Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for adjusting the rotation time of a motor and an automatic vending system. Wherein, the method comprises the following steps: determining that the preset application meets an updating condition, wherein the preset application is arranged in a control module of the automatic vending system, and the updating condition is preset and is used as a condition for judging whether the most preset application is updated or not; updating the preset application to obtain the updated preset application; and adjusting the rotation time length of a motor arranged in the automatic vending system by utilizing the updated preset application. The invention solves the technical problems that the adjustment of the motor rotation time parameter of the vending machine needs to be realized manually in the related art, and the efficiency is low.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automatic vending control, in particular to a method and a device for adjusting the rotation time of a motor and an automatic vending system.
Background
With the continuous development of society, people tend to more and more conveniently and quickly pace life, and the vending machine is a physical machine for providing convenient and quick shopping for people, is not limited by time and place, can save manpower and can facilitate transactions. However, the rotation time of the motor in the existing vending system is often directly written in the local main control chip of the vending cabinet, and the motor is often required to be accurately matched with the mechanical structure, and meanwhile, the motor cannot be matched with different goods. If the motor rotation time parameter needs to be adjusted, embedded software local to each cabinet needs to be modified, a large amount of personnel is required to come to the cabinet for field operation, and therefore the efficiency is low when the motor rotation time parameter of the vending machine is adjusted.
Aiming at the problems that in the related art, the adjustment of the motor rotation time parameter of the vending machine needs to be realized manually, and the efficiency is low, an effective solution is not provided at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for adjusting the rotation time of a motor and an automatic vending system, which are used for at least solving the technical problems that in the related art, the adjustment of the motor rotation time parameter of a vending machine needs to be realized manually, and the efficiency is low.
According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for adjusting a rotation time period of a motor, applied to an automatic vending system, including: determining that a predetermined application satisfies an update condition, wherein the predetermined application is set in a control module of the vending system, and the update condition is preset and is used as a condition for judging whether the predetermined application is updated or not; updating the preset application to obtain an updated preset application; and adjusting the rotation time of a motor arranged in the automatic vending system by utilizing the updated preset application.
Optionally, the determining that the predetermined application satisfies the update condition includes at least one of: determining that an update time of the predetermined application is reached; determining a change in merchandise sold by the vending system.
Optionally, before the update time of the predetermined application is reached, the method for adjusting the motor rotation time period further includes: determining an update period of the predetermined application; wherein the determining the update period of the predetermined application comprises: determining the number of turns of the motor in a historical time period; dividing the historical time into a plurality of time periods, and determining the number of turns of the motor in each time period in the plurality of time periods; comparing the number of rotations of the motor in each time period with a reference number of rotations to determine an update cycle of the predetermined application.
Optionally, the comparing the number of rotations of the motor in each time period with predetermined reference data to determine an update cycle of the predetermined application includes: determining a comparison result obtained by comparing the number of turns of the motor in each time period with the reference number of turns of the motor in each time period; determining the total time length of the deviation of the number of turns of the motor and the reference number of turns of the motor exceeding a preset threshold value according to the comparison result; and determining the updating period of the preset application according to the total duration.
Optionally, before the determining that the goods sold by the vending system are changed, the method for adjusting the rotation time of the motor further comprises: determining a length of time that the vending system needs to rotate to push each of a plurality of types of merchandise out of the cabinet; and establishing a corresponding relation between each type of the commodities in the multiple types of commodities and the time length of the motor which needs to rotate, and storing the corresponding relation to a cloud.
Optionally, the updating the predetermined application includes: determining an adjustment parameter required to adjust the predetermined application; and updating the preset application by using the adjusting parameter.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for adjusting a rotation time of a motor, applied to an automatic vending system, including: a first determination unit configured to determine that a predetermined application satisfies an update condition, the predetermined application being provided in a control module of the vending system, the update condition being preset and being a condition for determining whether or not the predetermined application is updated; the updating unit is used for updating the preset application to obtain the updated preset application; and the adjusting unit is used for adjusting the rotation time of a motor arranged in the automatic vending system by utilizing the updated preset application.
Optionally, the first determining unit includes at least one of: a first determination module for determining that an update time of the predetermined application is reached; a second determination module for determining a change in merchandise sold by the vending system.
