Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ship and ocean platform construction, in particular to a desulphurization system exhaust outer pipe.
Background
At present, the requirement on environmental protection is higher and higher, and most of ships built, ships under construction or ships built in the future are provided with desulfurization systems to meet the requirement on environmental protection. The desulfurization pipeline is a conveying pipeline applied to a desulfurization system, and the solution with acid and alkali substances conveyed in the desulfurization system must have the effects of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, temperature resistance and the like so as to ensure the normal operation of the desulfurization system.
Because the liquid after desulfurization is very corrosive, the pipeline of the desulfurization system is usually made of glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe with very strong corrosion resistance. However, the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe cannot be directly welded with the outer plate of the ship, so that the outer pipe of the exhaust side of the desulfurization system can only adopt other types of pipes. In order to solve this problem, there are desulfurization system manufacturers and shipyards that use super duplex stainless steel tubes. However, although the super bidirectional stainless steel pipe has good quality, the super bidirectional stainless steel pipe has two obvious defects, namely that the super bidirectional stainless steel pipe is very expensive and high in purchase cost, but the welding process requirement of the super bidirectional stainless steel pipe is very high, and a shipyard basically does not have the welding manufacturing level of the super bidirectional stainless steel pipe, and is manufactured by outsourcing generally.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a desulphurization system exhaust side outer pipe, which aims to solve the problems that the price of super bidirectional stainless steel is high, the welding process requirement is high, the purchase cost is high, and the construction difficulty is high in the background technology.

Preferably, the reinforcing brackets are welded to the outer pipe wall, and the carbon steel flange is welded to the carbon steel pipe.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention discloses a desulfurization system outboard pipe, which includes: the reinforced toggle plate comprises a reinforced toggle plate 1, an outer plate 2, a carbon steel pipe 3, a first-degree plastic coating layer 4, a second-degree plastic coating layer 5 and a carbon steel flange 6, wherein the carbon steel pipe 3 further comprises an inner pipe wall 31 and an outer pipe wall 32; the first plastic-coated layer 4 is attached to the inner pipe wall 31, and the second plastic-coated layer 5 is attached to the first plastic-coated layer 4; the outer plate 2 is vertically sleeved on the outer pipe wall 32, the outer plate 2 is connected to one end of the carbon steel pipe 3, the reinforcing toggle plate 1 is connected to the outer plate 2 and the outer pipe wall 32, and the carbon steel flange 6 is sleeved on the other end of the carbon steel pipe 3; the reinforcing toggle plate 1 is also provided with a fan-shaped through hole 11, and the fan-shaped through hole 11 is arranged adjacent to the joint of the outer plate 2 and the carbon steel pipe 3. The body material of the invention is common steel, reliable and firm, has high safety performance, and is convenient to adopt a construction process of full penetration welding with the hull plate; the invention has the advantages of simple manufacturing material, small manufacturing difficulty, shorter purchasing period, and low purchasing cost and manufacturing cost.
It should be noted that the carbon steel pipe 3 of the present invention is a common carbon steel pipe, which is convenient for a welding process of full penetration welding with the hull plate.
Preferably, the reinforcing toggle plate 1 is welded to the outer pipe wall 31 and the carbon steel flange 6 is welded to the carbon steel pipe 3.
Preferably, the carbon steel pipe 3 is welded to the outer plate 2.
It should be noted that the connection mode of the present invention adopts welding, which ensures the stability of connection.
Preferably, the first-degree plastic coating layer 4 and the second-degree plastic coating layer 5 both adopt nano plastic steel heavy-duty anticorrosive paint.

It should be noted that the first-degree plastic-coated layer 4 and the second-degree plastic-coated layer 5 are arranged in the carbon steel pipe 3, so that the advantages of reliability, firmness and corrosion resistance of the super duplex stainless steel can be integrated, and the defects of high price and high welding process requirement of the super duplex stainless steel can be effectively overcome, so that the strong corrosion of the desulfurization liquid of the desulfurization system can be prevented, and the adoption cost and the manufacturing difficulty can be reduced.
Preferably, the carbon steel flange 6 is provided with a plurality of through holes 61, and the through holes 61 are uniformly distributed in the carbon steel flange 6.
It should be noted here that the carbon steel flange 6 of the present invention is provided with a plurality of through holes 61, which ensures the reliability of the connection with the extravehicular pipe.
Preferably, the pipe orifice of the carbon steel pipe 3 is provided with a tapered opening 33, and the tapered opening 33 is arranged adjacent to the carbon steel flange 6.
It should be noted that the pipe orifice of the carbon steel pipe 3 of the present invention is provided with the tapered opening 33, which facilitates the installation of the carbon steel flange 6 and increases the stability of the connection.

s02, welding an outboard discharge pipe body of the desulfurization system on the hull outer plate 2 (full-penetration welding process), and welding a reinforcing toggle plate on the inner side of the outer plate.
S03, cleaning the inner wall of the carbon steel pipe 3 (no visible attachments such as grease, dirt, oxide skin, scrap iron, a paint layer and the like are required), and then uniformly spraying the 2-degree nano-plastic steel heavy-duty anticorrosive paint.
