我国是世界上水土流失严重的国家,超过1/3的国土面积水土资源遭到破坏,特别是随着我国各地基础建设高速、持续发展,修公路、建铁路、采石、开矿、搞水利电力工程等破坏原有生态,形成大量裸露坡面工程创伤,需要进行生态治理、重建或生态恢复,这是我国生态文明建设的重要内容。
边坡生态修复是集岩土工程学、植物学、土壤学、肥料学、高分子化学和环境生态学等为一体的综合性技术学科,是传统边坡防护和生态恢复相结合的防护结构体系。随着国际环境保护和建设意识的增强以及相关技术研发资金的不断投入,该项技术日渐得到更新和完善,包括种子包衣、施工工艺、生物有机肥、优质种源的选育以及环保基质材料选用等,但经过多年的发展与演变,边坡工程措施的稳定性、施工便利性和可持续发展能力,植物群落的自我更新演替能力,仍是国内外面临的难题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种轻型生态边坡的修复结构及修复方法,实用范围广,轻质,施工简便快捷,施工成本低。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种基质块,该基质块由包括如下重量份的原料制成:
进一步,所述的农林废弃物为棉花杆、秸秆或椰子壳中的至少一种;所述的粘结剂为凹凸棒石粘土、复合肥无土造粒粘结剂或殴膨润土粘结剂中的至少一种;所述的保水剂为聚氨酯、聚丙烯酰胺或丙烯酸盐-丙烯酰胺交联型共聚物中的至少一种。
进一步,所述的微生物菌剂为金满田高抗型金满田复合生物菌肥、同灭施无忧微生物菌肥、根瘤菌菌剂、解磷类微生物菌剂或粮源仓盛微生物菌剂中的至少一种。
以棉花杆、秸秆、椰子壳等农林废弃物为主要原料,加入泥炭、保水剂、微生物菌剂、粘结剂,混合压制固化成型,形成蜂窝状结构的纤维培养土。该培养土柔性强,强度高,重量轻,耐久性强,具有很强的保水性和排水性,含有大量腐殖酸和有机肥,形成可再生的土壤,能分解岩石边坡矿物质,为植物生长提供基础条件。基质性状多变,可以是散状作为种植培养土使用,可加工为长方形基质块,尺寸为50*50*5cm,可加工成长条形基质块,尺寸为10*50*5cm。
一种轻型生态边坡的修复方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)坡体排水:在坡顶与坡面台阶处布设截水沟,在坡脚处布设排水沟;
(2)种植基毯复绿:在边坡上铺设并固定土工布,然后在所述的土工布上铺设有格构室,在所述的格构室中均匀的铺设若干层的权利要求1-3中任一项所述的基质块,所述的基质块之间通过η型锚钢杆固定于坡体上,每三层基质块上铺设一层平面压条进行固定;
(3)种植基箱复绿:在所述的边坡上均匀布置若干排种植箱,所述的种植箱内铺设有若干的基质块,将所述的种植箱通过支撑架固定于所述的边坡上;
(4)植物种植:在所述的格构室中采用草本种籽与小灌木相组合或草本种籽的种植方式,在所述的种植箱中采用草本种籽、小灌木、小乔木与藤本相组合的种植方式,构建目标植物群落;
(5)铁丝网加固:将铁丝网在所述的边坡上从上而下铺设,并固定于所述的边坡上;
(6)后期养护:喷洒坡面,定时浇灌,根据边坡的坡面上的植被生长状况追肥。
所述的步骤(4)的植物种植具体方法如下:
a)播种前对种籽适当进行消毒、浸种和催芽处理,确保种籽整齐出土;
b)撒播时边坡土壤应保证湿润,将配制好的灌木和草本的种子、肥料、木质纤维、土壤稳定剂等与水充分混合后,再用高压喷枪均匀地喷射到土壤表面,形成一层约1-4cm厚的膜状结构,确保撒播后种籽均匀分布;
c)种植基毯法采用草本种籽或草本种籽+小灌木的种植模式,种植基箱法采用草本种籽+小灌木+小乔木+藤本的种植模式,以构建目标植物群落,达到生态环境良性演替目的;
