Disease prevention and health management system
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of health management, and particularly relates to a disease prevention and health management system.
Background
With the development of society, the major diseases affecting the health and life span of human beings have been changed from early infectious diseases to chronic diseases such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, etc. Research shows that the individual life style and habit of individuals are improved by screening risk factors, health education and effective health care method formulation and popularization, the individual and integral risk factor level of chronic diseases can be effectively reduced, and the growth situation of the chronic diseases is restrained. Therefore, if the traditional Chinese medicine theory can be used as the basis, under the guidance of the concept of 'treating disease' of traditional Chinese medicine, the traditional Chinese medicine health care method is used as the basis, the Western medicine health management experience is used as the reference, the overall appearance and the individuation nursing characteristic of the traditional Chinese medicine are highlighted, the health care is scientifically and effectively guided, and huge social benefits can be obtained. However, in the prior art, how to form quantitative indexes corresponding to the Chinese medicine elements by various physical health parameters is not fully disclosed; nor does it adequately evaluate personal health in conjunction with personal physical parameters. Therefore, a health management system and a health management method are needed to be designed, which are used for fully combining a traditional Chinese medicine health evaluation table and objective monitoring indexes, realizing space-time management of the health states of individuals and groups and providing scientific and reliable guidance for the health of users.
In the prior art, some technical schemes related to disease prevention and health management systems also appear, for example, a traditional Chinese medicine health management system and method are provided in application number 2014105324844, a traditional Chinese medicine health management platform is established, data are collected, and are analyzed by a screening model determined in advance, so that the health state of a researched person is automatically evaluated, and a nursing scheme is generated; the intelligent and personalized health real-time monitoring can be realized, a reliable health prediction and assessment strategy is provided, a user is helped to timely and effectively know the physical condition, discover certain disease precursors, promote self health consciousness, prevent diseases and realize self health care; however, the technical scheme does not solve the real-time monitoring and management of the health of the user, and particularly cannot realize the instant monitoring of the user when the user has inconvenient symptoms.
