Chinese patent publication No. CN209313276U discloses a special overhaul frame for a fast-assembling distribution transformer suspended core, which includes two first supporting seats extending in the front-rear direction, four first supporting rods extending in the vertical direction, two second supporting seats extending in the front-rear direction, one second supporting rod extending in the left-right direction, and a hoisting ring penetrating through the second supporting rod, wherein the hoisting ring has an adjustable central degree, and the width between the two second supporting seats is adjusted. However, the height of the first support rod cannot be adjusted, so that the problem of low efficiency still exists in the hoisting process.

The invention aims to provide a special tool for overhauling a distribution transformer hanging core, which mainly solves the problem that the existing tool for overhauling the distribution transformer hanging core cannot adapt to various operating environments.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention designs a special tool for overhauling a suspension core of a distribution transformer, which comprises a left support block, a right support block, two lifting mechanisms and a second support rod, wherein the first support block and the second support block extend along the front-back direction; the two supporting blocks are respectively arranged at the top ends of the two first supporting seats; the two lifting mechanisms are respectively arranged at the top ends of the two supporting blocks; the two ends of the second supporting rod are respectively fixed at the top ends of the two lifting mechanisms, a first connecting ring is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the second supporting rod, and a hanging rod which is sleeved with the first connecting ring is arranged at the bottom of the first connecting ring.

The middle of the bottom of the second support rod 8 is provided with a first connecting ring 9, and the bottom of the first connecting ring 9 is provided with a suspender 10 which is sleeved with the first connecting ring 9.
As shown in fig. 2, in use, the two first supporting seats 1 are respectively placed on the heat dissipation fins at two ends of the distribution transformer 5, and the bottom of the suspension rod 10 is connected with the top end of the suspension core 6 through a rope. In the process of hoisting the hoisting core 6, the screw rod 4 is rotated to reduce the distance between the first fixing head and the second fixing head 12, and meanwhile, the first lifting rod 31, the second lifting rod 32, the third lifting rod 71 and the fourth lifting rod 72 are driven to incline along the vertical direction, so that the footstock 7 is lifted upwards, then the footstock 7 is lifted upwards to the second supporting rod 8, and the hoisting core 6 is lifted through the connection of the suspender 10 and the hoisting core 6.
The invention has reasonable and simple structure, accelerates the repair time of the distribution transformer on-site suspended core and improves the working efficiency.