d)华南地区推荐乔木品种:台湾相思、大红花、黄素馨、秋枫、台湾相思、铺地木蓝、土蜜树、黄槐、小叶榕、木麻黄、夹竹桃、盐肤木(0.5g/m2)、车桑子(0.1g/m2)、白背枫(0.1g/m2);
e)华南地区推荐灌木品种:山毛豆(5g/m2)、木豆(6g/m2)、银合欢(3g/m2)、金合欢(3g/m2)、胡枝子(3g/m2)、矮紫薇(3g/m2)、多花木蓝(2g/m2)、地桃花(3g/m2)、伞房决明(0.5g/m2)、双荚槐(1g/m2)、簕仔树(0.5g/m2);
f)华南地区推荐草本品种:高羊茅(1g/m2)、糖蜜草(0.1g/m2)、百慕大(1g/m2)、黑麦草(1g/m2)、百喜草(0.5g/m2)、波斯菊(0.2g/m2)、蓖麻(2.5g/m2)、狗牙根(0.1g/m2)+蕨类孢子(蜈蚣草、粉背蕨、芒萁等)(0.5g/m2)、苜蓿(1g/m2)、车前草(0.1g/m2);
g)华南地区推荐藤本品种:大翼豆(1g/m2)、爬山虎、首冠藤、勒杜鹃、猫爪藤、葛藤、薜荔、桂叶老鸦嘴等;
h)华南地区喷播种子总密度为15-20g/m2。
一种轻型生态边坡的修复结构,包括土工布、格构室、若干的种植箱、若干的所述的基质块,所述的土工布固定于边坡上,所述的格构室固定于所述的土工布上,所述的种植箱通过支撑架均匀的固定于所述的边坡上,所述的基质块分别固定于所述的格构室与种植箱中。
进一步,所述的边坡的坡顶与坡面台阶处布设截水沟,边坡的坡脚处布设排水沟。
进一步,位于格构室中的基质块之间通过η型锚钢杆固定于所述的边坡上,并通过平面压条固定于所述的格构室中。
进一步,所述的支撑架包括深主锚杆、斜支架、短锚杆与支架,所述的斜支架的底部通过所述的短锚杆固定于所述的边坡上,所述的深主锚杆的一端与所述的种植箱相连,另一端与所述的边坡相固定,所述的支架的底部与所述的短锚杆相固定,顶部与所述的深主锚杆相固定。
进一步,所述的格构室上方铺设有铁丝网,所述的铁丝网在所述的边坡上从上而下铺设;所述的铁丝网通过所述的η型锚钢杆固定于所述的坡面上。
进一步,所述的深主锚杆、斜支架与支架的外侧均套有软塑料管,所述的软塑料管的内部填充有油脂。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的轻型生态边坡的修复结构及修复方法具有以下优势:
本发明所述的轻型生态边坡的修复结构实用范围广,轻质,修复方法施工简便快捷,施工成本低,解决边坡绿化中植物配置种类单一问题,可形成再生土壤,保证植物群落稳定性,施工后工程措施的稳定性和可持续能力强,具有巨大的应用前景和经济价值。

除有定义外,以下实施例中所用的技术术语具有与本发明所属领域技术人员普遍理解的相同含义。以下实施例中所用的试验试剂,如无特殊说明,均为常规生化试剂;所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
下面结合实施例及附图来详细说明本发明。
实施例1
一种基质块1,该基质块1由包括如下重量份的原料制成:农林废弃物40份,泥炭35份,保水剂5份,微生物菌剂10份,粘结剂10份。
所述的农林废弃物为棉花杆、秸秆与椰子壳的组合,棉花杆、秸秆与椰子壳的质量比为15:15:10;所述的粘结剂为凹凸棒石粘土与复合肥无土造粒粘结剂的组合,凹凸棒石粘土与复合肥无土造粒粘结剂的质量比为5:5;所述的保水剂聚氨酯。所述的微生物菌剂为金满田复合生物菌肥。
基质性状多变,可以是散状作为种植培养土使用,可加工为长方形基质块1。对所述的基质块1进行检测结果为:固相:气相:液相=2:1:1,干重小于20kg/m2,湿重大于干重的2倍,有机质含量大于30g/kg,全氮含量大于0.8g/kg,有效磷含量大于9mg/kg,全钾大于12g/kg,PH在5-7间。
