The embodiment of the application provides an information query method, an information query system, a terminal and a computer storage medium, which are used for checking people contacted by an infectious disease patient and visited places.
Referring to fig. 1, the network framework in the embodiment of the present application includes:
The server 103 is connected to the terminal 101 and the proprietary device 104 through the network 105, and can perform data interaction with the terminal 101 and process data transmitted by the terminal 101. The network 105 is typically a wireless network, which may be a wired network, and if a wireless network, may be a cellular network, a WiFi network, or another type of wireless network. In the case of a wired network, the general network form is a fiber optic network.
The connection between terminal 102 and proprietary device 104 is via a wireless or wired network, preferably a wireless network, such as a bluetooth wireless connection, or a cellular wireless network connection, or a WiFi network connection.
The server 103 is a background processing device of the information query system in the embodiment of the present application, and may be configured to execute a service provided by the information query system to the outside. For example, in this embodiment of the present application, the system user may know whether a person in contact is a person with a high risk of infection and whether a visited place is an infected place by sending a contact record to the information query system.
In the network framework of the embodiment of the present application, the terminal 102 may be a system user or a non-system user. If the terminal 102 is a system user, the connection and information interaction process between the terminal 102 and the server 103 is similar to the connection and information interaction process between the terminal 101 and the server 103, and the detailed connection and information interaction process is not described again.
In the network framework, the proprietary device 104 may be a mobile phone with root rights, or may be a device including a communication module, and is used to establish a connection with the terminal 102 and the server 103, perform data interaction with the terminal 102, and perform data transmission with the server 103. If the proprietary device 104 is a device that includes a communication module, the communication module may be a bluetooth module, a Wi-Fi module, or a 4G/5G module.
The terminals 101 and 102 have communication modules such as a bluetooth module, a Wi-Fi module, or a 4G/5G module, and may broadcast data information to the outside through the communication modules and receive data information broadcast by other terminals.

It should be noted that the network framework only lists one terminal 101 and 102, one server 103 and one proprietary device 104, but the network framework may also have more terminals, servers or proprietary devices.
The following describes an information query method in the embodiment of the present application with reference to the network framework of fig. 1:
referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of an information query method in the embodiment of the present application includes:
201. receiving contact records sent by a plurality of system users;
in this embodiment, a system user may be present in a plurality of places, for example, a subway car, a supermarket, a shop, and the like, where there are dense persons, or a home, an office, and the like, where there are sparse persons. When the system user contacts with the surrounding people, the system user receives the broadcast information broadcast by the surrounding people through the terminal. The present embodiment refers to a terminal that transmits broadcast information as a broadcast terminal. Thereafter, the system user generates a contact record from the broadcast information, the contact record including a user identifier of the broadcast terminal. Therefore, when the user identifier of a broadcast terminal is included in a contact record, it indicates that the system user has a contact with the broadcast terminal in a short distance. After generating the contact record, the system user sends the contact record to the information inquiry system, and the information inquiry system can receive the contact record sent by a plurality of system users.
The user identifier is used to identify a specific terminal, one user identifier identifies a unique terminal, the user identifier may be a field or a symbol, and the specific form is not limited as long as the user identifier can uniquely identify the specific terminal.
In addition, the user of the broadcast terminal may be a system user or a non-system user.
202. Receiving identification information of a patient;
in order to determine whether a patient with confirmed infectious disease or suspected infectious disease exists in the crowd in close contact with the system user, the information query system needs to receive the identification information of the patient, wherein the identification information can be information that can identify the identity of the patient, such as the mobile phone number, the identification number, the name and the like of the patient.
The identification information of the patient can be transmitted through an official channel, for example, the identification information of the patient can be transmitted to an information inquiry system by a medical place for infectious disease diagnosis such as a hospital and a patient isolation point, or the identification information of the patient can be transmitted by an official institution such as a disease control center and a health care committee; the system can also send the information through an unofficial channel, for example, a system user can upload a diagnosis record to an information inquiry system, and the diagnosis record comprises the identification information and the diagnosis result of the system user. In addition, the information inquiry system can acquire the identification information of the patient through other ways, and the specific acquisition way is not limited.
