Background
In the power industry, power cables are the medium necessary to carry power transmission. With the prolonged service life of the power cable, the power cable may have local potential risks caused by aging or damage of the line, for example, the risk of disconnection or spontaneous combustion, the risk of electric leakage, and the like, and the power cable needs to be regularly detected, checked, corrected or repaired in time. The power cable is further detected, and the power cable can not be taken.
The detection of current electric power cable gets the electric mode and generally divide into two kinds, and first kind is the puncture fastener, and the second kind is the wire shunt. The puncture wire clamp is relatively safe in operation, but the puncture wire clamp is disposable lead device, can not used repeatedly, and the spine of puncture wire clamp threading is the copper product material, is equivalent with the wire material, and phenomenons such as bending can appear in use, influence get the electric load. The conductor shunt has large current taking, but the operation of removing the insulating coating on a large area of the power taking cable is needed, and if the operation is dangerous in live working, the insulation recovery is troublesome. Not applicable to uninterrupted operating environment.
The main objective of technical personnel is to provide a new implementation method for taking electricity from a power cable with an insulating protective layer, so that convenience and safety are ensured in the process of detecting the power cable, the operation difficulty of primary power operation and maintenance workers is reduced, and serious personal injury or property loss is avoided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a reusable safe power-taking wire clamp device which has the characteristics of reliable connection, large power-taking load, simplicity and convenience in operation, safety, reusability and the like, and is less in damage to a user cable in the power-taking operation and easy in recovery of an insulating shell.
One technical scheme for achieving the above purpose is as follows: a reusable safe power-taking wire clamp device comprises a plastic shell, a square tube fixing frame, a cable bushing and a power-taking structure;
the square tube fixing frame is arranged in the plastic shell and used for supporting the cable bushing and the power taking structure; the cable bushing is of an arc surface structure and is clamped in the square tube fixing frame and the open part of the plastic shell;
the power taking structure is arranged inside the plastic shell and comprises a clamping screw, a support plate and a cable socket, the tip end of the clamping screw faces towards the cable bushing, the tail end of the clamping screw is an operation socket, an opening facing the operation socket is formed in the plastic shell, the clamping screw rotates through a threaded structure and simultaneously displaces relative to the cable bushing, the support plate is a conductive copper plate and is respectively connected with the clamping screw and the cable socket, and the cable socket faces towards the outer side of the plastic shell.
Furthermore, the cable bush is rotatable and detachable joint in on the square pipe mount.
Still further, one end of the arc surface structure of the cable bushing is provided with a cable limiting structure, the other end of the arc surface structure of the cable bushing is provided with a power taking open groove, and the tip end of the clamping screw rod extends into the power taking open groove of the cable bushing.
Furthermore, the end part of the clamping screw rod is of a spherical structure.
Furthermore, the electricity taking structure further comprises a screw rod support, and the screw rod support supports the clamping screw rod.
Furthermore, the operation interface is of an inner hexagonal structure.
According to the reusable safe power line clamp device, the pointed stainless steel clamping screw is used as a contact entering a cable, the screw is rotated through the internal hexagonal insulation wrench, so that the pointed end is pressed into an insulation surface of the cable and is squeezed among a plurality of strands of copper wires to take power, a large contact area between the end part of the clamping screw and the copper wires is ensured, and meanwhile, a user cable is damaged slightly. The outside of the power taking wire clamp device is a closed plastic shell, a cable to be taken is limited through a cable bushing, power taking output is carried out through a cable socket, the insulating property of the device is guaranteed, and risks in the operation process are reduced.

Detailed Description
In order to better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the following detailed description is made by specific examples:
referring to fig. 1, the reusable safe power line clamp device of the present invention includes a plastic housing 1, a square tube fixing frame 2, a cable bushing 3 and a power structure. The electricity taking structure is composed of a clamping screw 41, a screw support 42, a support plate 43 and a cable socket 44.
The plastic shell 1 is of a splicing structure, the safe power cable clamp device forms closed cladding after splicing is completed, and an opening for placing the cable bushing 3 is formed in the end portion of the safe power cable clamp device. The plastic shell 1 is designed to be suitable for being held by an operator, and is safe and convenient to operate. The square tube fixing frame 2 is arranged in the plastic shell 1 and used for supporting the cable bush 3 and the power taking structure.
The cable bush 3 is a circular arc surface structure, one end of the circular arc surface structure is provided with a cable limiting structure 31, and the other end of the circular arc surface structure is provided with a power taking open groove 32. The cable bush 3 is rotatable and detachable joint is on square pipe mount, and the cable bush 3 to the different models of cable matching of not unidimensional carries out stable fixed in order to treat to get the electric cable. The cable bush 3 disperses the stress of the cable when the clamping screw 41 is pressed into the cable, and reduces the deformation of the cable. The cable bush 3 is clamped in the fixing frame after being put into the cable and rotated to the position, and the cable limiting structure 31 ensures that the cable cannot be separated upwards when the tip of the clamping screw 41 is pressed into the cable.
The electricity taking structure is arranged inside the plastic shell. The clamping screw 41 is supported by the screw support 42 and the support plate 43, and the tip end of the clamping screw faces the cable bush 3, extends into the electricity taking open groove 32 of the cable bush 3, and is limited by the electricity taking open groove 32. The end part of the clamping screw rod 41 is of a spherical structure, so that the copper core wires are extruded as far as possible when the tip contacts the copper core of the cable, the tip is extruded between the copper core wires, and the effective electricity taking load can be ensured when the stroke of the tip part reaches the center of the cable. The tail end of the clamping screw 41 is of an inner hexagonal structure, and an opening facing the operation socket is formed in the plastic shell and used for rotating the locking screw 41 through an inner hexagonal insulation wrench. The clamping screw 41 is rotated by the screw structure while being displaced relative to the cable bushing 3, thereby being squeezed between the cable copper cores. The support plate 43 is a conductive copper plate, which connects the clamping screw 41 and the cable socket 44, respectively, the cable socket 44 facing the outside of the plastic housing. The power-taking cable is connected through the cable socket 44, and the connecting cable is taken down when the wire clamp is installed, so that the operation safety is ensured.
Referring to FIG. 2, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific operation steps.
When the reusable safe power-taking wire clamp device is used for power-taking operation, the cable bushing 3 matched with the cable 5 till now is selected to be installed on the square tube fixing frame 2, at the moment, the end part of the clamping screw rod 41 extends into the power-taking open groove 32, then the cable is placed into the cable bushing 3, so that the end part of the clamping screw rod 41 is aligned to the insulating outer layer of the cable 5, and the power-taking point is positioned. The cable bushing 3 is then rotated so that the cable stop structure 31 stops the cable 5 from coming out. The clamping screw 41 is then rotated so that its end is squeezed into the cable 5 until the cable 5 core. Finally, the power cable is connected to the cable socket 44 to complete the power operation.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical advantages:
1. the device can safely and reliably take electricity, is simple and convenient to operate, does not contact with an electric part in the operation process, is safe to operate and can be used for multiple times;
2. the clamping screw rod is extruded into the copper core, so that the damage to the copper core of the user cable is reduced as much as possible (the copper core is slightly deformed in an ideal state);
3. the insulating layer at the pressing-in position of the clamping screw is damaged into a small round hole, so that the insulating layer can be conveniently recovered after electricity is taken.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the present invention and are not to be used as a limitation of the present invention, and that changes and modifications to the above described embodiments are within the scope of the claims of the present invention as long as they are within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
