Abstract

Technical Field

Background
The engine is required to be provided with a wire harness slot for accommodating the wire harness so as to realize the arrangement of the wire harness. In the manufacturing process, mounting holes need to be formed in the engine and the harness slot in advance respectively, so that the engine and the harness slot can be connected through a connecting piece penetrating through the mounting holes in the subsequent assembling process. 1. A wiring structure for routing a wire harness on an engine, comprising:
the wire harness component is used for installing the wire harness and realizing the wire harness arrangement, and a connecting hole is formed in the wire harness component;
a waist-shaped hole formed in the engine;
and a connecting member passing through the connecting hole and the kidney-shaped hole to connect the harness member and the engine, the connecting member being slidable in the kidney-shaped hole.
2. The wiring structure according to claim 1, wherein the number of the waist-shaped holes is at least two, and the number of the connection holes is not smaller than the number of the waist-shaped holes.
3. The wiring structure according to claim 2, wherein the harness member is a channel-shaped member or a passage that accommodates the wire harness.
4. The wiring structure according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of protruding portions are provided on the harness member, the protruding portions protrude from an outer wall of the harness member, and the connection holes are opened on top surfaces of the protruding portions one by one.
5. The wiring structure according to claim 4, wherein the boss portion is a hollow structure integrally formed with the harness member, and an inner cavity of the boss portion communicates with the inner cavity of the harness member.
6. The wiring structure according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of bosses are provided on the engine, the bosses protrude from an outer wall of the engine, and the kidney-shaped holes are opened on top surfaces of the bosses one by one.
7. The wiring structure according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a plurality of wire exit openings are provided on the harness member.
8. The wiring structure according to claim 7, wherein the connecting member is a staple.