The patient referred to in this embodiment may be a confirmed patient who has been diagnosed with an infectious disease or a suspected patient who is suspected to be infected with an infectious disease.
203. Judging whether user identity information corresponding to the identity identification information exists in the user identity information base or not, and if so, executing step 204;
the terminal user can provide identity information when registering as a system user of the information inquiry system, the identity information can be information which can identify the identity, such as a mobile phone number, an identity card number, a name and the like, after the registration is successful, the terminal user becomes a system user, the identity information provided by the terminal user is also the user identity information of the system user, and the information inquiry system stores the user identity information in a user identity information base.
After the information inquiry system receives the identity identification information of the patient, whether the user identity information corresponding to the identity identification information of the patient exists in the user identity information base or not is judged, namely whether the identity identification information of the patient is matched with the user identity information of a certain system user or not is judged, and whether the patient is a system user or not is judged. For example, if the identification information of the patient is the mobile phone number of the patient, the user identification information corresponding to the mobile phone number of the patient is searched in the user identification information base, and if a certain item of user identification information includes the mobile phone number of the patient, the patient is determined to be a system user.
If the user identity information corresponding to the patient identification information exists in the user identity information base, step 204 is executed.
204. If the contact record exists, searching a first contact record sent by the patient through the terminal in the plurality of contact records;
and if one item of user identity information exists in the user identity information base, the item of user identity information comprises the identity identification information of the patient, namely the item of user identity information corresponds to the identity identification information of the patient, and the patient is determined to be a system user. Then, the information inquiry system searches the first contact record sent by the patient through the terminal in the received plurality of contact records.
205. Determining that the broadcast terminal user is a high infection risk person;
after the first contact record is found, since the first contact record includes the user identifier of the broadcast terminal, which indicates that the user of the broadcast terminal has a close contact with the patient, the user of the broadcast terminal is at a high risk of being infected with viruses, and therefore, the user of the broadcast terminal should be classified as a high-risk infection person, and further isolation measures or medical observation should be taken for the user of the broadcast terminal. For convenience of description, a user who contacts a broadcast terminal corresponding to the recording is referred to as a broadcast terminal user.
In this embodiment, the system user may send a contact record to the information query system to indicate that the system user has a close contact with a certain person. When the system user is listed as a confirmed patient or a suspected patient, the broadcast terminal user corresponding to the user identifier included in the first contact record can be found according to the first contact record sent by the system user, and the broadcast terminal user is determined to be a high-infection risk person. Compare in the personnel that contact through patient memory, the personnel that the patient contacted can be recorded to this embodiment, need not patient memory, have avoided because patient memory is fuzzy and lead to the result inconsistent with actual conditions, have improved the accuracy of high infection risk person investigation. Meanwhile, the inquiry of the patient by the inspectors is not needed, and the infection risk of the inspectors is reduced.
The information query method of the embodiment of the present application is described above from the perspective of an information query system, and the information query method of the embodiment of the present application will be described below from the perspective of a system user. Referring to fig. 3, another embodiment of the information query method according to the embodiment of the present application includes:
301. receiving broadcast information sent by a broadcast terminal;
in this embodiment, a system user may be present in a plurality of places, for example, a subway car, a supermarket, a shop, and the like, where there are dense persons, or a home, an office, and the like, where there are sparse persons. When the system user contacts with the surrounding people, the system user receives the broadcast information broadcast by the surrounding people through the terminal. The present embodiment refers to a terminal that transmits broadcast information as a broadcast terminal. The broadcast information includes a user identifier of the broadcast terminal, where the user identifier may be a field or a symbol for identifying a specific terminal, and is not limited in specific form as long as the user identifier can uniquely identify the specific terminal.
The broadcasting terminal may broadcast its own user identifier to the outside through the communication module, for example, through the bluetooth module, or through the Wi-Fi module.
302. Generating a contact record corresponding to the broadcasting terminal;
after receiving the broadcast information sent by the broadcast terminal, the system user extracts the user identifier in the broadcast information and generates a contact record including the user identifier, so that the contact record corresponds to the broadcast terminal and indicates that the system user has a close contact with the broadcast terminal.
