Furthermore, inclusion of a feature in a particular figure that is not necessarily meant to imply that such feature is required in all embodiments and that, in some embodiments, may not be included or may be combined with other features.
The embodiment of the application can be applied to a multimedia conference scene. Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a multimedia conference system according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, which may specifically include: at least two participant devices 101 and at least one control device 102.
The participant device 101 is a device used by a participant user, and a system generally comprises a plurality of participant devices 101. The participant device 101 generally comprises: codec, input device, output device. The codec is responsible for preprocessing, encoding, decoding, post-processing, network communication, user control, etc. of signals such as sound, video, etc. The input device may include a microphone, a video camera, etc., and the output device may include an audio, a television, etc. The participant device 101 collects the signals of voice, video and the like of the participant, performs compression coding after preprocessing, encapsulates the signals into a data packet format, and sends the data packet format to the remote end through the network; meanwhile, the data packet at the far end is received from the network, and the valid data obtained after unpacking is played to the user after decoding and post-processing.
The control device 102 is used to communicate among the parties during the conference. During a conference, a plurality of participant devices 101 participating in multiparty conference communication and a control device 102 are connected in a many-to-one manner, and audio and video signals are exchanged between the participant devices 101 through the control device 102. The control device 102 is responsible for completing the exchange and mixing of media streams. For the audio media streams, the control device 102 typically outputs a mixed audio media stream for each terminal, and the mixed audio typically selects several audio media streams with the largest input volume to be superimposed. For video, the control device 102 may send a single-picture video stream of another participant device 101 to a certain participant device 101, and if the control device 102 supports a multi-picture function, it is also able to compose video from multiple participant devices 101 into one multi-picture image and then send it to a certain terminal or terminals.
Call controller 103 is used to complete the routing of the call. For example, gatekeeper entities (gatekeepers) defined in the h.323 standard, and Proxy server (Proxy) entities defined in the SIP (session initiation protocol ) standard, are responsible for completing call routing functions.
Optionally, the above system may further include: gateway equipment is in use for realizing conversion between intercommunication of equipment in different network protocols and media formats.
The information content exchanged between the participant devices 101 may include: call control signaling and one or more audio streams, video streams, text message streams, etc. The meaning of the media stream and the media stream codec and transfer management may refer to the relevant standards or may be determined by one skilled in the art according to the actual application requirements.
Conference resources involved in a multimedia conference system are generally limited, and thus need to be managed in a conference reservation manner.
Meeting reservation contains constraints in terms of both time and meeting resources. For example, a reservation person of a meeting wishes to hold a multiparty video conference a for a first period of time (9:00-11:00) in the morning the next day, a conference room for participating in the meeting comprising: a conference room of Shenzhen headquarters, a conference room of Beijing branches, a conference room of Nanjing branch, and the like. Because of the involvement of multiparty conferences, it is often also necessary to occupy the resources corresponding to the control devices.
If conference resources such as a conference room, a terminal in the conference room, a control device and the like in the first time period are idle, the conference reservation system reserves the conference resources for the conference a and returns a successful reservation result.
In practical applications, there may be situations where the available conference resources corresponding to the reservation request do not exist. For example, if the conference rooms of Beijing are all occupied for the first period of time, the conference reservation system will return the processing result of the reservation failure.
One remedy for the processing result of a reservation failure may be: setting the state of conference resources in reservation records as a preset state; and, in the event that the meeting time arrives and available meeting resources exist, the user may, in the event of logging into the meeting reservation system, and modifying the reservation record according to the available conference resources, and re-sending conference invitations to the participating users according to the modified reservation record so as to occupy the available conference resources. In the case that the meeting time arrives, the available meeting resources may be meeting resources caused by temporary cancellation of the meeting and the like.
However, the above remedial measures require the user to log in to the conference reservation system, require a complicated operation procedure to be performed by the conference reservation system, and require the user to be skilled in the above operation procedure, thus easily affecting the user experience.
The embodiment of the application provides a data processing scheme, which specifically can include: binding the first equipment and conference resources so that a user corresponding to the first equipment uses the bound conference resources; and determining the using time information of the user corresponding to the first equipment for the bound conference resource.
According to the method and the device for the meeting resource occupation, the first device and the meeting resource can be bound, the meeting resource occupation can be achieved, the first device can be used by a user, and according to the method and the device for the meeting resource occupation, under the condition that the user needs to occupy the meeting resource, the meeting resource occupation can be achieved through the first device, therefore operation cost and memory cost of the user can be saved, and user experience can be improved.
In addition, the embodiment of the application can determine the use time information of the user corresponding to the first device for the bound conference resource, so that the user corresponding to the first device uses the bound conference resource in the target time period corresponding to the use time information, and therefore the bound conference resource can be prevented from being reserved or used by other users in the target time period.
