Background
Pharyngeal secretion sampling is one of the basic diagnostic methods in medicine, and has important guiding significance for diagnosing respiratory tract transmission diseases such as influenza and the like. The pharynx is a place where the viruses gather more, and the pharynx of a healthy person should have normal flora of the oral cavity without pathogenic bacteria growth, so if the pharynx swab sampled from the pharynx is subjected to bacterial culture and pathogenic bacteria can be separated, the virus type of the pathogenic bacteria can be accurately detected, and a judgment basis is provided for the type of diseases.
In the prior art, the pharyngeal swab sampling is that a doctor dips a small amount of secretion by using a cotton swab to extend into the pharyngeal portion of a patient, and the secretion is taken as a pharyngeal swab sample; in the process of pharyngeal sampling, as medical staff needs to stretch the cotton swab into the pharyngeal of a patient, the patient needs to actively stretch the large mouth to be matched, and the pharyngeal of the patient can struggle and resist when being stimulated by foreign matters such as the cotton swab, even the upper mouth is unconsciously closed, so that pharyngeal sampling operation is more difficult. Meanwhile, medical staff needs to be in close contact with a patient in the sampling process, the patient needs to be opened so as to sample, and the spray of the patient is easily transmitted to the airway of the sampled medical staff, so that the risk of infection of the medical staff is greatly increased.
Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a pharyngeal secretion collection device that facilitates sampling by medical personnel while ensuring safety of the medical personnel.

After pharyngeal secretion is collected and extracted, the sampling rod is controlled to leave the oral cavity contact surface of the patient through the telescopic switch, the tongue depressor is lifted through the control swing switch, the patient is informed to release the occlusion table, the hand-held part is held to enable the patient to withdraw from the mouth of the patient, finally, medical staff presses the clamping switch to take the sampling rod, and then the sampling rod is placed in the prepared sampling liquid to complete sampling operation.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides the pharyngeal secretion collecting device, by designing the occlusion table, the teeth of a patient can bite on the occlusion table, so that the mouth of the patient is in a closed state, the possibility of virus transmission in the spray of the patient is reduced, and the risk of virus infection of medical staff is also reduced; according to the invention, the tongue pressing assembly is designed to press the tongue root, so that the tongue of a patient is prevented from being tilted, and then the sampling assembly is used for sampling the throat part of the patient, so that the sampling difficulty is reduced; meanwhile, the invention designs an auxiliary observation assembly, and the images of the sampling rod and the tongue depressor in the oral cavity are acquired in real time by using the camera, so that medical staff can observe the state in the oral cavity and the position of the pharyngeal portion of a patient, and further accurate sampling is realized.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention.