303. Sending a contact record to an information inquiry system;
after the contact record is generated by the system user, the contact record is sent to the information query system, so that the information query system can determine the person with high infection risk according to the contact record, and the specific process of determining the person with high infection risk according to the contact record by the information query system can be seen in the foregoing embodiment shown in fig. 2.
In this embodiment, the system user generates a contact record including the user identifier of the broadcast terminal, where the contact record may indicate which people the system user has contacted, and when people the system user has contacted need to be searched, the information of the people contacting the system user may be obtained by only searching the contact record without the need for the system user to recall the contact experience, so that the accuracy of the personnel troubleshooting is improved, and the troubleshooting work of the epidemic prevention personnel is facilitated.
The embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below on the basis of the embodiments shown in the foregoing fig. 2 to 3. In the embodiment of the present application, the information query system may determine whether the patient is a system user through step 203 of the foregoing embodiment shown in fig. 2, and when it is determined that the patient is a system user, the information query system will further perform a series of operations; when the patient is determined to be a non-system user, the information query system will perform another series of operations. As will be described separately below.
Firstly, determining a patient as a system user.
After the information query system determines that the patient is the user of the system, the information query system will also perform a series of operations as shown in fig. 4. Referring to fig. 4, another embodiment of the information query method according to the embodiment of the present application includes:
401. a system user receives broadcast information sent by a broadcast terminal;
the broadcast information received by the system user includes a user identifier of the broadcast terminal, where the user identifier is a field or a symbol for identifying the broadcast terminal, and for example, if the broadcast terminal is a Mobile phone, the user identifier may be an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) of the Mobile phone or a Media Access Control (MAC) address of the Mobile phone. If the user of the broadcast terminal is a system user, the user identifier of the broadcast terminal may be an IMEI number or a MAC address, or a system identifier assigned by the information query system, where the system identifier is a field or a symbol generated by the information query system and used for identifying a unique system user, and one system identifier corresponds to the unique system user. In this embodiment, the specific form of the user identifier is not limited as long as the unique broadcast terminal can be identified.
For convenience of description, the present embodiment refers to a user of a broadcast terminal as a broadcast terminal user.
402. Generating a contact record corresponding to the broadcasting terminal by a system user;
in this embodiment, after receiving the broadcast information sent by the broadcast terminal, the system user may generate information related to the contact experience of the system user, for example, the information may be a time point when the system user contacts the broadcast terminal user, or a place where the system user contacts the broadcast terminal user, or a contact distance between the system user and the broadcast terminal user.
When the system user has close contact with the broadcasting terminal user, the broadcasting terminal transmits the broadcasting information to the outside and the system user receives the broadcasting information, and thus, a receiving time point at which the system user receives the broadcasting information can be taken as a time point at which the system user contacts the broadcasting terminal user. Meanwhile, when the broadcast information is received, the system user can also acquire the current geographic position through a GPS module of the terminal, the geographic position is used as a receiving place for receiving the broadcast information, and the place where the system user is located when contacting the broadcast terminal user is represented through the receiving place.
According to the signal propagation loss theory, the signal strength gradually attenuates along with the increase of the propagation distance, and the larger the propagation distance is, the smaller the signal strength of the signal received by the receiver is; conversely, the smaller the propagation distance, the greater the signal strength of the received signal. Therefore, based on the signal propagation loss theory, the propagation distance of the signal can be calculated according to the signal strength of the broadcast information received by the system user, and the propagation distance can be used as the contact distance between the system user and the broadcast terminal user.
For example, after receiving the broadcast information, the system user may generate a receiving time point, which may be denoted as T, or may generate a receiving location, which may be denoted as L oc, or may calculate a contact distance, which may be denoted as d, and at the same time, the broadcast information also carries a MAC address of the broadcast terminal, which may be denoted as MAC.
403. A system user sends a contact record to an information inquiry system;
after the system user generates the contact record, the contact record is sent to the information inquiry system, so that the information inquiry system can execute subsequent operations according to the contact record.
