Abstract

本发明公开一种键盘结构,包括一底座、一框架以及多个按键。框架设置于底座上。多个按键设置于底座上,此些按键以框架区隔而各自分开,且各个按键由上而下依序包括一键帽、一限位结构、一弹性件以及一薄膜开关元件,其中弹性件设置于薄膜开关元件上,键帽设置于弹性件上,且限位结构用以卡合键帽,使键帽相对于薄膜开关元件于一垂直方向上运动,其中键帽的周围表面设有一凸缘,凸缘与框架的底面在垂直方向上相接触。如此,灰尘或水分不容易渗入键盘结构中,以提高键盘结构的防水及防尘性能。

键盘结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种键盘结构,且特别是有关于一种防水及防尘的键盘结构。
背景技术
现有的键盘包括键帽、剪刀脚结构、弹性件以及薄膜电路板。弹性件设置于键帽下方,用以提供键帽的一弹性回复力。剪刀脚结构用以支撑键帽,使键帽按压时能压住弹性件,以将下压力传至薄膜电路板,并触动薄膜电路板上的开关元件。
然而,灰尘容易从两键帽间的间隙进入键盘中,同时,在无防水护套覆盖键盘的情况下,水分也容易从两键帽间的间隙进入键盘中,有待进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种键盘结构,用以改善键盘的防水及防尘性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出一种键盘结构,包括一底座、一框架以及多个按键。框架设置于底座上。多个按键设置于底座上,此些按键以框架区隔而各自分开,且各个按键由上而下依序包括一键帽、一限位结构、一弹性件以及一薄膜开关元件,其中弹性件设置于薄膜开关元件上,键帽设置于弹性件上,且限位结构用以卡合键帽,使键帽相对于薄膜开关元件于一垂直方向上运动,其中键帽的周围表面设有一凸缘,凸缘与框架的底面在垂直方向上相接触。如此,灰尘或水分不容易渗入键盘结构中,以提高键盘结构的防水及防尘性能。
其中,该凸缘与该框架的底面相接触的表面为一水平面或一斜面。
其中,该凸缘位于相邻的所述键帽之间的键帽间隙中,且该凸缘的宽度小于该键帽间隙的一半。
其中,该框架设置在该键帽间隙中,且覆盖相邻两个该凸缘,相邻两个该凸缘之间具有缝隙。
其中,该键帽包括一卡合件,该限位结构包括一卡合槽,用以容纳该卡合件,该卡合件与该卡合槽于该垂直方向上相卡合。
其中,该弹性件位于该卡合槽中,且该卡合件预压于该弹性件上,该弹性件位于该卡合件下方推抵该键帽使该凸缘往上与该框架接触。
其中,该框架包括一外框部以及多个间隔部件,该外框部连接所述间隔部件,所述间隔部件分隔于所述按键之间。
其中,该框架包括多个间隔部件,所述间隔部件分隔于所述按键之间。
其中,更包括一外框部,设置于所述间隔部件外围,该外框部与该限位结构一体成形。
其中,该限位结构与所述间隔部件以热融固定。
其中,更包括一薄膜电路板,设置于该底座上,且该薄膜电路板与各个按键的该薄膜开关元件电性连接。

具体实施方式
以下提出实施例进行详细说明,实施例仅用以作为范例说明,并非用以限缩本发明欲保护的范围。
实施例一
图1绘示依照本发明一实施例的键盘结构100的外观示意图。图2绘示依照本发明一实施例的键盘结构100的局部区域A的分解示意图。图3绘示依照本发明一实施例的键盘结构100的按键107的剖面示意图。请参照图1、图2及图3,在一实施例中,键盘结构100包括一底座102、一框架104、一薄膜电路板106以及多个按键107。底座102位于键盘结构100的底部,用以承载薄膜电路板106以及按键107。框架104设置于底座102上,更具体的,框架104例如以螺丝锁固或扣件卡固等方式而固定在底座102上。
此些按键107设置于底座102上,每个按键107代表至少一个字母、功能键或符号,以构成QWERTY顺序排列的键盘结构100或其他排列形式的键盘结构100。此些按键107以框架104区隔而各自分开,且各个按键107由上而下依序包括一键帽108、一限位结构110、一弹性件112以及一薄膜开关元件114,如图3所示。
