Abstract
The invention relates to an assembled prefabricated brick moulding bed which is formed by splicing prefabricated plates, wherein the edges of the outer side surfaces of the prefabricated plates are provided with convex edges, adjacent prefabricated plates are fixed through bolt locking pieces or tenon-and-mortise structures, and the bolt locking pieces are fixedly arranged between two adjacent convex edges in a penetrating way. The invention aims to provide an assembled prefabricated brick moulding bed which is directly assembled during construction, does not need cement masonry and is time-saving and labor-saving. The invention has the advantages that: the invention replaces the brick moulding bed built by traditional bricks, saves a large amount of bricks and cement for construction, saves energy, protects environment, is assembled by the shaped precast slabs, can be used immediately after assembly, does not need to wait for the solidification of the building cement, and shortens the construction period.

Background
In general building construction engineering, the bearing platform and the waterproof plate of the pile foundation mostly adopt a high plate position form of a beam-slab raft foundation, and a large number of templates are required to be arranged on a foundation part so as to ensure the forming of the bearing platform, the bearing platform beam and the ground beam. The conventional construction method mostly adopts the brick moulding bed as a template of a foundation part, the brick moulding bed is made of standard bricks, and concrete pouring is carried out after certain strength is achieved, but the construction period of building a large amount of brick moulding bed is long, the labor input is large, the objective factors influencing the construction period are more, and the construction period and the cost are difficult to control.

The invention aims to provide an assembled prefabricated brick moulding bed which is directly assembled during construction, does not need cement masonry and is time-saving and labor-saving.

The spliced prefabricated brick moulding bed is formed by splicing prefabricated plates 1, convex edges 1-1 are arranged at the edges of the outer side surfaces of the prefabricated plates 1, adjacent prefabricated plates 1 are fixed through bolt locking pieces 2 or tenon-and-mortise structures 3, and the bolt locking pieces 2 are fixedly arranged between the two adjacent convex edges 1-1 in a penetrating manner.
In one embodiment, the prefabricated plates 1 on the upper side and the lower side are fixedly connected through bolt locking pieces 2 arranged at two horizontally extending convex edges 1-1 in a penetrating way;
the prefabricated plates 1 on the left and right sides are fixedly connected through bolt locking pieces 2 which are arranged at the positions of two vertically extending convex edges 1-1 in a penetrating manner;
at the corner of the brick bed mould, the connecting end of the prefabricated plate 1 at one side is provided with a vertically extending convex edge 1-1, the connecting end of the prefabricated plate 1 at the other side is not provided with the convex edge 1-1, and a bolt locking piece 2 penetrates through the convex edge 1-1 and is fixed with the plate surface of the prefabricated plate 1 (see figures 4-5).
In another embodiment, the left and right sides of the prefabricated slab 1 are provided with the tenon-and-mortise structures 3, and the prefabricated slabs 1 on the left and right sides and the prefabricated slabs 1 at the corners are fixedly connected through the tenon-and-mortise structures 3;
the prefabricated panels 1 at the upper side and the lower side are fixedly connected through bolt locking pieces 2 which are arranged at two horizontally extending convex edges 1-1 in a penetrating way (see figures 6-7).
In one embodiment, the corner protector 4 comprises a horizontal base 4-1 and a vertical bending plate 4-2 arranged on the horizontal base 4-1;
the horizontal base 4-1 is fixed on the lower base surface through the bolt locking piece 2, and the vertical bending plate 4-2 is attached to the corner of the brick moulding bed. The vertical bending plate 4-2 is matched with the corner of the brick moulding bed, and the vertical bending plate 4-2 can be fixed on the prefabricated plate 1 through the bolt locking piece 2, so that the stability is improved (see figure 9).
In another embodiment, the corner protection member 4 comprises a vertical positioning cylinder 4-3, the side wall of the vertical positioning cylinder 4-3 is provided with a notch 4-4 matched with the corner of the brick moulding membrane, and a vertical landfill groove 4-5 is arranged inside the vertical positioning cylinder 4-3 (see fig. 10).
And a side wall protection piece 5 is arranged at the vertical abutted seam of the side wall of the brick moulding bed, and the side wall protection piece 5 comprises an L-shaped plate 5-1 and an inclined rod 5-2 fixed between the L-shaped plate 5-1 vertical part and the horizontal part, wherein the horizontal part of the L-shaped plate 5-1 is fixed on the lower side base surface through a bolt locking piece 2 (see fig. 11).
The L-shaped panels 5-1 can be fixed vertically to the prefabricated panels 1 by means of bolt locks 2 for added stability.
The prefabricated slab comprises a prefabricated slab 1, and is characterized by further comprising a height compensation plate 6, wherein fixing edges 6-1 are arranged at the upper edge and the lower edge of the outer side surface of the height compensation plate 6, and the fixing edges 6-1 are fixed with the upper convex edges 1-1 of the adjacent prefabricated slabs 1 through bolt locking pieces 2 (see fig. 8).
The prefabricated slab 1 is 300cm in length and 40cm, 50cm or 60cm in height; the height compensation plate 6 is 300cm in length and 10cm in height.
The prefabricated panel 1 can be cut at will in length, and the cut end can be used as a corner (see fig. 5).
When the height specification of the prefabricated slab 1 can not be spliced to the designed height, the height can be compensated through the height compensation plate 6;
in one embodiment, the height compensation plate 6 has a length of 300cm, a height of 10cm and a width of 10cm, and can be fixed to the upper ledge 1-1 of the prefabricated plate 1 by the fixing ledge 6-1 or the plate surface of the height compensation plate 6, i.e., the opening of the height compensation plate faces outward or upward.
The outer side surface of the precast slab 1 is also provided with a plurality of stiffening ribs 1-2 connected with the convex edges 1-1.
The invention also comprises a separating barrier 7 for separating the inner cavity of the brick moulding bed, wherein the separating barrier 7 comprises two partition plates 7-1 arranged at intervals and a connecting plate 7-2 connected between the two partition plates 7-1;
a plurality of filling chambers 7-3 for placing backfill soil are formed between the partition plates 7-1 and the connecting plates 7-2. By backfilling the fill chamber 7-3, the weight of the entire staging barrier 7 can be increased, preventing shifting during casting.
In one embodiment, fixing plates are provided at the ends of the two partition plates 7-1, and the fixing plates are fixed to the outer prefabricated plate 1 by bolt locking members 2.