404. The information inquiry system receives the identification information of the patient;
the operation performed in this step is similar to the operation performed in step 202 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and is not repeated here.
It should be noted that, this step is not in a sequential execution order with the foregoing steps 401 to 403, and the receiving of the patient identification information by the information query system may be performed before or after any one of the foregoing steps 401 to 403, which is not limited herein.
405. The information inquiry system judges whether user identity information corresponding to the identity identification information exists in the user identity information base, if so, step 406 is executed;
406. the information inquiry system searches a first contact record sent by the patient through the terminal in the plurality of contact records;
the operations performed in steps 405 to 406 are similar to the operations performed in steps 203 to 204 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and are not described again here.
407. The information inquiry system determines that the broadcast terminal user is a high-infection risk person;
when the user identity information corresponding to the identity identification information of the patient exists in the user identity information base, the patient is indicated as a system user, and in order to search for people who the system user contacts before being listed as a confirmed patient or a suspected patient or a visited place, a first contact record sent by the system user can be searched in a plurality of contact records received by the system. As can be seen from the foregoing step 402, the first contact record includes the user identifier, the receiving time point and the contact distance, so that the person contacted by the system user before being listed as a confirmed or suspected patient can be found through the first contact record.
The specific process is that the information inquiry system judges whether the receiving time point recorded by the first contact record is behind the time starting point of the virus propagation period of the patient. The virus propagation period of the patient refers to a period in which the patient can propagate the virus to the surroundings before being diagnosed or being listed as a suspected patient, and the time starting point of the virus propagation period is a time point at which the patient starts to be able to propagate the virus. Generally, the viral transmission phase of a patient can be considered to correspond to an epidemiological latency phase during which the patient is able to transmit the virus to the surroundings. Of course, as the medical research progresses, the virus propagation period of the patient in this embodiment may be longer than the patient's latency period or slightly shorter than the patient's latency period.
If the recorded reception time point of the first contact record is after the time start of the virus propagation session of the patient, indicating that the broadcast end user has been in contact with the patient at too close a distance during the virus propagation session of the patient, the broadcast end user is at a greater risk of contracting an infectious disease, and for insurance purposes, the broadcast end user should be classified as a high infection risk person, and further isolation measures or medical observations should be taken with respect to the broadcast end user.
In addition, the information inquiry system may also determine whether the contact distance included in the first contact record is within a preset contact distance range. If the first contact record includes a contact distance within a predetermined range of contact distances, it indicates that the broadcast end user has made contact with the patient at too close a distance, and as such, the broadcast end user should be classified as a high risk of infection for insurance purposes.
The preset contact distance range may be determined according to actual conditions, for example, if the transmission capability of a certain virus is strong, the contact distance range may be set to a larger range; if the virus transmission ability is weak, the contact distance range may be set to a small range.
When the first contact record includes a reception time point after the time of the start of the virus propagation period of the patient and the first contact record includes a contact distance within the contact distance range, indicating that the broadcasting end user has contacted the patient too closely during the virus propagation period of the patient, the broadcasting end user is at a high risk of contracting the infectious disease virus, and for the purpose of epidemic prevention, the broadcasting end user should be classified as a high infection risk person, and further isolation measures or medical observations should be taken on the broadcasting end user.
It will be appreciated that if the system user uploads the contact record to the information query system in real time after generating the contact record, the point in time at which the information query system receives the first contact record sent by the patient may be considered the point in time at which the patient was in contact with the broadcast end user.
Therefore, the information inquiry system may also determine whether the contact time point of the broadcast terminal user with the patient is after the time start point of the virus propagation period of the patient according to the time point of receiving the first contact record, and if the time point of receiving the first contact record is after the time start point of the virus propagation period of the patient, it indicates that the broadcast terminal user has a close contact with the patient during the virus propagation period of the patient, or it may also be that the patient has not been isolated after being diagnosed and is out to contact with the surrounding crowd, which may cause the patient to have a close contact with the broadcast terminal user. Therefore, if it is determined whether the contact time point of the broadcast terminal user with the patient is after the time start point of the virus propagation period of the patient according to the time point of receiving the first contact record, the contact record may not include the receiving time point of the broadcast information received by the system user, and the system user may not generate the receiving time point of the broadcast information, which is not limited herein.
