Abstract
The invention discloses a special equipment monitoring method, which comprises the following steps: collecting face images of operators; identifying a face image, acquiring identity information of the operator, and judging whether the operator has operation authority; if the operation permission is met, the checking behavior of the operator is obtained, if the checking item corresponding to the checking behavior meets the preset requirement, an instruction for allowing the special equipment to be started is sent, and if the checking item does not meet the preset requirement, an instruction for not allowing the special equipment to be started is sent. The invention also provides a special equipment monitoring device. The invention can monitor, early warn and guide operators before the special equipment is started and in use, thereby effectively reducing accident risk.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feature equipment. More particularly, the invention relates to a method and a device for monitoring special equipment.
Background
The special equipment refers to eight kinds of equipment which relate to boilers, pressure vessels (gas cylinders), pressure pipelines, elevators, hoisting machinery, passenger ropeways, large amusement facilities and special motor vehicles in a field (factory) with high life safety and high danger. These special devices are important devices that people are likely to contact every day, and thus, once these devices are in question, they pose a threat to the life safety of users and people. In the face of potential safety hazards existing in the special equipment, the traditional monitoring system and the traditional monitoring method cannot cope with the development of society, cannot effectively monitor the potential safety hazards of the special equipment, and can early warn in time. Therefore, there is a need to design a new monitoring method and device for special equipment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a monitoring method and a device for special equipment, which can monitor, early warn and guide operators before the special equipment is started and in use, so that accident risks are effectively reduced.
To achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, a special equipment monitoring method is provided, comprising:
collecting face images of operators;
identifying a face image, acquiring identity information of the operator, and judging whether the operator has operation authority;
if the operation permission is met, the checking behavior of the operator is obtained, if the checking item corresponding to the checking behavior meets the preset requirement, an instruction for allowing the special equipment to be started is sent, and if the checking item does not meet the preset requirement, an instruction for not allowing the special equipment to be started is sent.
Preferably, in the special equipment monitoring method, if the special equipment monitoring method does not have the operation authority, an instruction that the special equipment is not allowed to be started is sent.
Preferably, in the special equipment monitoring method, if the identity information of the operator cannot be acquired, an instruction that the special equipment is not allowed to be started is sent.
Preferably, in the special equipment monitoring method, an operation image of an operator is acquired in real time;
and identifying the operation image, and sending an alarm signal if the operation image has illegal operation behaviors.
Preferably, in the special equipment monitoring method, an operation video is sent to a manager in real time;
if the manager finds out the illegal operation behavior, the manager communicates with the operator through voice communication.
Preferably, in the special equipment monitoring method, the inspection image and the voice information of the operator are collected;
respectively identifying the inspection image and the voice information, and respectively generating an inspection action set and an inspection voice set, wherein the inspection action set comprises inspection actions of all inspection items, and the inspection voice set comprises inspection result voice information after all the inspection items are completed;
and comparing the checking action set and the checking voice set with a preset checking action set and a preset checking voice set respectively, and judging that the checking item corresponding to the checking action meets the preset requirement if the errors of the checking action set and the checking voice set are in a preset range and the checking actions in the checking action set and the checking voice set are matched with the checking voice.
The invention also provides a special equipment monitoring device, which comprises:
a processor;
a memory storing executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the executable instructions to perform the specialty device monitoring method.
The invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
according to the intelligent face recognition function provided by the invention, the face recognition module is connected with the ignition switch, so that the special equipment operator can set the person and the duty, unauthorized personnel can be prevented from operating the equipment, and accidents can be avoided; the invention provides a self-checking and auditing function before equipment is started, so that the equipment can be started only after all check items pass self-checking; the invention automatically identifies illegal operation, finds out problems and alarms in time, and avoids artificial accidents; the invention provides a monitoring interaction function, and a manager can master the running state of special equipment and the working state of operators at any time.

