Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a method for distributing a network for intelligent household equipment, which is applied to mobile terminals, such as mobile phones, computers, tablets and the like. The expression form of the method in the mobile terminal can be as follows: the embodiment of the present application takes APP installed on a mobile terminal as an example for description, and the specific implementation steps of the method are as shown in fig. 1:
Before the smart home device is connected to a router, configuration information of the router, such as a Service Set Identifier (SSID) and a password of the router, needs to be obtained in advance. Specifically, after the smart home device is connected with the mobile terminal through the bluetooth, the configuration information of the router sent by the APP installed on the mobile terminal is acquired. Or the intelligent household equipment acquires the configuration information of the router manually input by the user.
In a specific embodiment, when the smart home device is powered on, first, the smart home device communicates with a router through an APP installed on a mobile terminal to obtain configuration information of the router, where the configuration information includes: and the service set identifier and the connection password, and sending the configuration information to the intelligent household equipment.
In a specific embodiment, the communication module of the smart home device sends a wireless network connection signal to the router to request to establish connection with the router. The APP installed on the mobile terminal is connected with the router, and whether the intelligent home equipment can be accessed through the router or not is judged. When the APP installed on the mobile terminal cannot access the intelligent home equipment, judging that the intelligent home equipment fails to be connected with the router; when the APP installed on the mobile terminal successfully accesses the intelligent household equipment, the fact that the intelligent household equipment is successfully connected with the router is judged.
And 102, when judging that the router connection fails, connecting the intelligent household equipment through a short-distance wireless communication protocol.
The short-range wireless communication protocol includes a bluetooth communication protocol and the like.
In a specific embodiment, when it is determined that the router connection fails, the APP installed on the mobile terminal automatically opens the bluetooth of the mobile terminal or the user manually opens the bluetooth function of the mobile terminal. The user manually opens the Bluetooth module of the intelligent household equipment, or the intelligent household equipment automatically opens the Bluetooth module after the router connection fails, and the Bluetooth module sends out a Bluetooth connection signal at the moment. The APP installed on the mobile terminal acquires the Bluetooth connection signal, and establishes Bluetooth connection with the intelligent household equipment through a Bluetooth communication protocol to complete the network distribution of the intelligent household equipment.
And 103, acquiring the reason of the failure of the intelligent household equipment in connecting the network, and sending the reason to the server to complete the network distribution of the intelligent household equipment.
In a specific embodiment, after the APP installed on the mobile terminal is connected to the smart home device through the bluetooth communication protocol, the reason why the smart home device fails in connecting to the network is obtained, and the reason why the smart home device fails is sent to the server. The APP installed on the mobile terminal may send the reason for the network failure to the server by using a wireless network, a third generation mobile communication technology (3G), a fourth generation mobile communication technology (4G), or a fifth generation mobile communication technology (5G) according to the actual situation of the current network.
In a specific embodiment, the APP installed on the mobile terminal obtains the reason for the failure of the smart home device to connect to the network, that is, the reason for the failure of connecting to the router, and the specific process is as follows: acquiring a connection process sent by the intelligent household equipment through a short-distance wireless communication protocol, and determining that the connection process is as follows: the intelligent home equipment sends a connection request to the router, receives no confirmation message returned by the router within a first preset time, defines the connection process as a connection fault, and sends the connection fault to the server as a reason of networking failure. The connection request may be one time or multiple times, and of course, one time may be accidental, and multiple times of requests still cannot receive the confirmation message, so that the connection failure can be more accurately determined. For example, the communication module of the smart home device sends a wireless network connection signal, the router does not respond, and at this time, the communication module sends a connection signal every 30 seconds, the operation lasts for 5 minutes, and an acknowledgement message returned by the router is still not received, which may be defined as a connection failure.
Specifically, the connection failure may be that the smart home device cannot be connected to the router due to the current network condition being poor or due to other reasons, but when the network condition is good, the smart home device may be connected to the router again to complete the network distribution.
In a specific embodiment, the APP installed on the mobile terminal obtains the reason for the failure of the smart home device to connect to the network, that is, the reason for the failure of connecting to the router, and the specific process is as follows: acquiring a connection process sent by the intelligent household equipment through a short-distance wireless communication protocol, and determining that the connection process is as follows: after the intelligent home equipment and the router are successfully connected, the intelligent home equipment does not receive a reply message of the router within a second preset time, the connection process is defined as network overtime, and the network overtime is used as a reason for network failure and sent to the server. For example, the smart home device and the router are successfully connected, but in the communication process, the smart home device sends a request message to the router, but after 2 minutes, the smart home device never receives a reply message from the router, and at this time, the network timeout may be defined.
Specifically, the network timeout may be that the router cannot reply to the request message sent by the smart home device in a certain time period due to a decrease in the data processing capacity of the current network, and certainly may also be that the router fails to reply to the request message sent by the smart home device due to a failure.
In a specific embodiment, the APP installed on the mobile terminal obtains the reason for the failure of the smart home device to connect to the network, that is, the reason for the failure of connecting to the router, and the specific process is as follows: acquiring a connection process sent by the intelligent household equipment through a short-distance wireless communication protocol, and determining that the connection process is as follows: after the intelligent home equipment receives the operation instruction sent by the server, the operation instruction cannot be analyzed, the connection process is defined as the instruction cannot be analyzed, and the connection process is sent to the server as the reason of the networking failure. For example, the server sends an instruction to the smart air conditioner to lower the temperature of the air conditioner, and after receiving the instruction, the smart air conditioner cannot analyze the instruction and cannot lower the temperature, and at this time, the server may be defined as that the instruction cannot be analyzed.
In a specific embodiment, the APP installed on the mobile terminal obtains the reason for the failure of the smart home device to connect to the network, that is, the reason for the failure of connecting to the router, and the specific process is as follows: acquiring a connection process sent by the intelligent household equipment through a short-distance wireless communication protocol, and determining that the connection process is as follows: when the intelligent home equipment, the mobile terminal and the server communicate, the data sending end does not send the data packet according to the network protocol, so that the data receiving end analyzes the data packet incorrectly, the connection process is defined as a data transmission error, and the data transmission error is sent to the server as a reason of networking failure. When communicating with a server, an APP, a router, or other network intelligent devices, various types of communication modules need to comply with a network Protocol, for example, a hypertext transfer Protocol (HTTP), a Transmission control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP for short). In the communication process, formats of data are all specified in a protocol, for example, the APP receives a data packet sent by the smart home device, and reads a packet header of the data packet to obtain a specific state of current communication.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the application, whether the intelligent household equipment can be connected to the router or not is judged through the mobile terminal, and when the fact that the connection of the intelligent household equipment to the router fails is judged, the intelligent household equipment is connected through the short-distance wireless communication protocol. The problem that the intelligent household equipment cannot be connected and controlled when a communication fault occurs in a wireless network is effectively solved, and disconnection of the intelligent household equipment due to the communication fault occurring in a certain communication mode is avoided. And after the intelligent household equipment is connected through the short-distance communication protocol, the reason of the failure of the intelligent household equipment in connecting the network is obtained, and the reason of the failure is sent to the server, so that the network distribution of the intelligent household equipment is completed. By further judging the reason of the communication fault of the intelligent household equipment, the network reconnection of the intelligent household equipment can be realized according to the specific fault reason, and more convenient support is provided for after-sale service.
