As shown in fig. 8 to 14, the present embodiment provides a washing and putting device, including: a water box 200, wherein a throwing box 100 for throwing detergent and/or washing powder is arranged in the water box 200; preferably, the drop box 100 is drawably inserted into the water box 200. At least one putting cavity 1 is arranged in the putting box 100, a water outlet 11 communicated with the water box 200 is arranged at the bottom of the putting cavity 1, and one path of inlet water flow of the washing machine flows into the putting cavity 1, so that the detergent and/or washing powder added in the putting box 100 is flushed into the water box 200 from the water outlet under the action of the inlet water flow. A baffle 4 for blocking water from flowing out to the water outlet 11 is arranged in the throwing cavity 1, and the baffle 4 is arranged in the throwing cavity 1 in a turnover way; be equipped with opening portion 10 on the baffle, the opening portion 10 of baffle is opened in the upset to the incoming water stream of water box 200, and rivers are opened the throwing in chamber 1 diapire of baffle downside to the upset after baffle 4 is passed to opening portion 10 and are washed.
Through the arrangement, the water inflow of the water box flows through the opening part of the baffle plate to wash the bottom wall of the releasing cavity blocked below the baffle plate, so that the residual situation of washing powder at the position of the water outlet of the releasing cavity is avoided, and the purpose of preventing the washing powder from being residual at the position of the water outlet of the releasing cavity blocked by the baffle plate is realized.

Through locating the relative both sides of puting in the chamber with baffle opening part and puting in the chamber delivery port for wash rivers pass behind the baffle and flow to relative opposite side from puting in chamber one side, and then guarantee that wash rivers wash the putting in chamber bottom wall of baffle below comprehensively.

In this embodiment, the auxiliary baffle 9 is vertically arranged in the feeding cavity 1, and at least part of the periphery of the auxiliary baffle 9 protrudes out of the periphery of the opening part 10 when the baffle 4 is turned over and closed, so that the turnable baffle 4 is blocked by the auxiliary baffle 9 and limited to a vertical closing position. Preferably, the auxiliary baffle 9 is vertically installed in the feeding cavity 1, and one side and the bottom of the auxiliary baffle 9 are respectively and fixedly connected with the inner wall of the feeding cavity 1, so that the auxiliary baffle 9 and the feeding box 100 are integrally formed into a whole.
In this embodiment, a baffle 4 for blocking water from flowing out to the water outlet is installed in the feeding chamber 1, and a siphon column 5 for communicating both sides is installed on the baffle 4, so that the detergent and the inlet water flowing into the water box 200 from the feeding box 100 on the upstream side of the baffle 4 are blocked by the baffle and stored to a liquid level height for triggering a siphon effect, and then flow into the baffle downstream side along the siphon column 5 and flow out of the water box 200 through the water outlet 11.
Through the arrangement, the detergent added into the putting cavity by a user can be blocked by the baffle, the detergent is prevented from directly flowing into the water box without being diluted by water flow, and the purposes of improving the dilution efficiency of the detergent and increasing the distribution range of the detergent are achieved.
In this embodiment, the baffle 4 is installed inside the water box 200 in a reversible manner, so that when the detergent is put into the water box 200 by the putting box 100, the baffle 4 is vertically arranged to prevent the detergent from entering the water box, and when the detergent is put into the water box 200 by the putting box 100, the baffle 4 is horizontally or obliquely arranged to facilitate the washing of the detergent to the water outlet. Through the setting with baffle turnover to realize throwing in the device and when throwing in respectively liquid and solid washing additive, adjust to corresponding user state, and then guarantee throwing in smoothly of additive.
In this embodiment, the top both ends of baffle 4 are equipped with outside convex pivot respectively, and two pivots are coaxial to be set up, and two pivots penetrate the input chamber 1 lateral wall that corresponds the side respectively for but baffle pivoting installs on input box 100. In the embodiment, when the baffle 4 is in a vertical position, two sides of the baffle 4 are respectively in corresponding fit contact with the inner side wall of the corresponding side of the throwing cavity 1, and the lower side of the baffle 4 is in corresponding fit contact with the bottom wall of the throwing cavity 1; preferably, at least one limiting part protruding towards the inside of the water box 200 is arranged on the inner wall of the releasing cavity 1, so that the limiting part and the baffle are in limited interference when the baffle 4 rotates to the vertical position. Preferably, the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the feeding cavity 1 are respectively provided with a first limiting rib which vertically extends and protrudes into the feeding cavity 1, the first limiting rib is correspondingly arranged at the lower side of the baffle rotating shaft and corresponds to the vertical position or is far away from one side of the water outlet, and the water inlet side of the baffle is limited and abutted against the first limiting rib when the baffle is in the vertical state.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid the situation that the opening angle is too large when the baffle 4 rotates to the horizontal position, a horizontal second limiting rib protruding and extending into the feeding cavity 1 is arranged on the inner wall of the rear side of the feeding cavity 1, and the height of the second limiting rib is flush with the rotating shaft of the baffle 4, so that the water outlet side of the baffle 4 is in limited contact with the second limiting rib when the baffle is in the horizontal state.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, the present embodiment provides a washing and putting device, including: a water box 200, wherein a throwing box 100 for throwing detergent and/or washing powder is arranged in the water box 200; preferably, the drop box 100 is drawably inserted into the water box 200. The dropping box 100 is internally provided with a downpipe 13 vertically penetrating through the upper side and the lower side, and openings at the upper end and the lower end of the downpipe 13 are respectively positioned at the upper wall surface and the lower wall surface of the dropping box 100, so that residual water on the top surface of the dropping box 100 is drained to the bottom of the water box 200 below the dropping box 100 through the downpipe 13.