The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings to enable those skilled in the art to practice the invention by referring to the description.
It will be understood that terms, such as "having," "including," and "comprising," as used herein, do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other elements or groups thereof.
In one technical scheme, as shown in fig. 1, the special equipment monitoring method includes:
collecting face images of operators;
identifying a face image, acquiring identity information of the operator, and judging whether the operator has operation authority;
if the operation permission is met, the checking behavior of the operator is obtained, if the checking item corresponding to the checking behavior meets the preset requirement, an instruction for allowing the special equipment to be started is sent, and if the checking item does not meet the preset requirement, an instruction for not allowing the special equipment to be started is sent.
According to the technical scheme, the image pickup device is used for collecting the face image of the operator using the special equipment, identifying the face image, obtaining the side information of the operator, comparing the side information with the operator information stored in the server, and judging whether the operator has the authority corresponding to the special equipment. If the operator has the operation authority, further acquiring the checking behavior of the operator, namely judging whether the self-checking detection item of the special equipment meets the equipment starting requirement, wherein the checking behavior can be the action or the voice of the operator. If the inspection item meets the preset requirement, an instruction for allowing the special equipment to be started is sent, an operator can start and operate the special equipment, and if the inspection item does not meet the preset requirement, an instruction for not allowing the special equipment to be started is sent, and the operator cannot operate the special equipment. According to the technical scheme, whether the operator has operation permission or not is judged according to the identity information of the identified operator, whether the operator has inspection behaviors or not is judged, and whether the operator meets preset requirements or not is judged, so that special equipment operator personnel setting and guard setting are realized, unauthorized personnel are prevented from operating equipment, accidents are avoided, a self-checking and auditing function before equipment starting is provided, and the equipment can be started after all inspection items pass self-checking is effectively ensured.
In another technical scheme, in the special equipment monitoring method, if the special equipment monitoring method does not have the operation authority, an instruction of not allowing the special equipment to be started is sent. In the technical scheme, when an operator does not have operation authority, an instruction of not allowing starting is sent, and operation of unauthorized personnel is prevented.
In another technical scheme, in the special equipment monitoring method, if the identity information of the operator cannot be obtained, an instruction of not allowing the special equipment to be started is sent. In another technical scheme, the special equipment monitoring method is used for collecting operation images of operators in real time;
and identifying the operation image, and sending an alarm signal if the operation image has illegal operation behaviors. The technical scheme provides a mode for monitoring the operation personnel in the use process of the special equipment, namely, continuously collecting the operation behavior actions of the operation personnel, and if the operation behavior actions are illegal, giving an alarm, wherein the illegal operation behavior actions comprise off-duty, mobile phone playing, non-staff entering the field and the like.

The inspection image and the voice information are respectively identified, and an inspection action set and an inspection voice set are respectively generated, wherein the inspection action set comprises inspection actions corresponding to each inspection item one by one, and the inspection voice set comprises inspection result voice information after each inspection item is completed, such as 'XXX inspection item is qualified', 'XX inspection item is disqualified', and the like. The checking action set and the checking voice set are respectively compared with the preset checking action set and the preset checking voice set, the checking action set can be compared in an existing image comparison mode, whether the similarity is within a preset range is judged, the checking voice combination can be compared after semantic recognition, whether the semantic similarity is within the preset range is judged, when the checking action is matched with the checking voice within the preset range of errors, and the checking item corresponding to the checking action is judged to meet the preset requirement, so that special equipment can be started and used.
The invention also provides a special equipment monitoring device, which comprises:
a processor;
a memory storing executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the executable instructions to perform the specialty device monitoring method.
The technical scheme is obtained based on the same invention conception as the monitoring method of the special equipment, and the description of the method section can be referred to. The device of the technical scheme is not limited to a PC and a server. For example, the device can be arranged in a server and automatically executed.

collecting face images of operators;
identifying a face image, acquiring identity information of the operator, and judging whether the operator has operation authority;
if the operation permission is met, acquiring the checking behavior of the operator, if the checking item corresponding to the checking behavior meets the preset requirement, sending an instruction for allowing the special equipment to be started, and if the checking item does not meet the preset requirement, sending an instruction for not allowing the special equipment to be started;
if the operation authority is not possessed, sending an instruction which does not allow the special equipment to be started;
if the identity information of the operator cannot be acquired, sending an instruction which does not allow the special equipment to be started;
collecting inspection images and voice information of the operator;
respectively identifying the inspection image and the voice information, and respectively generating an inspection action set and an inspection voice set, wherein the inspection action set comprises inspection actions of all inspection items, and the inspection voice set comprises inspection result voice information after all the inspection items are completed;
and comparing the checking action set and the checking voice set with a preset checking action set and a preset checking voice set respectively, and judging that the checking item corresponding to the checking action meets the preset requirement if the errors of the checking action set and the checking voice set are in a preset range and the checking actions in the checking action set and the checking voice set are matched with the checking voice.
2. The special equipment monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein an operation image of an operator is acquired in real time;
and identifying the operation image, and sending an alarm signal if the operation image has illegal operation behaviors.
3. The special equipment monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein the operation video is sent to the manager in real time;
if the manager finds out the illegal operation behavior, the manager communicates with the operator through voice communication.

a processor;
a memory storing executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the executable instructions to perform the specialty equipment monitoring method of any of claims 1-3.