一种轻型生态边坡的修复方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)坡体排水:对于<60°的破损山体岩石和土质坡面,施工前,清除坡面杂物,包括突出坡面的石块,若为较疏松的岩土混合质边坡,应对坡面进行夯实处理,以确保坡面平整和稳定,倾斜一致;分别在坡顶与坡面台阶处布设矩形截水沟6,保证足够反压量,沟槽宽30cm,坡面顶沟离坡面50-80cm,在坡脚处布设排水沟7,槽内的埋深大于40cm,并充分压实,采用η型锚钢杆5钉将铁丝网10以1-1.5m的间距固定在坡面上,成品字形布置,坡顶及坡底沟槽内以75cm间距设钉,再填土压实,铁丝网10搭接处不少于15cm,上下两张网搭接时,下面的网放在底层,接网的结以梅花型排列;
(2)种植基毯复绿:在边坡上铺设并固定土工布2,通过小尖木桩、竹签、η型锚钢杆5固定在边坡上,然后在所述的土工布2上铺设有格构室4,在所述的格构室4中均匀的铺设,所述的基质块1平整且紧密地铺设,形成平整的平面,铺装完成后,在基质块1间拼接处用η型锚钢杆5(锚钢杆伸出坡面部分约10cm,弯口向上打,弯头约为5㎝,成“η”字型)与坡体进行固定,η型锚钢杆5选用Φ14螺纹钢,锚深500mm,每三层基质块1上铺设一层平面压条3进行固定,平面压条3选择镀锌50*3mm扁铁,每垒砌三层基质块1,铺设一层平面压条3,分别在格构室4的上中下部分进行压紧固定,扁铁两边通过Φ10膨胀螺栓固定在格构梁上;
(3)种植基箱复绿:在所述的边坡上每4.5m垂直高度设置一排种植箱8,箱体由镀锌角钢制作,镀锌角钢为35*35*3mm,箱体的长*宽*高为600*600*600mm,角钢间用5mm镀锌钢丝成“十”字型连接,交叉钢丝成“井”字型加固,底部做蓄水槽进行储排水,高*厚*宽为50*10*650mm,种植箱8内周边及底部用长方形基质块1铺设,中间添加种植基质,将所述的种植箱8通过支撑架9固定于所述的边坡上;
(4)植物种植:在所述的格构室4中采用草本种籽与小灌木相组合或草本种籽的种植方式,在所述的种植箱8中采用草本种籽、小灌木、小乔木与藤本相组合的种植方式,构建目标植物群落:
多花木蓝(6g/m2)+木豆(4g/m2)+山毛豆(6g/m2)+狗牙根(0.6g/m2)+马棘(6g/m2)+车桑子(6g/m2)+百喜草(6g/m2)+车前草(0.6g/m2)+白背枫(0.4g/m2)+小叶紫薇(1g/m2)+葫芦茶(1g/m2);
(5)铁丝网10加固:将铁丝网10在所述的边坡上从上而下铺设,并固定于所述的边坡上,铁丝网10为Ф2㎜、孔口为65mm*65mm或50mm*50mm,呈蜂巢状编制,蜂巢间铁丝扭转3圈,加强连接强度,铺网时,保证与坡面之间的密切接触,防止悬空且不沿坡面滑动,保持平整,不产生褶皱,相邻网之间要重叠搭接,搭接宽度不少于5cm;
(6)后期养护:植物喷播完毕后,使用水车喷洒坡面,适时适量进行浇水;喷灌时安排专人看管,定时浇灌。在干旱季节时,增加浇水的次数,保证植物对水分的需求,苗木生长正常后逐渐减少浇水次数,锻炼植物的适应能力;
根据土壤肥力,湿度、天气情况,酌情追施化肥并灌溉。草地追肥多用氮肥,在养护6个月内,按面积计算约每月5-10克/平方米(分2-3次)尿素做追肥,可撒施或水施;乔、灌木最好施用复合肥,10:10:10,约10-20克/平方米。
一种轻型生态边坡的修复结构,包括土工布2、格构室4、若干的种植箱8、若干的所述的基质块1,所述的土工布2固定于边坡上,所述的格构室4固定于所述的土工布2上,所述的种植箱8通过支撑架9均匀的固定于所述的边坡上,所述的基质块1分别固定于所述的格构室4与种植箱8中。
