Abstract
The invention discloses a water supply distributor, which comprises a one-side combining component and a other-side combining component arranged on a wall surface or a bottom surface, and a water supply distribution pipe arranged between the one-side combining component and the other-side combining component, wherein the water supply distribution pipe comprises: a central tube, a plurality of distribution sockets, a shell, a water supply combination part and an angle adjusting combination part; the combining groove of the other side combining component forms a cross-sectional structure corresponding to the angle adjusting combining part of the water supply distributing pipe; an elastic support member for elastically supporting the distribution pipe for water supply to one side is provided at a central portion of the coupling groove of the other side coupling member. Therefore, even in the case where the branch pipe for distribution and the branch pipe for collection are not provided in the predetermined direction, or the case where the installation position of the distributor does not match the installation direction of the branch pipe, it is easy to install the distributor and to connect the branch pipes.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of construction, and more particularly, to a water supply distribution pipe and a water supply distributor using the same.
Background
The water supply distributor is generally connected to a branch pipe for distributing water heated in a heater to a plurality of heating locations so as to flow the hot water, and serves to perform a heating function in the heating locations and collect the returned water to the heater side, as a device for circulating indoor hot water.
Fig. 1 shows a conventional water supply (hot water) dispenser for a heater.
As shown in fig. 1, a distribution pipe 6 and a recovery pipe 8 are provided in a lateral direction between the side plates 2 and 4 standing on both sides, the distribution pipe 6 and the recovery pipe 8 are connected to a distribution branch pipe 12 and a recovery branch pipe 14 of a heating place, respectively, a supply port 16a of a heater 16 is connected to the distribution pipe 6, and a return port 16b of the heater 16 is connected to the recovery pipe 8.
Since both ends of the distribution pipe 6 and the recovery pipe 8 are fixed to the inner surfaces of the side plates 2 and 4 by welding or fastening members, the branch pipe and the recovery pipe cannot be rotated or changed in position.
Therefore, there is no problem in the case where the branch pipe for distribution and the branch pipe for collection are installed in a predetermined direction according to the installation position of the distributor, but there is a problem in that it is difficult to install the distributor and connect the branch pipes in the case where the branch pipe for distribution and the branch pipe for collection are installed in an unintended direction or the installation position of the distributor and the installation direction of the branch pipes are not matched.
The prior art reference numerals described above are only limited to illustrate the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
(problem to be solved)
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a water supply distribution pipe and a water supply distributor using the same, the water supply distribution pipe including: in the case where the branch pipe for distribution and the branch pipe for collection are not provided in the predetermined direction, or in the case where the installation position of the distributor does not match the installation direction of the distribution pipe, it is easy to install the distributor and to connect the branch pipes.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following distribution pipe 100 for water supply: installed between one side combining part 210 and the other side combining part 220, the one side combining part 210 and the other side combining part 220 are arranged on the wall surface or the bottom surface, and comprise: a central tube 110 formed with a water supply socket 111 at one end and closed at the other end; a plurality of distribution sockets 112 provided in a plurality of through holes formed in a side portion of the central tube 110 so as to be coupled to the plurality of branch tubes; a housing 120 exposing the opening portions of the water supply socket 111 and the plurality of distribution sockets 112 while surrounding the remaining exterior of the central tube 110 and the plurality of distribution sockets 112; a water supply coupling part 121 formed at one end of the housing 120 to be coupled to the water supply pipe and the coupling hole 211 of the one side coupling member 210; an angle adjusting coupling part 130 coupled to the coupling groove 221 of the other side coupling member 220 to form a protrusion structure having a polygonal cross-section for adjusting an angle, and formed at the other end of the housing 120.
Preferably, the angle adjustment coupling portion 130 has a hexagonal or octagonal sectional structure.
The present invention provides a dispenser for water supply, comprising: the water supply distribution pipe 100, the one side coupling member 210, and the other side coupling member 220.
Preferably, the coupling groove 221 of the other side coupling member 220 has a sectional structure corresponding to the angle-adjustment coupling portion 130 of the water distribution pipe 100.
Preferably, an elastic support member 222 for elastically supporting the water distribution pipe 100 to one side is provided at a center portion of the coupling groove 221 of the other side coupling member 220.
Preferably, the elastic support member 222 is a plate spring 222a, and both ends of the plate spring 222a are fixed to the coupling grooves 221 such that a central portion thereof protrudes to one side.
(Effect of the invention)
The invention discloses a water supply distributor and a water supply distributor using the same: even when the branch pipe for distribution and the branch pipe for collection are not provided in a predetermined direction, or when the installation position of the distributor does not match the installation direction of the branch pipe, the distributor and the connection branch pipe are easily installed.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in the figures subsequent to fig. 2, the present invention relates to a distribution pipe 100 for water supply installed between a first coupling member 210 and a second coupling member 220, wherein the first coupling member 210 and the second coupling member 220 are provided on a wall surface or a bottom surface.