In practical applications, in the case where the user sends a reservation request, there may be a case where the available conference resource corresponding to the reservation request (i.e., the available conference resource required by the user) does not exist. And there will be available conference resources required by the user after the reservation request is sent, due to temporary cancellation of the conference, etc. For example, if the user determines that there is a required available conference resource when the conference time arrives or the conference time is about to arrive, the data processing method of the embodiment of the application may be triggered by the first device.
The first device may be a device used by a user. The first device specifically includes, but is not limited to: smart phones, tablet computers, e-book readers, MP3 (dynamic video expert compression standard audio plane 3,Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III) players, MP4 (dynamic video expert compression standard audio plane 4,Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV) players, laptop portable computers, car computers, desktop computers, set-top boxes, smart televisions, wearable devices, and the like.
The user corresponding to the first device may refer to a user associated with the meeting. For example, the user corresponding to the first device may include: a reservation person for a meeting, or an organizer for a meeting. The user corresponding to the first device may trigger the use of the conference resource. It can be appreciated that the embodiment of the present application does not limit whether the user corresponding to the first device is a participating user.
In an application example of the embodiment of the present application, it is assumed that a conference reservation person (abbreviated as user a) wishes to hold a multiparty video conference a in a first period (9:00-11:00), and a conference room participating in the conference includes: a conference room of Shenzhen headquarters, a Beijing branch conference room, a Nanjing branch conference room and the like; if the conference rooms of Beijing are all occupied for the first period of time, user A cannot achieve reservation of the conference rooms of Beijing.
Through the embodiment of the application, the user B in Beijing can check whether the available meeting room exists or not under the condition that the user B in Beijing arrives or is about to arrive in the first time period, if yes, the data processing scheme of the embodiment of the application can be triggered to realize the use of the available meeting room, and further the available meeting room can be prevented from being used by other users (such as the user C). Wherein user a and user B may be the same or different.
Method embodiment one
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of a first embodiment of a data processing method of the present application may specifically include the following steps:
step 201, binding a first device and conference resources, so that a user corresponding to the first device uses the bound conference resources;
step 202, determining the use time information of the user corresponding to the first device for the bound conference resource.
At least one step included in the data processing method shown in fig. 2 may be performed by a device (e.g., a control device, or a server) in the multimedia conference system.
In step 201, the first device and the conference resource are bound, so that the user corresponding to the first device can use the bound conference resource, thereby preventing the bound conference resource from being used by other users in the target time period.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, the process of binding the first device and the conference resource in step 201 may specifically include: receiving a binding request; the binding request may include: an identification of the first device, an identification of the conference resource; and binding the first device and the conference resource according to the identification of the first device and the identification of the conference resource.
The identification of the first device may be used to identify the first device. The identification of the first device may include: user identification, or device identification. The user identification may be: the contact information of the user (such as a mailbox, a mobile phone number and the like), or an account registered by the user and the like. The device identification may be used to uniquely identify the device, and may include: MAC (medium access control, media Access Control Address) address, international mobile equipment identity (IMEI, international Mobile Equipment Identity), etc. It will be appreciated that embodiments of the present application are not limited to specific identification of the first device.
The identification of the conference resource may be used to identify the conference resource. The identification of conference resources may include: a number (e.g., a meeting room number), or a device identification, etc. The device identification may be used to identify a third device corresponding to the conference resource, which may include: a meeting room participant, or an electronic doorplate of a meeting room, etc. It will be appreciated that embodiments of the present application are not limited to specific identification of conference resources.
In an actual application, the binding request may be sent by the first device or a third device corresponding to the conference resource. And the first equipment or the third equipment can perform data interaction so as to obtain the information of the opposite terminal.
According to one embodiment, a binding request may be sent by a first device. The first device may obtain the identifier of the conference resource from the third device, and determine and send a binding request according to the identifier of the conference resource and the identifier of the first device.
For example, the first device may determine an identity of the conference resource based on the user's input. The user may directly enter an identification of the conference resource, such as the number 101 of the conference room, etc.
As another example, the first device may receive, based on the communication, an identification of the conference resource sent by the third device. The communication manner between the first device and the third device may include: bluetooth communication, WIFI (wireless fidelity ), NFC (near field communication, near Field Communication), etc., for example, the first device may establish a connection with the third device through NFC, and receive, based on the established connection, an identification of the conference resource sent by the third device.
For another example, the identifier of the conference resource may be obtained by scanning an identifier code corresponding to the conference resource for the first device. Accordingly, the first device may scan the identifier code, and the obtained scan result may include the identifier of the conference resource.
The identification code may refer to a code corresponding to the identification of the conference resource. In practical applications, the identification code may be displayed in a location area where the conference resource is located. The identification code may increase the security of the identification relative to an identification that directly displays conference resources.
The types of the identification codes may include: a dimension code or bar code, etc.
The bar code is a bar code, wherein the bar code is a graphic identifier for expressing a group of information by arranging a plurality of black bars and blanks with different widths according to a certain coding rule; common bar codes are parallel line patterns formed by black bars (short bars) and white bars (short spaces) with very different reflectivities; the bar code may mark many information such as the country of manufacture, manufacturer, commodity name, date of manufacture, book class number, mail start-stop location, category, date, etc.