In addition, because the bluetooth implements short-distance transmission, if the system user receives the broadcast information sent by the broadcast terminal through the bluetooth module, it indicates that the system user is in close-distance contact with the broadcast terminal user, at this time, the system user may not need to calculate the contact distance with the broadcast terminal user, the first contact record does not include the contact distance, and the information query system may not need to determine whether the contact distance included in the first contact record is within the preset contact distance range, but directly determine the broadcast terminal user corresponding to the user identifier included in the first contact record as a high-infection-risk person, which is not limited herein.
If the contact distance included in the first contact record is within the preset contact distance range, the time length between the receiving time point of the first contact record and the receiving time point of the last first contact record in the continuous time period can be further calculated, wherein the contact distances included in the plurality of first contact records in the continuous time period are all within the preset contact distance range, and the plurality of first contact records in the continuous time period all correspond to the same broadcast terminal user, that is, the plurality of first contact records in the continuous time period all include the user identifier of the same broadcast terminal user.
For example, the time period during which the contact distance between the patient and the same broadcast terminal user is within the contact distance range is 3 minutes, and in the 3 minutes, the patient continuously sends the first contact record to the information inquiry system through the terminal, so that the information inquiry system receives a plurality of first contact records, and the receiving time point of the first contact record received in the 3 minutes is different from the receiving time point of the last first contact record received in the 3 minutes, and the obtained time difference is the time period during which the patient is in close contact with the broadcast terminal user, and the time period can be one of the indicators for measuring the risk of the broadcast terminal user infecting viruses, i.e. the greater the time period during which the patient is in close contact with the broadcast terminal user, the greater the risk of the broadcast terminal user infecting viruses.
After the information inquiry system calculates the time length of the close contact between the patient and the broadcasting terminal user, judging whether the time length is within a preset time length range, wherein the preset time length range can be determined according to the actual virus propagation condition. If it is determined that the receiving time point included in the first contact record is after the start of the latency period of the patient, the contact distance included in the first contact record is within the contact distance range, and the time length of the close contact between the patient and the broadcasting terminal user is within the preset time length range, it indicates that the broadcasting terminal user has a very high risk of infecting the infectious disease virus, and for the purpose of epidemic prevention, the broadcasting terminal user should be classified as a high-infection risk person, and further take isolation measures or perform medical observation on the broadcasting terminal user.
408. The information inquiry system determines the receiving place included in the first contact record as an infected place;
as can be seen from the foregoing step 402, the first contact record may further include a receiving location, i.e., a location where the patient received the broadcast information through the terminal, indicating that the patient visited the locations, and therefore, the receiving location included in the first contact record should be determined as an infected location so as to be blocked and disinfected.
409. The information inquiry system receives the real-time geographical position of a system user;
the information inquiry system may acquire the infected site by acquiring the infected site through an official channel, for example, receiving related information of the infected site transmitted by a medical site for diagnosing infectious diseases such as a hospital, a patient isolation point, or an official institution such as a disease control center, a health care committee, or the like, thereby acquiring the infected site. In addition, the infected site may also be obtained by determining the site visited by the patient in step 408 and in step 509 in the embodiment shown in FIG. 5 below.
In this embodiment, the system user may obtain the real-time geographic location when going out, and send the real-time geographic location to the information query system.
410. The information inquiry system judges whether the real-time geographical position is an infected place, if so, step 411 is executed;
after receiving the real-time geographic location sent by the system user, the information query system determines whether the real-time geographic location is an infected location, and if so, executes step 411.
411. The information inquiry system sends first early warning information to a system user;
and if the real-time geographical position is the infected place, the information inquiry system sends first early warning information to a system user, wherein the first early warning information is used for indicating that the real-time geographical position is the infected place. And after receiving the first early warning information, the system user sends a first early warning signal to the user of the terminal according to the prompt of the first early warning information to prompt the user to keep away from the infected place. Through the early warning of the information inquiry system, the system user can be prompted not to contact the infected site, and the risk of virus infection of the system user is reduced.