Optionally, the device for adjusting the rotation time of the motor further comprises: a second determination unit configured to determine an update cycle of the predetermined application before the update time of the predetermined application is reached; wherein the second determination unit includes: the third determining module is used for determining the number of turns of the motor in a historical time period; a fourth determining module, configured to divide the historical time into a plurality of time periods, and determine a number of rotations of the motor in each of the plurality of time periods; and the fifth determining module is used for comparing the number of rotation turns of the motor in each time period with the reference number of rotation turns so as to determine the updating period of the preset application.

Optionally, the device for adjusting the rotation time of the motor further comprises: a third determination unit for determining a time period for which the vending system pushes each of a plurality of types of commodities out of the cabinet, the motor needs to be rotated, before the determination of the change of the commodities sold by the vending system; the establishing unit is used for establishing a corresponding relation between each type of commodity in the multiple types of commodities and the time length of the motor needing to rotate, and storing the corresponding relation to a cloud end.
Optionally, the update unit includes: a sixth determining module, configured to determine an adjustment parameter that needs to be adjusted for the predetermined application; and the updating module is used for updating the preset application by utilizing the adjusting parameter.
According to another aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an automatic vending system including: a memory, a processor coupled with the memory, the memory and the processor communicating over a bus system; the memory is used for storing a program, wherein the program controls the equipment where the memory is located to execute any one of the above methods for adjusting the rotation time length of the motor when the program is executed by the processor; the processor is configured to execute a program, where the program executes the method for adjusting the rotation time length of the motor according to any one of the above descriptions.

In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method embodiment of adjusting a motor rotation time period, where the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the drawings may be executed in a computer system, such as a set of computer executable instructions, and where a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be executed in an order different from that described herein.

Therefore, the method for adjusting the motor rotation time provided by the embodiment of the invention solves the technical problems that the adjustment of the motor rotation time parameter of the vending machine in the related art needs to be realized manually and the efficiency is low.
According to the above embodiment of the present invention, in step S102, it is determined that the predetermined application satisfies the update condition, including at least one of: determining that an update time of a predetermined application is reached; a change in the items sold by the vending system is determined.
For example, the automatic vending system pushes out the commodity based on the type of the commodity sold currently, the motor needs to rotate for 10 circles for 1min, the motor rotates for 2min to push out the commodity, and then the setting is written into the preset application of the control chip in advance; with the use of the motor, the number of turns of the motor in 1min changes, for example, 9 turns in 1 min. In this case, if the rotation time of the motor is still controlled to be 2min, the commodity cannot be pushed out. At this point, the predetermined application needs to be modified; in addition, when the goods sold by the vending system change, the rotation time parameter of the motor needs to be adjusted when the goods are pushed out, and the adjustment can be realized by updating the preset application.
In an optional embodiment, before determining that the update time of the predetermined application is reached, the method for adjusting the motor rotation time period may further include: determining an update period of a predetermined application; wherein determining an update period of a predetermined application comprises: determining the number of turns of the motor in the historical time period; dividing the historical time into a plurality of time periods, and determining the number of rotation turns of the motor in each time period in the plurality of time periods; the number of revolutions of the motor in each time period is compared to a reference number of revolutions to determine an update period for the predetermined application.
For example, the number of revolutions per minute of the motor in the historical period of time may be recorded, compared to a reference number of revolutions per minute, and the difference between the number of revolutions per minute of the motor and the reference number of revolutions per minute may be determined, thereby determining the update period of the predetermined application.
Further, comparing the number of rotations of the motor in each time period with predetermined reference data to determine an update cycle of the predetermined application, comprises: determining a comparison result obtained by comparing the number of rotation turns of the motor in each time period with the reference number of rotation turns; determining the total time length of the deviation of the number of turns of the motor and the reference number of turns of the motor exceeding a preset threshold according to the comparison result; and determining the updating period of the preset application according to the total time length.
Namely, the time length when the error of the number of rotation turns of the motor is larger than the preset threshold value can be determined through the scheme, and when the time length reaches, the preset application can be updated through remote implementation, so that the rotation time length of the motor can be adjusted, and the normal use of the automatic vending system is ensured.
In an alternative embodiment, the method for adjusting the length of time that the motor rotates further comprises, before determining the change of the merchandise sold by the vending system: determining the time length for which the motor needs to rotate when the automatic vending system pushes each type of goods in various types of goods out of the cabinet; and establishing a corresponding relation between each type of commodities in the multiple types of commodities and the time length of the motor needing to rotate, and storing the corresponding relation to a cloud. In this embodiment, each time the vending type of the vending system is detected to be changed, the type of the sold commodity is automatically detected, the rotation time length parameter of the motor corresponding to the commodity type is taken out and updated to the preset application, and the actual rotation time parameter of the motor is adjusted by operating the preset application.
