本发明公开一种3D打印多孔仿小梁弧形髓内柄,包括:髓针部、连接部;所述髓针部的基部与连接部固连,所述髓针部为骨小梁结构,所述髓针部设有若干孔隙。本发明与股骨近端髓腔完美匹配,符合股骨的生物力学,解决了靠近股骨近端的缺损重建的难题。

一种3D打印多孔仿小梁弧形髓内柄
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械研究领域,具体涉及一种3D打印多孔仿小梁弧形髓内柄。
背景技术
对于股骨中上段或上段的瘤性缺损或创伤缺损,常规的治疗手段一般为髋关节置换+组配式截骨段套接+股骨髓针。由于治疗方法的限制,股骨近端残余骨的垂直长度不足以固定常规的髓针,所以不得不将正常的股骨近端包括大转子、小转子以及股骨头等一系列结构切除而用相关假体取而代之,这种方式造成了正常机构不必要的损伤,严重影响了术后的功能及恢复。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种3D打印多孔仿小梁弧形髓内柄,与股骨近端髓腔完美匹配,符合股骨的生物力学,解决了靠近股骨近端的缺损重建的难题。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供的上述一种3D打印多孔仿小梁弧形髓内柄,包括:髓针部、连接部;所述髓针部的基部与连接部固连,所述髓针部为骨小梁结构,所述髓针部设有若干孔隙。
优选的,所述孔隙由外向内多层布置,孔隙的孔径由外向内逐渐减小,所述髓针部的孔隙率由外向内逐渐减小。
优选的,所述髓针部的径向尺寸由基部至末端逐渐减小。
进一步地,所述髓针部的外侧缘弧度大于内侧缘的弧度。
优选的,所述髓针部的基部设有弧形翼状突起结构。
优选的,所述髓针部的伸展长度为80mm-100mm,所述髓针部的弯曲弧度与股骨颈干角相适配。
优选的,所述髓针部的末端抛光。
优选的,所述髓针部与连接部均为钛合金材质。
优选的,所述髓针部和连接部采用3D打印一体制造
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明与股骨近端髓腔完美匹配;
2、本发明的髓针部设有多层布置的孔隙,符合股骨的生物力学;
3、解决了靠近股骨近端的缺损重建的难题。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
本发明的一种3D打印多孔仿小梁弧形髓内柄,包括:髓针部1、连接部2;所述髓针部1的基部与连接部2固连,所述髓针部1为骨小梁结构,所述髓针部1设有若干孔隙101。
优选的,所述孔隙101由外向内多层布置,孔隙101的孔径由外向内逐渐减小,所述髓针部1的孔隙率由外向内逐渐减小。
优选的,所述髓针部1的径向尺寸由基部至末端逐渐减小。
进一步地,所述髓针部1的外侧缘弧度大于内侧缘的弧度。
优选的,所述髓针部的基部设有弧形翼状突起结构。
优选的,所述髓针部1的伸展长度为80mm-100mm,所述髓针部1的弯曲弧度与股骨颈干角相适配。
优选的,所述髓针部1的末端抛光。
优选的,所述髓针部1与连接部2均为钛合金材质。
优选的,所述髓针部1和连接部2采用3D打印一体制造。
具体实施过程:根据患者的具体情况采用3D打印技术打印出与患者匹配的髓针部1与连接部2;髓针部1与连接部2均采用钛合金材料,抗腐蚀能力强,延长了整体使用寿命;髓针部1伸展长度为80mm-100mm,所述髓针部1的弯曲弧度与股骨颈干角相适配,针对不同年龄、性别及身高的人采取不同的设计;所述髓针部1的基部与连接部2固连,所述髓针部1设有孔隙101,所述髓针部1的孔隙101由外向内多层布置,孔隙101的孔径由外向内逐渐减小,符合股骨的生物力学特征;髓针部1的外侧缘弧度大于内侧缘的弧度,使得在将髓针部1置入股骨近端髓腔时,髓针部1末端外侧缘受力更大,从而使得整个连接部2贴近内侧皮质走形;髓针部1的径向尺寸由基部至末端逐渐减小,使得植入时可随着植入深度的增加而加压,增加了连接部2在固定时的稳定性;髓针部1的基部设有弧形翼状突起结构,起到防旋的功能;本发明中的髓针部1也可与常规的股骨截骨或股骨髓针匹配。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种3D打印多孔仿小梁弧形髓内柄,其特征在于,包括:髓针部(1)、连接部(2);所述髓针部(1)的基部与连接部(2)固连,所述髓针部(1)为骨小梁结构,所述髓针部(1)设有若干孔隙(101)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的3D打印多孔仿小梁弧形髓内柄,其特征在于:所述孔隙(101)由外向内多层布置,孔隙(101)的孔径由外向内逐渐减小,所述髓针部(1)的孔隙率由外向内逐渐减小。
3.根据权利要求1所述的3D打印多孔仿小梁弧形髓内柄,其特征在于:所述髓针部(1)的径向尺寸由基部至末端逐渐减小。
4.根据权利要求3所述的3D打印多孔仿小梁弧形髓内柄,其特征在于:所述髓针部(1)的外侧缘弧度大于内侧缘的弧度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的3D打印多孔仿小梁弧形髓内柄,其特征在于:所述髓针部(1)的基部设有弧形翼状突起结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的3D打印多孔仿小梁弧形髓内柄,其特征在于:所述髓针部(1)的伸展长度为80mm-100mm,所述髓针部(1)的弯曲弧度与股骨颈干角相适配。
