The invention provides a device for automatically detecting and recording the condensate water production amount of a temperature-sensing double-tipping-bucket air conditioner, which comprises a water collecting tank, a containing box, double tipping buckets, a counterweight regulator, a temperature-sensing probe and a temperature self-recorder, wherein the water collecting tank is connected with the double tipping buckets; the water collecting tank is positioned above the accommodating box and used for collecting air conditioner condensate water; the water collecting tank is communicated with the accommodating box through a water through pipe and two temperature detecting pipes; the double tipping buckets are arranged in the containing box and consist of two single-side tipping buckets and are used for collecting and metering the amount of condensed water flowing from the water collecting tank; the counterweight regulators are assembled on two sides of the upper edge of the middle part of the double tipping bucket and are used for regulating the water capacity of the double tipping bucket during water pouring so as to realize adjustable metering precision; by applying the technical scheme, the measuring precision of the same measuring device can be adjusted, and the automatic detection and recording device is suitable for automatic detection and recording of the condensate water production amount of different air conditioners.

the water through pipe is a flat rectangular pipe, the upper end of the water through pipe is fixed in the middle of the water collecting tank bottom plate, and the lower end of the water through pipe is suspended in the air; the thermodetector is specifically two identical circular pipes which are respectively arranged on two sides of the water pipe and positioned above the double tipping buckets, penetrate through the bottom plate of the water collecting tank and are closely and fixedly connected with the bottom plate, and are used for placing and fixing a temperature probe and playing a role of a gas permeable pipe;

the temperature sensing probe senses the temperature of the condensed water after the water in the high-level tipping bucket reaches a certain depth and sends a temperature signal of the condensed water to the temperature self-recorder; after the high-position tipping bucket is changed into the low-position tipping bucket after water is poured, the temperature sensing probe senses the air temperature and sends an air temperature signal to the temperature self-recorder; and judging the drainage times of the measured single-side tipping bucket according to the change times of the condensed water temperature signal and the air temperature signal recorded by the temperature self-recorder, wherein the drainage times are multiplied by the water volume of the measured single-side tipping bucket to obtain the single-side tipping bucket condensed water generation amount.
In a preferred embodiment, a limiting block is arranged below the water pouring end of the double-tipping bucket; the lower end of the limiting block is fixedly connected with a bottom plate of the accommodating box; the limiting block is used for limiting the rotation inclination amplitude of the double tipping buckets.