所述的边坡的坡顶与坡面台阶处布设截水沟6,边坡的坡脚处布设排水沟7。位于格构室4中的基质块1之间通过η型锚钢杆5固定于所述的边坡上,并通过平面压条3固定于所述的格构室4中。
所述的支撑架9包括深主锚杆11、斜支架12、短锚杆13与支架14,所述的斜支架12的底部通过所述的短锚杆13固定于所述的边坡上,3m的深主锚杆11的一端与所述的种植箱8相连,另一端与所述的边坡相固定,所述的支架14的底部与所述的短锚杆13相固定,顶部与所述的深主锚杆11相固定。所述的深主锚杆11、斜支架12与支架14的外侧均套有φ25的聚乙烯软塑料管,所述的软塑料管的内部填充有油脂,但不密封。
所述的格构室4上方铺设有铁丝网10,所述的铁丝网10在所述的边坡上从上而下铺设;所述的铁丝网10通过所述的η型锚钢杆5固定于所述的坡面上。
所述的轻型生态边坡的修复方法施工简便,景观覆盖率高,效果稳定,且已实施完成1年以上。
实施例2
一种基质块1,该基质块1由包括如下重量份的原料制成:农林废弃物50份,泥炭25份,保水剂4份,微生物菌剂8份,粘结剂13份。
所述的农林废弃物为棉花杆、秸秆与椰子壳的组合,棉花杆、秸秆与椰子壳的质量比为20:15:15;所述的粘结剂为凹凸棒石粘土与复合肥无土造粒粘结剂的组合,凹凸棒石粘土与复合肥无土造粒粘结剂的质量比为10:3;所述的保水剂聚氨酯与聚丙烯酰胺的组合,聚氨酯与聚丙烯酰胺的质量比为3:1。所述的微生物菌剂为同灭施无忧微生物菌肥与解磷类微生物菌剂的组合,同灭施无忧微生物菌肥与解磷类微生物菌剂的质量比为5:3。
基质性状多变,可以是散状作为种植培养土使用,可加工为长方形基质块1。对所述的基质块1进行检测结果为:固相:气相:液相=2:1:1,干重小于20kg/m2,湿重大于干重的2倍,有机质含量大于30g/kg,全氮含量大于0.8g/kg,有效磷含量大于9mg/kg,全钾大于12g/kg,PH在5-7间。
一种轻型生态边坡的修复方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)坡体排水:对于<60°的破损山体岩石和土质坡面,施工前,清除坡面杂物,包括突出坡面的石块,若为较疏松的岩土混合质边坡,应对坡面进行夯实处理,以确保坡面平整和稳定,倾斜一致;分别在坡顶与坡面台阶处布设矩形截水沟6,保证足够反压量,沟槽宽30cm,坡面顶沟离坡面50-80cm,在坡脚处布设排水沟7,槽内的埋深大于40cm,并充分压实,采用η型锚钢杆5钉将铁丝网10以1-1.5m的间距固定在坡面上,成品字形布置,坡顶及坡底沟槽内以75cm间距设钉,再填土压实,铁丝网10搭接处不少于15cm,上下两张网搭接时,下面的网放在底层,接网的结以梅花型排列;
(2)种植基毯复绿:在边坡上铺设并固定土工布2,通过小尖木桩、竹签、η型锚钢杆5固定在边坡上,然后在所述的土工布2上铺设有格构室4,在所述的格构室4中均匀的铺设,所述的基质块1平整且紧密地铺设,形成平整的平面,铺装完成后,在基质块1间拼接处用η型锚钢杆5(锚钢杆伸出坡面部分约10cm,弯口向上打,弯头约为5㎝,成“η”字型)与坡体进行固定,η型锚钢杆5选用Φ14螺纹钢,锚深500mm,每三层基质块1上铺设一层平面压条3进行固定,平面压条3选择镀锌50*3mm扁铁,每垒砌三层基质块1,铺设一层平面压条3,分别在格构室4的上中下部分进行压紧固定,扁铁两边通过Φ10膨胀螺栓固定在格构梁上;