According to the above embodiment of the present invention, updating the predetermined application includes: determining an adjustment parameter which needs to be adjusted for a predetermined application; and updating the preset application by using the adjusting parameters.
Through the method for adjusting the rotation time of the motor, provided by the embodiment of the invention, compared with the situation that the rotation time of the motor in the existing automatic vending system is often directly written in a local main control chip of a vending cabinet machine, the method needs to be accurately matched with a mechanical structure, and different goods cannot be matched at the same time. If the motor rotation time parameter needs to be adjusted, local embedded software of each cabinet needs to be modified, and a large amount of personnel is needed to come to the field operation of the cabinet; the APP is added to the cabinet main control, the motor rotation time parameter is written on the APP, and the cloud background can change the motor rotation time (actually, change the rotation angle) by modifying the time parameter in the APP. Thus, when the matching of the rotating mechanical structure is not accurate enough, or the rotating angle of the motor needs to be changed, such as under the condition of replacing a sold commodity, the problem can be solved quickly without the need of field adjustment. Namely, the cloud end can update the preset application, and the preset application of the cabinet machine can adjust the rotation time of the motor and is matched with the mechanical structure for selling goods; if the mechanical structure is not matched accurately or other commodities need to be sold, the motor rotation time parameters in the preset application only need to be updated at the remote cloud.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided an apparatus for adjusting a length of a motor rotation time, which is applied to a vending system, fig. 2 is a schematic view of the apparatus for adjusting a length of a motor rotation time according to the embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the apparatus for adjusting a length of a motor rotation time includes: a first determining unit 21, an updating unit 23 and an adjusting unit 25. The device for adjusting the rotation time of the motor will be described in detail below.
A first determination unit 21 configured to determine that a predetermined application provided in a control module of the vending system satisfies an update condition that is set in advance and that is a condition for determining whether or not the predetermined application is updated.
The updating unit 23 is configured to update the predetermined application to obtain an updated predetermined application.
An adjusting unit 25 for adjusting a rotation time period of a motor provided in the vending system using the updated predetermined application.
It should be noted that the first determining unit 21, the updating unit 23, and the adjusting unit 25 correspond to steps S102 to S106 in embodiment 1, and the above units are the same as the examples and application scenarios realized by the corresponding steps, but are not limited to the disclosure in embodiment 1. It should be noted that the above-described elements as part of an apparatus may be implemented in a computer system, such as a set of computer-executable instructions.
As can be seen from the above, in the above-described embodiment of the present application, it may be determined by the first determining unit that the predetermined application satisfies the update condition, where the predetermined application is provided in the control module of the vending system, and the update condition is preset and is used as a condition for determining whether the predetermined application is updated most; then, updating the preset application by using an updating unit to obtain the updated preset application; and finally, adjusting the rotation time of a motor arranged in the automatic vending system by using the updated preset application through an adjusting unit. The device for adjusting the rotation time of the motor, provided by the embodiment of the invention, can realize the purpose that the preset APP can be remotely updated when the rotation time of the motor needs to be adjusted by adding the preset application into the cabinet main control chip of the automatic vending system, namely, the device can be used for achieving the purposes of self-adapting to different rotating mechanical structures by remotely controlling the rotation time of the motor of the cabinet of the automatic vending system so as to push out commodities, thereby achieving the technical effect of improving the use efficiency of the automatic vending system, and further solving the technical problem that the efficiency is lower because the adjustment of the rotation time parameter of the motor of the vending machine needs to be manually realized in the related technology.
In an alternative embodiment, the first determining unit comprises at least one of: a first determination module for determining that an update time of a predetermined application is reached; and the second determination module is used for determining the commodity change sold by the automatic vending system.
In an alternative embodiment, the device for adjusting the rotation time period of the motor further comprises: a second determination unit for determining an update cycle of the predetermined application before determining that the update time of the predetermined application arrives; wherein the second determining unit includes: the third determining module is used for determining the number of rotation turns of the motor in the historical time period; the fourth determination module is used for dividing the historical time into a plurality of time periods and determining the number of turns of the motor in each time period in the plurality of time periods; and the fifth determining module is used for comparing the number of rotation turns of the motor in each time period with the reference number of rotation turns so as to determine the updating period of the preset application.
