Abstract
The invention discloses an air conditioner and a communication module upgrading method thereof. The communication module upgrading method of the air conditioner comprises the following steps: one main communication module is selected from all communication modules of the air conditioner; the main communication module acquires an upgrading address from a remote server and sends the upgrading address to other communication modules; and each communication module downloads an upgrading program from the upgrading address respectively for upgrading. The invention can ensure that all communication modules in the same system of the air conditioner are upgraded at the same time, and avoid the problem that the selected main communication module can not complete a new upgrading function because the version numbers of the communication modules are inconsistent.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a hardware upgrading technology, in particular to an upgrading method for each communication module of an air conditioner with a plurality of communication modules.
Background
The air conditioner DTU module is a unit for transmitting air conditioner data to a remote server, and is convenient for analyzing big data of the air conditioner. In order to ensure stable data transmission of the air conditioning system, a plurality of communication modules, such as DTU modules, are usually provided under one system.
In order to ensure that the corresponding functions of the communication modules meet the subsequent requirements, each communication module has a program upgrading function. When a plurality of communication modules exist in an air conditioning system, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of DTU modules select a master module with an optimal signal through an internal election mechanism, and the rest communication modules are slave modules, and only one master module of one air conditioning system performs data transmission with a remote server.
Therefore, the current approach has the following problems:
1. because only the main module is interacted with the server, how to ensure that all communication modules under the same air conditioning system are upgraded simultaneously.
2. The inside of a communication module of the same air conditioning system is interactive based on a CAN bus, the CAN bus is not suitable for transmitting a large amount of data, and how a main module synchronously sends an upgrade package (upgrade program) to other slave modules.
3. If the slave module is not upgraded timely due to offline, and the air conditioning system is added again, or a new communication module is added, how to ensure the consistency of the software versions of the communication modules in the same air conditioning system.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an air conditioner and a communication module upgrading method thereof, aiming at solving the technical problem of how to simultaneously upgrade a plurality of communication modules in an air conditioning system in the prior art.
The invention provides a communication module upgrading method of an air conditioner, which comprises the following steps:
one main communication module is selected from all communication modules of the air conditioner;
the main communication module acquires an upgrading address from a remote server and sends the upgrading address to other communication modules;
and each communication module downloads an upgrading program from the upgrading address respectively for upgrading.
The communication module upgrading method further comprises the steps that when a new communication module is added to be connected with the existing communication module, the new communication module and the existing communication module check the program version numbers of the new communication module and the existing communication module, when the program version numbers of the new communication module and the existing communication module are not consistent, one of the existing communication modules sends the upgrading address to the new communication module, and the new communication module downloads the upgrading program from the upgrading address for upgrading.
Furthermore, all the communication modules communicate with each other through a bus.
When the communication module network is abnormal, when the network is recovered, the communication module with the abnormal network and the existing communication module check the program version number of each other, when the program version number of the communication module with the abnormal network is not consistent with that of the existing communication module, one of the existing communication modules sends the upgrading address to the communication module with the abnormal network, and the communication module with the abnormal network downloads the upgrading program from the upgrading address for upgrading.

The invention can realize the wireless remote upgrading function of a plurality of communication modules installed on the air conditioning system. If new functions or requirements exist and the communication modules need to be put into practical use, the upgrading of the communication modules can be directly and remotely controlled, the intermediate complicated step of upgrading is omitted, and the production and installation cost is saved. Moreover, the invention can ensure the simultaneous upgrade of all communication modules under the air-conditioning system, even if a new communication module is added or a communication module network fault occurs, the upgrade synchronization can be ensured, and a series of influences caused by inconsistent program version numbers due to the fact that all communication modules under the same air-conditioning system can not be upgraded simultaneously are solved, such as: if the reselected main communication module is not upgraded or the upgrade is unsuccessful, the data reported by the air conditioning system has no new function, and cannot meet new requirements. Meanwhile, the invention also solves the problem that the interior of the air conditioning system cannot be synchronously upgraded in time due to the fact that the interior of the air conditioning system cannot be subjected to large concurrent communication because of CAN bus communication among a plurality of communication modules of the air conditioning system. The method of the invention not only reduces the mutual transmission data quantity between the communication modules, but also does not influence the communication between the communication modules and the unit and between the unit and the unit.