(3)种植基箱复绿:在所述的边坡上每4.5m垂直高度设置一排种植箱8,箱体由镀锌角钢制作,镀锌角钢为35*35*3mm,箱体的长*宽*高为600*600*600mm,角钢间用5mm镀锌钢丝成“十”字型连接,交叉钢丝成“井”字型加固,底部做蓄水槽进行储排水,高*厚*宽为50*10*650mm,种植箱8内周边及底部用长方形基质块1铺设,中间添加种植基质,将所述的种植箱8通过支撑架9固定于所述的边坡上;
(4)植物种植:在所述的格构室4中采用草本种籽与小灌木相组合或草本种籽的种植方式,在所述的种植箱8中采用草本种籽、小灌木、小乔木与藤本相组合的种植方式,构建目标植物群落:
桃金娘(1m/株)+野牡丹(1m/株)+东方紫金牛(1m/株)+夹竹桃(1.5m/株)+铺地木蓝(0.5m/株)猫爪藤(0.5m/株)0.5m/株、薜荔(0.5m/株)+爬山虎(0.5m/株)+炮仗花(0.5m/株)+金银花(0.5m/株)+勒杜鹃(0.5m/株)+大花老鸦嘴(0.5m/株)+山毛豆(5g/m2)+胡枝子(3g/m2)+多花木蓝(2g/m2)+地桃花(3g/m2)+伞房决明(0.5g/m2)+双荚槐(1g/m2)+狗牙根(0.1g/m2)+蕨类孢子(蜈蚣草、粉背蕨、芒萁等)(0.5g/m2)、苜蓿(1g/m2)、车前草(0.1g/m2);
(5)铁丝网10加固:将铁丝网10在所述的边坡上从上而下铺设,并固定于所述的边坡上,铁丝网10为Ф2㎜、孔口为65mm*65mm或50mm*50mm,呈蜂巢状编制,蜂巢间铁丝扭转3圈,加强连接强度,铺网时,保证与坡面之间的密切接触,防止悬空且不沿坡面滑动,保持平整,不产生褶皱,相邻网之间要重叠搭接,搭接宽度不少于5cm;
(6)后期养护:植物喷播完毕后,使用水车喷洒坡面,适时适量进行浇水;喷灌时安排专人看管,定时浇灌。在干旱季节时,增加浇水的次数,保证植物对水分的需求,苗木生长正常后逐渐减少浇水次数,锻炼植物的适应能力;
根据土壤肥力,湿度、天气情况,酌情追施化肥并灌溉。草地追肥多用氮肥,在养护6个月内,按面积计算约每月5-10克/平方米(分2-3次)尿素做追肥,可撒施或水施;乔、灌木最好施用复合肥,10:10:10,约10-20克/平方米。
一种轻型生态边坡的修复结构,包括土工布2、格构室4、若干的种植箱8、若干的所述的基质块1,所述的土工布2固定于边坡上,所述的格构室4固定于所述的土工布2上,所述的种植箱8通过支撑架9均匀的固定于所述的边坡上,所述的基质块1分别固定于所述的格构室4与种植箱8中。
所述的边坡的坡顶与坡面台阶处布设截水沟6,边坡的坡脚处布设排水沟7。位于格构室4中的基质块1之间通过η型锚钢杆5固定于所述的边坡上,并通过平面压条3固定于所述的格构室4中。
所述的支撑架9包括深主锚杆11、斜支架12、短锚杆13与支架14,所述的斜支架12的底部通过所述的短锚杆13固定于所述的边坡上,3m的深主锚杆11的一端与所述的种植箱8相连,另一端与所述的边坡相固定,所述的支架14的底部与所述的短锚杆13相固定,顶部与所述的深主锚杆11相固定。所述的深主锚杆11、斜支架12与支架14的外侧均套有φ25的聚乙烯软塑料管,所述的软塑料管的内部填充有油脂,但不密封。
所述的格构室4上方铺设有铁丝网10,所述的铁丝网10在所述的边坡上从上而下铺设;所述的铁丝网10通过所述的η型锚钢杆5固定于所述的坡面上。
所述的轻型生态边坡的修复方法施工安全性高,基质保水保肥透气性强,植物覆盖率高达85%以上,复绿效果稳定,且已实施完成2年以上。

(1)坡体排水:在坡顶与坡面台阶处布设截水沟,在坡脚处布设排水沟;
(2)种植基毯复绿:在边坡上铺设并固定土工布,然后在所述的土工布上铺设有格构室,在所述的格构室中均匀的铺设若干层的权利要求1-3中任一项所述的基质块,所述的基质块之间通过η型锚钢杆固定于坡体上,每三层基质块上铺设一层平面压条进行固定;
