A novel brushless fan heater comprises a fan heater whole body, wherein the fan heater whole body comprises a brushless motor, an impeller and a control chamber, the brushless motor comprises a stator and a rotor, a rotating shaft is fixedly arranged at the center of the rotor, and the impeller is fixedly sleeved at the front end of the rotating shaft; an integrated circuit control board is arranged in the control chamber, a winding of the rotor is electrically connected with the integrated circuit control board, and an integrated block central processor is arranged on the integrated circuit control board; the novel brushless electric fan heater of this scheme design has the brush motor to change into the tradition that the electric fan heater adopted and uses brushless motor, cancels commutator and brush part, realizes electronic commutation through sensor or the calculation mode on the ICU central processing module of integrated circuit control panel to solve mechanical noise and the spark that mechanical commutation produced.

Background
At present, the fan heater for realizing air replacement in domestic automobile air conditioners and automobile cooling and heating systems adopts a motor with a commutator and an electric brush, which is mature in domestic and foreign markets, as a driving system, and is realized by additionally arranging an impeller and a volute (a mounting seat), wherein the driving motor is commonly called as a brush motor. The driving principle of the motor is that the electrified conductor is stressed in a magnetic field to generate torque, so that the rotor runs and simultaneously drives the impeller to run, and electric energy is converted into mechanical energy. The key technology in the middle is that the electric conductor in the rotor needs to realize continuous positive and negative change (reversing), so that the rotor can continuously generate torsion in the same direction, and the fan impeller is driven to rotate to realize the air blowing and sucking functions (air replacement) of the fan. At present, the commutation of the fan heater motor for the automobile in China realizes the switching-commutation of the positive pole and the negative pole by the contact of an electric brush with different commutator segments on a commutator. The above reversing mode of the conventional motor belongs to mechanical reversing, and the fan driven by the mechanical reversing motor has the defects of mechanical noise, sparks, electromagnetic interference (EMC) and low service life (the brush is a wear part and is worn out, namely the service life of the motor is over) for a long time.
Therefore, there is a need to design a new brushless fan heater to solve the above problems.

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a novel brushless fan heater.
In order to achieve the above objects and other related objects, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: a novel brushless fan heater comprises a fan heater whole body, wherein the fan heater whole body comprises a brushless motor, an impeller and a control chamber, the brushless motor comprises a stator and a rotor, a rotating shaft is fixedly arranged at the center of the rotor, and the impeller is fixedly sleeved at the front end of the rotating shaft; the method is characterized in that: the integrated circuit control board is arranged in the control room, the winding of the rotor is electrically connected with the integrated circuit control board, and an integrated block central processor is arranged on the integrated circuit control board.

according to the novel brushless fan heater, a traditional brush motor adopted by the fan heater is changed into the brushless motor, a commutator and brush parts are omitted, electronic commutation is realized through a sensor or a calculation mode on an integrated circuit control panel ICU central processing module, and therefore mechanical noise and sparks generated by mechanical commutation are avoided; an ICU central processing module of the integrated circuit control panel sends an electronic instruction to a switching diode to realize reversing to solve electromagnetic interference; the electric brush of the abrasion part and the commutator are eliminated through electronic commutation, and the electric brush of the abrasion part is eliminated, so that the service life of the fan is prolonged by more than 3 times compared with that of the traditional fan.
