Referring to fig. 1-5, a cleaning and cooling device in a livestock breeding shed comprises a bottom plate 1, wherein the top of the bottom plate 1 is fixedly connected with a cleaning box 2 through screws, the cleaning box 2 is connected with a central shaft 3 in a rotating manner, the outer side of the central shaft 3 is connected with a mixing structure, the top of the bottom plate 1 is fixedly connected with a cylindrical barrel 8 through screws, a vertical shaft 9 is vertically and rotatably installed in the cylindrical barrel 8, the outer side of the vertical shaft 9 is fixedly provided with a plurality of water flow blades 10 through welding, one side of the cleaning box 2 is fixedly connected with a high-pressure water pump 7 through screws, the water inlet of the high-pressure water pump 7 is communicated with the cleaning box 2, the water outlet of the high-pressure water pump 7 is communicated with the cylindrical barrel 8, one side of the cylindrical barrel 8 is rotatably connected with a water pipe 12, the same hose 11 is communicated between the water pipe 12 and, the top of the cooling box 16 is embedded with two semiconductor refrigerators 17, the refrigerating surface of the semiconductor refrigerator 17 is positioned in the cooling box 16, the heating surface of the semiconductor refrigerator 17 is positioned at the outer side of the cooling box 16, one end of the central shaft 3 extends into the cooling box 16 and is matched with the vertical shaft 9, two linkage shafts 24 are rotatably installed in the cooling box 16, air blowing fans 18 are fixedly installed on the two linkage shafts 24 and the central shaft 3 through welding, and the two linkage shafts 24 are matched with the central shaft 3.
