause the reduction of the skin barrier function, so that the skin becomes sensitive, the main expression is inflammatory cell infiltration around dermal blood vessels, the epidermis has intracellular edema and intercellular edema, and erythema, swelling and even blister are generated; at present, products aiming at repairing after the face laser operation are diversified in the market, but the problems of poor repairing effect, long repairing time and the like exist.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a dressing containing trehalose capable of repairing a skin screen and a manufacturing process thereof, which solve the above problems.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows: a dressing containing trehalose for repairing skin screen barrier: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-100 parts of trehalose, 13-25 parts of sea buckthorn polysaccharide, 65-95 parts of glycerol, 32-46 parts of sweet almond oil, 13-20 parts of helicase, 25-35 parts of pentanediol, 3.0-5.0 parts of phenoxyethanol, 2.3-3.5 parts of triethanolamine and 765-852 parts of water.
Further, the skin barrier trehalose dressing comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 73 parts of trehalose, 20 parts of sea buckthorn polysaccharide, 80 parts of glycerol, 39 parts of sweet almond oil, 18 parts of helicase, 30 parts of pentanediol, 4.0 parts of phenoxyethanol, 3.1 parts of triethanolamine and 805 parts of water.
Further, the trehalose comprises α -trehalose, α -trehalose and β -trehalose in a mass ratio of (2-5) to (5-30).
Further, the water is one of purified water, distilled water and softened water.
Further, a process for manufacturing a skin barrier trehalose dressing, comprising the steps of:
s1, adding water accounting for 80% of the total amount into a preparation tank, adding trehalose and sea buckthorn polysaccharide in a stirring state in a grading manner, stirring for dissolving, wherein the stirring frequency is 20-30 Hz, and the stirring time is 20-40 min, so as to obtain a phase A;
s2, adding 1.3-2.0 times of composite phosphate solution into the phase A, placing the phase A in a water bath oscillator, adjusting the pH value to 6-8, and oscillating for 50-80 min at the temperature of 50-70 ℃ to obtain a phase B;
s3, centrifuging the phase B at 5000-7000 rpm for 20-30 min, ultra-filtering the supernatant obtained by centrifugation with an ultra-filtration membrane, allowing the ultra-filtered permeate to pass through an acid-base column at a flow rate of 3-5 m L/S, collecting the liquid passing through the acid-base column as phase C,
and S4, sequentially adding glycerol, sweet almond oil, helicase, pentanediol and phenoxyethanol into the phase C, adding the rest water, stirring uniformly, stirring at the frequency of 20-30 Hz for 25-35 min, and regulating the pH value of the solution to 4.5-6.5 by using triethanolamine to obtain the skin barrier trehalose dressing.
Further, the composite phosphate is prepared by uniformly mixing sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium trimetaphosphate according to the mass ratio of (1.3-2.0) to (0.4-1.0).
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the raw materials are selected according to the skin repair mechanism, the raw materials are scientifically proportioned and cooperatively play a role, the skin repair effect is improved, and skin allergy caused after laser treatment is avoided, wherein α -trehalose, α -trehalose, β -trehalose and hippophae rhamnoides polysaccharide are mixed according to a proportion, can effectively enter cells to play a unique role of water substitution stress factors, can form a layer of protective film on the cell surface layer, α -trehalose and β -trehalose can fully lock skin moisture, reduce evaporation of facial moisture of the skin, and enable the moisture to be freely diffused to the horny layer, so that the cell membrane is effectively protected;
(2) secondly, the glycerol, the sweet almond oil and the helicase are added into the phosphorylated polysaccharide solution, phosphate radical ions can be promoted to be fully combined with trehalose hydroxyl and sea buckthorn polysaccharide glycosidic bonds, the anti-freezing activity of sugar molecules is improved, the molecular structure of cell membrane components is stabilized, damage caused by changes of the membrane is reduced, when the combination of the helicase, the sweet almond oil, the pentanediol and the phenoxyethanol permeates into skin surface cells of a human body, the viscosity of the whole cells and the concentration of solutes in the cells are increased, and therefore the phenomenon that the skin is inflamed due to uneven concentrations of the solutes and the solution in the cells is avoided.
(3) In the preparation process, the stirring frequency and time are strictly controlled, and the centrifugal liquid is centrifuged at a certain speed to obtain a purified centrifugate, wherein the composite phosphate solution is used for oscillating to obtain a phase B, so that phosphate ions can be fully combined with trehalose hydroxyl and a seabuckthorn polysaccharide glycosidic bond, the frost resistance activity of sugar molecules is improved, and the skin allergy symptom is relieved.