The first early warning signal sent by the system user can be a terminal vibration prompt, a voice prompt and a display interface text prompt, and the specific early warning signal form is not limited.
412. The information query system determines whether the user identifier included in the contact record is the user identifier corresponding to the person with high risk of infection, if yes, step 413 is executed;
after receiving the contact record sent by the system user, the information inquiry system judges whether the user identifier included in the contact record is the user identifier corresponding to the person with high infection risk. The user identifier corresponding to the high infection risk person may be obtained in step 407, and after the broadcast terminal user is determined to be the high infection risk person in step 407, the information query system records and stores the user identifier of the broadcast terminal user. The user identifier corresponding to the person with high infection risk can also be obtained through step 508 in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 later.
If the user identifier included in the contact record is the user identifier corresponding to a high risk of infection, the information query system further performs step 413.
413. The information inquiry system sends second early warning information to the system user;
and if the user identifier included in the contact record is the user identifier corresponding to a certain person with high infection risk, the information inquiry system sends second early warning information to the system user, wherein the second early warning information is used for indicating that the broadcast terminal user corresponding to the user identifier included in the contact record is the person with high infection risk, and after the system user receives the second early warning information, the system user sends a second early warning signal according to the prompt of the second early warning information to prompt the user to be far away from the person with high infection risk. Through the early warning of the information inquiry system, the system user can be prompted not to contact a person with high infection risk, and the risk of virus infection of the system user is reduced.
The second early warning signal sent by the system user can be a terminal vibration prompt, a voice prompt or a display interface text prompt, and the specific early warning signal form is not limited.
In this embodiment, after the information query system receives the contact records sent by the system users, in order to facilitate searching for the contact experience between the system users and the broadcast terminal users, a contact relationship between the system users and the broadcast terminal may be established, where and when a certain system user has a short-distance contact with a certain broadcast terminal user, or how long a certain system user has a short-distance contact with a certain broadcast terminal user. By establishing the contact relationship, the contact experience of the system user can be found quickly.
In an embodiment of the present application, when the information query system determines that the patient is a non-system user, the information query system will perform another series of operations.
And secondly, determining that the patient is a non-system user.
After the information query system determines that the patient is a non-system user, the information query system will also perform a series of operations as shown in fig. 5. Referring to fig. 5, another embodiment of the information query method according to the embodiment of the present application includes:
501. a system user receives broadcast information sent by a broadcast terminal;
502. generating a contact record corresponding to the broadcasting terminal by a system user;
503. a system user sends a contact record to an information inquiry system;
504. the information inquiry system receives the identification information of the patient;
505. the information inquiry system judges whether user identity information corresponding to the identity identification information exists in the user identity information base, if so, the step 506 is executed;
the operations performed in steps 501 to 505 are similar to the operations performed in steps 401 to 405 in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and are not described again here.
506. The information inquiry system acquires the MAC address of the terminal of the patient through the special equipment;
in this embodiment, when the user identity information corresponding to the identification information of the patient does not exist in the user identity information base, which indicates that the patient is a non-system user, it should be determined whether a system user among the plurality of system users has contact with the patient in a short distance. In a specific implementation, it is determined whether the contact record sent by the system user includes a user identifier of the terminal used by the patient.
The information query system may obtain the user identifier of the patient's terminal via the proprietary device, for example, obtaining the MAC address of the patient's terminal via the proprietary device. Because the special device is a mobile phone with root authority or a device including a communication module, and can establish connection with the terminal of the patient and the information inquiry system, perform data interaction with the terminal of the patient, and perform data transmission with the information inquiry system, after the special device establishes connection with the terminal of the patient, the terminal of the patient sends the MAC address and the Identity identification Key (IRK) of the patient to the special device, and the special device can receive the MAC address and the IRK of the terminal of the patient through the bluetooth module, and send the received MAC address and the IRK of the terminal of the patient to the information inquiry system.
In this embodiment, the MAC address of bluetooth may be a hardware address or a random address. Wherein the random address may be a resolvable privacy address, a non-resolvable privacy address, or a static random address. In this embodiment, a terminal such as a mobile phone preferably uses a hardware address or a resolvable privacy address as a user identifier of the terminal, and a wearable smart device such as a smart band or a smart watch preferably uses a static random address as a user identifier of the terminal.
