The special equipment refers to eight kinds of equipment which relate to boilers, pressure vessels (gas cylinders), pressure pipelines, elevators, hoisting machinery, passenger ropeways, large amusement facilities and special motor vehicles in a field (factory) with high life safety and high danger. These special devices are important devices that people are likely to contact every day, and thus, once these devices are in question, they pose a threat to the life safety of users and people. In the face of potential safety hazards existing in the special equipment, the traditional monitoring system and the traditional monitoring method cannot cope with the development of society, cannot effectively monitor the potential safety hazards of the special equipment, and can early warn in time. Therefore, there is a need to design a new monitoring method and device for special equipment.

The invention aims to provide a monitoring method and a device for special equipment, which can monitor, early warn and guide operators before the special equipment is started and in use, so that accident risks are effectively reduced.

identifying a face image, acquiring identity information of the operator, and judging whether the operator has operation authority;
if the operation permission is met, the checking behavior of the operator is obtained, if the checking item corresponding to the checking behavior meets the preset requirement, an instruction for allowing the special equipment to be started is sent, and if the checking item does not meet the preset requirement, an instruction for not allowing the special equipment to be started is sent.

and comparing the checking action set and the checking voice set with a preset checking action set and a preset checking voice set respectively, and judging that the checking item corresponding to the checking action meets the preset requirement if the errors of the checking action set and the checking voice set are in a preset range and the checking actions in the checking action set and the checking voice set are matched with the checking voice.
