A controllable uv disinfection and sterilization lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein said base (1) is centrally provided with a central cylinder (10) in the top surface, said rotating assembly being mounted in said central cylinder (10); the rotating assembly comprises a rotating motor (11) and a pressure bearing (12) which are fixed in the central cylinder (10), and an end cover (13) which is fixed at the top opening of the central cylinder (10), wherein the rotating motor (11) is electrically connected with the lighting circuit; the two ends of the supporting column (4) are respectively provided with a rotating block (14), the rotating blocks (14) at the bottom of the supporting column (4) are installed in the central cylinder (10) and abut against the top surface of the pressure bearing (12), and the end cover (13) is sleeved on the supporting column (4) and abuts against the rotating blocks (14); a rotating shaft (15) is arranged outwards on the pair of rotating blocks (14), and the rotating shaft (15) on the rotating block (14) at the bottom of the supporting column (4) is connected with a main shaft of the rotating motor (11); and a rotating shaft (15) on the rotating block (14) at the top of the supporting column (4) is hinged at the top of the outer frame (2).

A controllable uv disinfection and sterilization lamp as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said base (1) has a triangular cross-sectional profile, and the bottom feet of said external frame (2) are respectively fixed at the triangular positions of said base (1); the base (1) is provided with a mounting groove (16) from the bottom surface, the control circuit board (6) is fixed in the mounting groove (16), and the opening part of the mounting groove (16) is also covered with a bottom cover (17); the switch button (8) and the indicator lamp (9) are installed on one side of the top surface of the base (1), and the charging port (7) is formed in one side face of the base (1).

A controllable ultraviolet disinfection lamp as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the top surface of said base (1) is provided with fixing slots (18) at triangular positions, the side surface of said base (1) is provided with fixing holes (19) at triangular positions; the bottom of the outer frame (2) is provided with three fixing feet (20) downwards, the fixing feet (20) are installed in the fixing grooves (18), and fixing bolts (21) penetrate through the fixing holes (19).

A controllable uv disinfection and sterilization lamp as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that said supporting pillar (4) has a triangular cross-sectional profile, said uv lamp tube (5) being vertically mounted at the side of the supporting pillar (4); and a reflecting cover (22) corresponding to the ultraviolet lamp tube (5) is also arranged on the side surface of the supporting column (4).

A controllable ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization lamp as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the triangular position of the side of the supporting column (4) is provided with a heat dissipation groove (23), and a heat dissipation fin (24) is arranged in the heat dissipation groove (23).
7. A controlled uv germicidal lamp as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the outer frame (2) is perforated with a plurality of light holes (25).