The principles and embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The communication module upgrading method of the air conditioner also comprises the steps that a main communication module is selected from all online communication modules, the selection is usually carried out when the air conditioner is started each time, the communication modules select one main communication module according to the mutual signal strength values so as to ensure the real-time communication with a remote server, and other communication modules are used as slave modules to be connected with the main communication module and receive messages sent by the main communication module. Only the master communication module communicates with the remote server, the communication modules of other slave modules can communicate with the HTTP server, and program files of all the communication modules needing to be upgraded are stored in the HTTP server.
As shown in fig. 2, the main communication module is responsible for transmitting the data of the air conditioning system to the remote server after determining. If the program needs to be upgraded, namely after an upgrading instruction issued by the remote server is received, the main communication module verifies the correctness of the upgrading instruction, and if the program does not pass through the upgrading instruction, the upgrading instruction is discarded. If the communication module passes the upgrading address, the upgrading address is obtained from the upgrading instruction, and the upgrading address (namely the URL address) is sent to other communication modules serving as slave modules. All the communication modules communicate with each other through a bus, for example, a Can bus, and the master communication module sends the upgrade address to other communication modules serving as slave modules through a Can bus.
When all the communication modules receive the upgrade address, the upgrade address is saved to the local, meanwhile, the communication modules of the master communication module and the slave module request an upgrade package (upgrade program) from the HTTP server according to the upgrade address, and the upgrade packages are respectively downloaded and complete the upgrade of the programs of the communication modules, so that the unified upgrade of the communication modules in the same system of the air conditioner can be completed. The fixed address of each upgrading program has a program version number of the upgrading program, and after upgrading, each communication module can store the program version number of the currently used program.
As shown in fig. 3, when a new communication module is added to the air conditioner, a confirmation message is transmitted to other communication modules by broadcasting, the new communication module and the existing communication module check the program version number of each other by transmitting a message on the bus, when the program version numbers of the new communication module and the existing communication module are not identical, one of the existing communication modules (e.g., the main communication module) transmits an upgrade address to the new communication module, and the new communication module downloads the upgrade program from the upgrade address to upgrade and stores the new program version number.
In the upgrading process, some communication modules may be abnormal, so that when the main communication module broadcasts an upgrading address through the bus, the abnormal communication module cannot respond in time and is disconnected from the system connection, when the abnormal communication module is connected to the bus again, the abnormal communication module and the existing communication module check the mutual program version number by sending messages on the bus as when the new communication module is added to the air conditioner, when the program version number of the abnormal communication module is not consistent with that of the existing communication module, one of the existing communication modules (such as the main communication module) sends the upgrading address to the abnormal communication module through the bus, and the abnormal communication module downloads the upgrading program from the upgrading address to upgrade and stores the new program version number. Besides the foregoing example bus connection exception, the existing communication module may also be or simultaneously have an upgrade address connection exception, that is, an exception in connection with the HTTP server, and when the network connection is restored, the program version number also needs to be checked to determine whether the upgrade together with other communication modules is successful, so as to ensure that all communication modules are upgraded at the same time.
No matter a new communication module is added into the air conditioner or an abnormal communication module network is recovered and is added into the air conditioner again, after all the communication modules are upgraded, the election process of the main communication module is carried out again, so that the communication module with the strongest signal value can be selected to be in good communication connection with the remote server.
Besides the communication module upgrading method, the invention also protects the air conditioner adopting the communication module upgrading method.
The invention separately places the remote server responsible for air conditioner data acquisition and interaction and the upgraded data packet, places the upgraded data packet on a special HTTP server, obtains the upgrade address from the remote server through the main communication module, then distributes the upgrade address to other communication modules, and respectively downloads the upgrade packet (upgrade program) from the HTTP server, thereby realizing remote synchronous upgrade of a plurality of communication modules under the air conditioner system, and realizing uniform upgrade even if the communication modules with network disconnection are reconnected again or new communication modules are added.

1. A communication module upgrading method of an air conditioner is characterized by comprising the following steps:
one main communication module is selected from all communication modules of the air conditioner;
the main communication module acquires an upgrading address from a remote server and sends the upgrading address to other communication modules;
each communication module downloads an upgrading program from the upgrading address to upgrade;
the communication modules communicate with each other through the bus, after the network is recovered, the communication module with the abnormal network and the existing communication module check the program version numbers of the communication modules with the abnormal network, when the program version numbers of the communication module with the abnormal network and the existing communication module are not consistent, one of the existing communication modules sends the upgrading address to the communication module with the abnormal network, and the communication module with the abnormal network downloads the upgrading program from the upgrading address for upgrading.

The method for upgrading a communication module according to claim 1, further comprising: when a new communication module is added to be connected with the existing communication module, the new communication module and the existing communication module check the program version numbers of each other, when the program version numbers of the new communication module and the existing communication module are not consistent, one of the existing communication modules sends the upgrade address to the new communication module, and the new communication module downloads the upgrade program from the upgrade address to upgrade.
3. The communication module upgrading method according to claim 1, wherein the network exception comprises a bus connection exception with other communication modules and/or a connection exception with the upgrade address.

The method for upgrading the communication module according to claim 1, wherein the main communication module is selected by all the communication modules according to the signal strength value of each other when the air conditioner is started and/or after all the communication modules of the air conditioner are upgraded successfully.
5. The communication module upgrade method according to claim 2 or 1, wherein the program version number is fixed in a fixed address of the upgrade program.
6. The method for upgrading a communication module of claim 1, wherein the communication module is a DTU module.
7. The communication module upgrading method of claim 1, wherein the main communication module obtains an upgrading instruction from a remote server and verifies the upgrading instruction, and if the verification is passed, obtains the upgrading address from the upgrading instruction.
8. An air conditioner comprising a plurality of communication modules, wherein the plurality of communication modules are upgraded by the communication module upgrading method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