The two-dimensional code records data symbol information by using a certain specific geometric figure distributed on a plane (in a two-dimensional direction) according to a certain rule and a black-white alternate figure; the concept of "0" and "1" bit stream forming the logic foundation in computer is skillfully utilized in code formation, several geometric shapes corresponding to binary system are used to represent literal value information, and the information is automatically read by image input equipment or photoelectric scanning equipment so as to implement automatic information processing. The two-dimensional code not only has the function of identifying the object, but also can display more detailed object content.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the scanning result may further include: an address such that the first device sends a binding request to the address.
According to a further embodiment, the binding request may be sent by the third device. The third device may obtain the identifier of the first device from the first device, and determine and send a binding request according to the identifier of the first device and the identifier of the conference resource.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, the state of the conference resource may include: idle state, reserved state, and in-use state. Wherein an idle state may refer to conference resources not reserved or not used. The reservation state may refer to conference resources being reserved but not used. The usage status may refer to conference resources being used. Wherein conference resources in an idle state may be reserved or used.
The state of the conference resource is associated with time information. For example, the state of the conference resource may be associated with a time period. The same conference resource may have independent states at different time periods. The length of the time period may be 30 minutes, 60 minutes, etc.
Optionally, the binding the first device and the conference resource may specifically include: the state of the bound conference resource is updated to a use state to characterize use of the bound conference resource by the first device.
In step 202, usage time information of the user corresponding to the first device for the bound conference resource is determined, where the usage time information may be used to characterize usage time of the user corresponding to the first device for the bound conference resource.
The usage time information may be a usage time length, that is, a length of usage time of the bound conference resource by the user corresponding to the first device, where the usage time length may be 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and so on.
The usage time information may be a usage time period, and the usage time period may include: a start time and an end time, wherein the length of use can be determined from the difference between the end time and the start. For example, the usage period may be (9:00 to 11:00), or (13:00 to 14:00), or the like.
It will be appreciated that the above-mentioned use duration and use period are only examples of use time information, and are not to be construed as limitations of use time information, and the embodiments of the present application do not limit specific use time information.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, step 202 of determining the usage time information of the user corresponding to the first device for the bound conference resource may specifically include: and determining the using time information of the user corresponding to the first equipment for the bound conference resource according to the reserved time information corresponding to the conference resource and/or the conference time information corresponding to the first equipment.
The reservation time information may be used for time information that the conference resource is in a reserved state, e.g., the reservation time information may characterize in which time period the conference resource is in a reserved state. The reservation time information corresponding to the bound conference resource is typically later than the current time, which may refer to the current machine time, because the bound conference resource is in an idle state at the current time. The usage time information is determined according to the reservation time information, and a conflict between the usage time information and the reservation time information can be avoided to a certain extent.
The first device may correspond to a conference, that is, a conference to be held by a user corresponding to the first device, and the conference time information corresponding to the first device may refer to time information of the conference, such as a conference start time, a conference end time, and the like. Meeting time information corresponding to the first device can reflect the requirement of the meeting on time, so that the meeting time information can be used as a determination basis of the using time information.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, the meeting time information may include: the conference end time, the reservation time information may include: a reservation start time.
According to one embodiment, if the meeting end time is earlier than the earliest reservation start time, determining the usage time information of the user corresponding to the first device for the bound meeting resource according to the meeting end time. For example, conference room a is in an idle state at the current time, and thus is bound by the first device. The conference room a is reserved in the time period 1, the time period 2 and the time period 3, and if the time period 1 is earlier than the time period 2 and the time period 2 is earlier than the time period 3, the reservation start time of the time period 1 is the earliest reservation start time, so that the conference end time can be compared with the reservation start time of the time period 1, and if the comparison result is earlier than the conference end time, the use time information of the user corresponding to the first device for the bound conference resource can be determined according to the conference end time. For example, the conference end time may be taken as the end time of the usage period.
According to another embodiment, if the conference end time is later than the earliest reservation start time, the usage time information of the user corresponding to the first device for the bound conference resource is determined according to the earliest reservation start time. Taking the above example as an example, the conference end time may be compared with the reservation start time of the time period 1, and if the comparison result is later, the usage time information of the user corresponding to the first device for the bound conference resource may be determined according to the earliest reservation start time. For example, the earliest reservation start time may be set as the end time of the usage period, or the reservation start time earlier than the earliest reservation start time may be set as the end time of the usage period.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, a device (such as a server) in the multimedia conference system may store conference information, and then the first device may send a conference identifier or a user identifier to the server, so that the server determines, according to the conference identifier or the user identifier, conference information corresponding to the first device.
Optionally, the user corresponding to the first device may make a reservation of the conference in advance, and in the reservation process of the conference, conference information, such as conference time information and conference user information, may be submitted to the multimedia conference system.
In another alternative embodiment of the present application, the first device may have conference information stored thereon, where the conference information may refer to features that the conference has.