507. Searching a second contact record in the plurality of contact records according to the MAC address of the terminal of the patient or the IRK of the terminal of the patient;
after the information inquiry system acquires the MAC address of the patient terminal or the IRK of the patient terminal, it may determine whether the MAC address included in the plurality of contact records is generated by the patient terminal according to the IRK of the patient terminal. The MAC addresses included in the contact records or the MAC address of the patient terminal can be divided into a hash portion and a prand portion, wherein the prand is a random number of 24 bits, and the hash is a hash value obtained by hashing the prand and the IRK through a hash function. When the information inquiry system acquires the IRK of the patient terminal, the hash function of the IRK of the patient terminal and the prand part in the MAC address included in a certain contact record can be calculated to obtain a local hash localch, whether the local hash localch is equal to the hash part in the MAC address included in the certain contact record or not is judged, if the local hash localch is equal to the hash part in the MAC address included in the certain contact record, the MAC address in the certain contact record is determined to be the MAC address of the patient terminal, and the certain contact record is the second contact record, which indicates that the sender of the second contact record has been in close contact with the end user (i.e. the patient) corresponding to the MAC address of the second contact record. In this embodiment, the sender of the second contact record may be referred to as a target system user.
In addition, if the MAC addresses in the contact records and the MAC address of the patient terminal are both hardware addresses, the information query system may also directly compare the MAC address in a certain contact record with the MAC address of the patient terminal, and determine whether the MAC address in the certain contact record is the same as the MAC address of the patient terminal. If the two contact records are the same, the MAC address in the certain contact record can be determined to be the MAC address of the patient terminal, the certain contact record is a second contact record, the fact that the target system user receives the hardware address sent by the patient through the terminal once is indicated, and the second contact record is generated according to the hardware address, and therefore the fact that the target system user has close contact with the patient once is indicated. If the MAC address in the certain contact record is different from the MAC address of the patient terminal, it may be determined that the MAC address in the certain contact record is not the MAC address of the patient terminal, indicating that the sender of the certain contact record was not in close contact with the patient at the time of sending the certain contact record.
And in the contact process of the target system user and the patient, the terminal of the patient serves as a broadcast terminal to send broadcast information to the target system user, the target system user receives the broadcast information and generates a second contact record, and the second contact record is sent to the information inquiry system.
Because the target system user has a high risk of being infected by the virus of the patient, the target system user needs to be found and epidemic prevention measures need to be taken for the target system user.
508. The information inquiry system determines that the target system user is a high-infection risk person;
after the information query system finds the second contact record in the plurality of contact records received by the system, as shown in step 402 of the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the second contact record may include the user identifier, the receiving time point, and the contact distance, so that the target system user contacted by the patient before being listed as a confirmed patient or a suspected patient may be further found through the second contact record.
The specific process is that the information inquiry system judges whether the receiving time point recorded by the second contact record is behind the time starting point of the virus propagation period of the patient. The concept of the virus propagation period of the patient is mentioned in step 407 of the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and is not described herein again.
If the recorded point in time of receipt of the second contact record is after the beginning of the time of the patient's virus propagation session, indicating that the target system user has made contact with the patient in too close a distance during the patient's virus propagation session, the target system user is at greater risk of contracting the infection, and for insurance purposes, the target system user should be classified as a high risk infection person and further isolation measures or medical observations should be taken with respect to the target system user.
Furthermore, when the patient is the broadcast terminal user, according to the foregoing step 402 of the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the target system user can calculate the contact distance between the patient and the target system user, and send the second contact record including the contact distance to the information query system. Therefore, the information inquiry system may also determine whether the contact distance included in the second contact record is within the preset contact distance range. If the second contact record includes a contact distance within a predetermined range of contact distances, it indicates that the target system user has made contact with the patient at too close a distance, and as such, the target system user should be classified as a high risk of infection for insurance purposes.