请参照图2,框架104包括一外框部103以及多个间隔部件105(肋条),外框部103连接此些间隔部件105。在一实施例中,外框部103与此些间隔部件105例如以塑料射出形成的方式一体成形,接着,将框架104覆盖在设置有按键107及薄膜电路板106的底座102上,以组装成一键盘结构100。在本实施例中,外框部103例如以螺丝或扣件固定在底座102上,而此些间隔部件105分隔于此些按键107之间。也就是说,外框部103包围在此些按键107的外围,而此些间隔部件105覆盖在此些按键107的各个键帽108的凸缘109的表面上。
请参照图3,弹性件112设置于薄膜开关元件114上,弹性件112例如为橡胶突起(rubber dome)或其他支撑体,弹性件112设置于键帽108下方,用以提供键帽108之一弹性回复力,以使键帽108于未按压状态下通过弹性件112的弹性回复力而位于一起始位置。
此外,限位结构110设置于薄膜电路板106上,限位结构110用以卡合键帽108。例如:键帽108包括一卡合件1081,由键帽108的底面向下延伸,限位结构110包括一卡合槽1101,用以容纳卡合件1081,其中卡合件1081与卡合槽1101于垂直方向V上相卡合,使键帽108相对于薄膜开关元件114于垂直方向V上运动。此外,键帽108设置于弹性件112上,当键帽108受压而往下移动时,弹性件112触发薄膜开关元件114而产生一按压信号。薄膜开关元件114电性连接薄膜电路板106,薄膜电路板106用以传输此按压信号,以使外部装置(例如计算机)产生相对应的操作。
另外,请参照图3,弹性件112位于卡合槽1101中,且卡合件1081的中心柱1082预压于弹性件112上。在一实施例中,预压行程例如介于0.2mm至0.5mm之间,弹性件112(例如橡胶突起)受到预压之后,其圆顶突出部1121相对向上顶住键帽108,使键帽108的凸缘109与框架104的接触密封性更好,以达到防水防尘的效果。
请参照图2及图3,在一实施例中,为了改善键盘结构100的防水及防尘性能,键帽108的周围表面设有一凸缘109,凸缘109与框架104的底面1041在垂直方向V上相接触。由于框架104的间隔部件105直接覆盖在相邻键帽108之间的凸缘109上,可避免灰尘或水分直接经由键帽间隙108a进入键盘结构100中,阻断如图3所示的渗入路径P。因此,可提高键盘结构100的防水及防尘性能。
请参照图2,在一实施例中,凸缘109位于相邻两个键帽108之间的键帽间隙108a中,且键帽间隙108a的宽度W2比凸缘109的宽度W1的2倍要大,即W2>2W1,以确保两个键帽108相互独立按压而不会干扰。更具体的,键帽间隙108a的宽度W2比凸缘109的宽度W1的2倍大0.3至0.4mm,即W2-2W1=0.3~0.4mm。如此,相邻两个凸缘109之间的缝隙非常小(约为0.3~0.4mm),且框架104设置在键帽间隙108a中而覆盖相邻两个凸缘109,故灰尘或水分不容易渗入键盘结构100中,以提高键盘结构100的防水及防尘性能。当然,在其他实施例中,相邻两个凸缘109之间的缝隙尺寸也可大于0.3至0.4mm,只要能符合凸缘109与框架104底面相接触并避免相邻两个键帽108相互干扰的设计原则,相邻凸缘109间的缝隙尺寸可视需求(如按键、框架的相对配置)调整。
请参照图4,其绘示依照本发明一实施例的键盘结构100内部以热融固定的示意图。如上所述,外框部103与此些间隔部件105以塑料射出形成时,可一并形成多个插销部件1042于间隔部件105的底面,此些插销部件1042可插入于限位结构110的多个插孔111中,并加热此些插销部件1042而使其热融,使限位结构110与此些间隔部件105以插销部件1042热融后所形成的抵接结构(即胶融胶)固定。
图5绘示依照本发明另一实施例的键帽108的凸缘109的剖面示意图。请参照图3及图5,键帽108的凸缘109与框架104的底面1041相接触的表面可为一水平面1091或一斜面1092,也就是说,键帽108的凸缘109与框架104的底面水平接触或是倾斜接触。倾斜接触可减少水平接触面积,避免接触面积过大而产生较大的键帽108回弹噪音,但本实施例亦可改变键帽108的凸缘109为软性的缓冲材质,来减少键帽108回弹噪音,本发明对此不加以限制。
此外,键帽108的凸缘109与框架104的底面相接触亦可达到阻光效能,以减少发光键盘结构100的漏光。
实施例二