Accordingly, the method comprises the following steps: a central tube 110 having one end formed with a water supply socket 111 and the other end closed; a plurality of distribution sockets 112 having a plurality of through holes formed in a side portion of the central tube 110 so as to be coupled to the plurality of branch tubes; a housing 120 exposing the opening portions of the water supply socket 111 and the plurality of distribution sockets 112 while surrounding the remaining exterior of the central tube 110 and the plurality of distribution sockets 112; a water supply coupling part 121 formed at one end of the housing 120 to be coupled to the water supply pipe and the coupling hole 211 of the one side coupling member 210; the angle-adjusting coupling part 130 is coupled to the coupling groove 221 of the other side coupling member 220 to form a protrusion structure having a polygonal cross-section for adjusting an angle, and is formed at the other end of the housing 120.
The coupling groove 221 of the other side coupling member 220 coupled to the other end of the housing 120 of the distribution pipe 100 forms a sectional structure corresponding to the angle-adjustment coupling portion 130 of the distribution pipe 100 for water supply.
The recovery pipe 300 has the same structure as the distribution pipe 100.
In the case of such a configuration, the coupling angle of the distribution pipe 100 and the recovery pipe 300 is determined in consideration of the installation position of the distributor and the installation direction of the branch pipes, and thus the distribution pipe 100 and the recovery pipe 300 can be coupled between the one side coupling member 210 and the other side coupling member 220.
Therefore, even when the branch pipe for distribution and the branch pipe for collection are not provided in a predetermined direction or when the installation position of the distributor does not match the installation direction of the branch pipe, the distributor and the branch pipe can be easily and stably installed by adjusting the coupling angle of the distribution pipe 100 and the collection pipe 300.
Preferably, the angle-adjustment coupling part 130 has a hexagonal or octagonal sectional structure to adjust various coupling angles of the distribution pipe 100.
On the other hand, when the flow rate flowing from the water supply pipe to the distribution pipe is not fixed or the flow rate discharged from the recovery pipe 300 is not fixed, stress concentration may occur at the coupling portion (the angle adjustment coupling portion 130 and the coupling groove 221) between the distribution pipe 100 or the recovery pipe 300 and the other side coupling member 220 due to the generation of positive pressure or negative pressure.
In order to alleviate such stress concentration, it is preferable to provide an elastic support member 222, and the elastic support member 222 elastically supports the water distribution pipe 100 to one side at the center portion of the coupling groove 221 of the other side coupling member 220 (fig. 6).
Accordingly, even if positive pressure or negative pressure occurs, stress concentration occurring at the joint portions (the angle adjustment joint portion 130 and the joint groove 221) is relieved by elastic contraction or elastic recovery of the elastic support member 222.
The elastic support member 222 may be implemented by a plate spring 222a, etc., the plate spring 222a having both ends fixed to the coupling grooves 221 and a central portion formed to protrude to one side.
However, since the present invention has been described in connection with a part of the preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the scope of the present invention should not be limited to the embodiments described above and explained, and the technical ideas of the present invention and the fundamental technical ideas thereof described above should be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (2)
1. A water supply dispenser including a one-side coupling member (210) and a other-side coupling member (220) provided on a wall surface or a bottom surface, and a water supply dispensing pipe (100) installed between the one-side coupling member (210) and the other-side coupling member (220),
the distribution pipe (100) for water supply comprises:
a central tube (110) having a water supply socket (111) formed at one end and the other end closed,
a plurality of distribution sockets (112) provided in a plurality of through holes formed in a side portion of the central tube (110) so as to be coupled to the plurality of branch tubes,
a housing (120) exposing the opening portions of the water supply socket (111) and the plurality of distribution sockets (112) while surrounding the remaining exterior of the central tube (110) and the plurality of distribution sockets (112),
a water supply coupling part (121) formed at one end of the housing (120) to be coupled to the water supply pipe and a coupling hole (211) of the one side coupling member (210),
an angle-adjusting coupling part (130) coupled to the coupling groove (221) of the other side coupling member (220), forming a protrusion structure of a polygonal cross-section for adjusting an angle, and formed at the other end of the housing (120);
the angle adjusting combination part (130) is of a hexagonal or octagonal cross-section structure;
the coupling groove 221 of the other side coupling member 220 forms a sectional structure corresponding to an angle adjustment coupling portion 130 of the water supply distribution pipe 100;
an elastic support member (222) for elastically supporting the water supply distribution pipe (100) to one side is provided at the center of the coupling groove (221) of the other side coupling member (220).
2. The water supply dispenser according to claim 1,
the elastic support member (222) is a plate spring (222a), both ends of the plate spring (222a) are fixed to the coupling grooves (221), and a central portion thereof protrudes to one side.