The preset contact distance range may be determined according to actual conditions, for example, if the transmission capability of a certain virus is strong, the contact distance range may be set to a larger numerical range; if the virus transmission is weak, the contact distance range may be set to a smaller numerical range.
When the second contact record includes a point in time of receipt after the start of the viral distribution session of the patient and the second contact record includes a contact distance within the contact distance range, indicating that the target system user has been in close contact with the patient during the viral distribution session of the patient, the target system user is at a significant risk of contracting the infectious disease virus, and for epidemic purposes, the target system user should be classified as a high risk infection person and further isolation measures or medical observations should be taken with respect to the target system user.
It will be appreciated that if the target system user uploads the contact record to the information query system in real time after generating the contact record, the point in time at which the information query system receives the second contact record sent by the patient may be considered the point in time at which the patient was in contact with the target system user.
Therefore, the information inquiry system may also determine whether the contact time point of the target system user with the patient is after the time start of the virus propagation period of the patient according to the time point of receiving the second contact record, and if the time point of receiving the second contact record is after the time start of the virus propagation period of the patient, it indicates that the target system user has been in close contact with the patient during the virus propagation period of the patient, or it may be that the patient has not been isolated after being diagnosed and is out to be in contact with the surrounding population, which may result in the patient being in close contact with the target system user. Therefore, if it is determined whether the contact time point of the target system user with the patient is after the time start point of the virus propagation period of the patient according to the time point of receiving the second contact record, the contact record may not include the receiving time point of the target system user receiving the broadcast information, and the target system user may not generate the receiving time point of the broadcast information, which is not limited herein.
In addition, because the bluetooth implements short-distance transmission, if the system user receives the broadcast information sent by the broadcast terminal through the bluetooth module, it indicates that the system user is in close contact with the broadcast terminal user, at this time, the system user may not need to calculate the contact distance with the broadcast terminal user, the second contact record does not include the contact distance, and the information query system may not need to determine whether the contact distance included in the second contact record is within the preset contact distance range, but directly determine the sender of the second contact record (i.e., the target system user) as a person with a high risk of infection, which is not limited herein.
If the contact distance included in the second contact record is within the preset contact distance range, the time length of the receiving time point of the first second contact record and the receiving time point of the last second contact record in the continuous time period can be further calculated, wherein the contact distances included in the plurality of second contact records in the continuous time period are all within the preset contact distance range, and the plurality of second contact records in the continuous time period are all sent by the same target system user.
For example, the time period during which the contact distance between the patient and the same target system user is within the contact distance range is 3 minutes, and the target system user continuously sends the second contact record to the information inquiry system within the 3 minutes, so that the information inquiry system receives a plurality of second contact records, and the receiving time point of the first second contact record received within the 3 minutes is different from the receiving time point of the last second contact record received within the 3 minutes, and the obtained time difference is the time period during which the patient is in close contact with the target system user, and the time period can be one of the indicators for measuring the risk of the target system user infecting viruses, that is, the greater the time period during which the patient is in close contact with the target system user, the greater the risk of the target system user infecting viruses.
After the information inquiry system calculates the time length of the close contact between the patient and the target system user, judging whether the time length is within a preset time length range, wherein the preset time length range can be determined according to the actual virus propagation condition. If the receiving time point included in the second contact record is determined to be behind the starting point of the latency period of the patient, the contact distance included in the second contact record is within the contact distance range, and the time length of the close contact between the patient and the target system user is within the preset time length range, the target system user is indicated to be extremely high in risk of infecting the infectious disease virus, the target system user should be classified as a high infection risk person for epidemic prevention, and isolation measures or medical observation should be further taken for the target system user.
509. Determining a receiving place included in the second contact record as an infected place;
as can be seen from the foregoing step 402, the second contact record may also include a receiving location, i.e., a location where the target system user received the broadcast information transmitted by the patient through the terminal, indicating that the patient visited the locations, and therefore, the receiving location included in the second contact record should be determined as an infected location in order to block and disinfect the receiving location.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment of the application, a system user may also serve as a broadcast terminal, and send broadcast information to the outside through its own communication module, and broadcast its own user identifier to the outside, so that other system users may receive its own user identifier and generate a contact record.