In an alternative embodiment, the fifth determining module includes: the first determining submodule is used for determining a comparison result obtained by comparing the number of turns of the motor in each time period with the reference number of turns; the second determining submodule is used for determining the total duration that the deviation of the number of turns of the motor and the reference number of turns of the motor exceeds a preset threshold value according to the comparison result; and the third determining submodule is used for determining the updating period of the preset application according to the total time length.
In an alternative embodiment, the device for adjusting the rotation time period of the motor further comprises: a third determination unit for determining a time period for which the vending system pushes each of the plurality of types of commodities out of the cabinet and the motor needs to rotate, before determining that the commodities sold by the vending system are changed; the establishing unit is used for establishing a corresponding relation between each type of commodities in the commodities of various types and the time length of the motor needing to rotate, and storing the corresponding relation to the cloud.
In an alternative embodiment, the update unit includes: a sixth determining module, configured to determine an adjustment parameter that needs to be adjusted for a predetermined application; and the updating module is used for updating the preset application by utilizing the adjusting parameters.
According to another aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an automatic vending system including: a memory, a processor coupled to the memory, the memory and the processor communicating via a bus system; the memory is used for storing a program, wherein the program controls the equipment where the memory is arranged to execute any one of the above motor rotation time length adjusting methods when being executed by the processor; the processor is used for running a program, wherein the program runs to execute any one of the above methods for adjusting the rotation time length of the motor.

1. A method for adjusting the rotation time of a motor is applied to an automatic vending system and comprises the following steps:
determining that a predetermined application satisfies an update condition, wherein the predetermined application is set in a control module of the vending system, and the update condition is preset and is used as a condition for judging whether the predetermined application is updated or not;
updating the preset application to obtain an updated preset application;
adjusting the rotation time of a motor arranged in the automatic vending system by utilizing the updated preset application;
wherein the determining that the predetermined application satisfies the update condition includes at least one of:
determining that an update time of the predetermined application is reached;
determining a change in merchandise sold by the vending system;
wherein, prior to the determining that the update time for the predetermined application is reached, the method further comprises:
determining an update period of the predetermined application;
wherein the determining the update period of the predetermined application comprises:
determining the number of turns of the motor in a historical time period;
dividing the historical time into a plurality of time periods, and determining the number of turns of the motor in each time period in the plurality of time periods;
comparing the number of rotations of the motor in each time period with a reference number of rotations to determine an update cycle of the predetermined application.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said comparing the number of revolutions of said motor in each of said time periods with predetermined reference data to determine an update period for said predetermined application comprises:
determining a comparison result obtained by comparing the number of turns of the motor in each time period with the reference number of turns of the motor in each time period;
determining the total time length of the deviation of the number of turns of the motor and the reference number of turns of the motor exceeding a preset threshold value according to the comparison result;
and determining the updating period of the preset application according to the total duration.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein prior to said determining a change in merchandise sold by the vending system, the method further comprises:
determining a length of time that the vending system needs to rotate to push each of a plurality of types of merchandise out of the cabinet;
and establishing a corresponding relation between each type of the commodities in the multiple types of commodities and the time length of the motor which needs to rotate, and storing the corresponding relation to a cloud.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the updating the predetermined application comprises:
determining an adjustment parameter required to adjust the predetermined application;
and updating the preset application by using the adjusting parameter.

a second determination module for determining a change of goods sold by the vending system;
wherein the apparatus further comprises:
a second determination unit configured to determine an update cycle of the predetermined application before the update time of the predetermined application is reached;
wherein the second determination unit includes:
the third determining module is used for determining the number of turns of the motor in a historical time period;
a fourth determining module, configured to divide the historical time into a plurality of time periods, and determine a number of rotations of the motor in each of the plurality of time periods;
and the fifth determining module is used for comparing the number of rotation turns of the motor in each time period with the reference number of rotation turns so as to determine the updating period of the preset application.
6. A vending system, comprising:
a memory, a processor coupled with the memory, the memory and the processor communicating over a bus system;
the memory is used for storing a program, wherein the program controls the equipment where the memory is arranged to execute the method for adjusting the rotation time length of the motor according to any one of claims 1 to 4 when being executed by the processor;
the processor is configured to execute a program, wherein the program executes the method for adjusting the rotation time period of the motor according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