图6绘示依照本发明一实施例的键盘结构100’的局部区域的分解示意图。图7绘示依照本发明一实施例的键盘结构100’的按键107的剖面示意图。请参照图6及图7,在本实施例中,键盘结构100’包括一底座102、一外框部103、一框架104、一薄膜电路板106以及多个按键107。有关底座102、框架104、薄膜电路板106以及按键107的细部结构已于上述实施例中详细说明,在此不再赘述。
与上述实施例不同之处在于:框架104包括多个间隔部件105,外框部103设置于此些间隔部件105的外围,外框部103与限位结构110一体成形,此些间隔部件105分隔于此些按键107的键帽108之间。也就是说,外框部103不与此些间隔部件105一体成形,而是外框部103与限位结构110一体成形。键帽108可组装在由外框部103与限位结构110一体成形的本体上,接着,将此些间隔部件105覆盖在键帽108之间,以组装成一键盘结构100’。
请参照图7,键帽108的周围表面设有一凸缘109,凸缘109与框架104的底面1041在垂直方向V上相接触。由于框架104的间隔部件105直接覆盖在相邻键帽108之间的凸缘109上,可避免灰尘或水分直接经由键帽间隙108a进入键盘结构100中,阻断如图7所示的渗入路径P。因此,可提高键盘结构100’的防水及防尘性能。
如图7所示,在本实施例中,凸缘109位于相邻两个键帽108之间的键帽间隙108a中,且键帽间隙108a的宽度W2比凸缘109的宽度W1的2倍要大,即W2>2W1,以确保两个键帽108相互独立按压而不会干扰。更具体的,键帽间隙108a的宽度W2比凸缘109的宽度W1的2倍大0.3至0.4mm,即W2-2W1>0.3~0.4mm。如此,相邻两个凸缘109之间的缝隙非常小,且框架104设置在键帽间隙108a中而覆盖相邻两个凸缘109,故灰尘或水分不容易渗入键盘结构100’中,以提高键盘结构100’的防水及防尘性能。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明。因此,本发明的保护范围当视后附的权利要求所界定者为准。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (11)

1.一种键盘结构,其特征在于,包括:
一底座;
一框架,设置于该底座上;以及
多个按键,设置于该底座上,所述按键以该框架区隔而各自分开,且各个按键由上而下依序包括一键帽、一限位结构、一弹性件以及一薄膜开关元件,其中该弹性件设置于该薄膜开关元件上,该键帽设置于该弹性件上,且该限位结构用以卡合该键帽,使该键帽相对于该薄膜开关元件于一垂直方向上运动,其中该键帽的周围表面设有一凸缘,该凸缘与该框架的底面在该垂直方向上相接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的键盘结构,其特征在于,该凸缘与该框架的底面相接触的表面为一水平面或一斜面。
3.如权利要求1所述的键盘结构,其特征在于,该凸缘位于相邻的所述键帽之间的键帽间隙中,且该凸缘的宽度小于该键帽间隙的一半。
4.如权利要求3所述的键盘结构,其特征在于,该框架设置在该键帽间隙中,且覆盖相邻两个该凸缘,相邻两个该凸缘之间具有缝隙。
5.如权利要求1所述的键盘结构,其特征在于,该键帽包括一卡合件,该限位结构包括一卡合槽,用以容纳该卡合件,该卡合件与该卡合槽于该垂直方向上相卡合。
6.如权利要求5所述的键盘结构,其特征在于,该弹性件位于该卡合槽中,且该卡合件预压于该弹性件上,该弹性件位于该卡合件下方推抵该键帽使该凸缘往上与该框架接触。
7.如权利要求1所述的键盘结构,其特征在于,该框架包括一外框部以及多个间隔部件,该外框部连接所述间隔部件,所述间隔部件分隔于所述按键之间。
8.如权利要求1所述的键盘结构,其特征在于,该框架包括多个间隔部件,所述间隔部件分隔于所述按键之间。
9.如权利要求8所述的键盘结构,其特征在于,更包括一外框部,设置于所述间隔部件外围,该外框部与该限位结构一体成形。
10.如权利要求7至9中任一所述的键盘结构,其特征在于,该限位结构与所述间隔部件以热融固定。
11.如权利要求1所述的键盘结构,其特征在于,更包括一薄膜电路板,设置于该底座上,且该薄膜电路板与各个按键的该薄膜开关元件电性连接。