In this embodiment, a water falling pipe 13 extending vertically is arranged inside the liquid storage cavity 2, and an opening at the bottom of the water falling pipe 13 penetrates through the bottom wall of the liquid storage cavity 2; the top of the downpipe 13 is hermetically attached to the upper cover 17, and the top opening of the downpipe 13 is coaxially arranged with the downpipe port 14; preferably, the top opening of the downspout 13 is sized larger than the downspout 14 so that the top end of the downspout 13 sealingly abuts the underside of the upper cap 17.
In this embodiment, the downpipe 13 is located in the middle of the liquid storage cavity 2, and a liquid outlet for the detergent to flow out is disposed at the rear side of the liquid storage cavity 2 close to the pushing direction of the feeding box 100, and a control valve is installed at the liquid outlet.
In this embodiment, the upper cover 17 is provided with a downward protruding turn-ups at the downpipe opening 14, the turn-ups extend into the downpipe 13, and the outer peripheral walls of the turn-ups are in contact with the inner wall of the downpipe 13; preferably, at least one circle of sealing ring is arranged at the contact surface of the flanging and the downpipe 13.
In this embodiment, the drainage port 14 is located at the lowest position of the cover plate. In order to promote the drainage efficiency of the residual water on the top surface of the putting box 100, a groove 15 which is sunken downwards can be arranged on the upper side of the cover plate, and the water falling port 14 is arranged on the bottom wall of the groove 15, so that the residual water which flows into the groove in a gathering manner is completely discharged outwards through the water falling port, and the remaining area of the residual water on the top surface of the putting box 100 is further avoided, and the residual water can be completely collected into the groove.
In this embodiment, the outlet at the lower end of the downpipe 13 is located in the middle of the throwing box 100; preferably, when the dispensing box 100 is in a pulled-out state and the detergent additive is added into the liquid storage cavity 2, the outlet of the downpipe 13 is still retained inside the water box 200, so as to prevent the residual water discharged along the downpipe from flowing out of the water box 200 and polluting the ground outside the washing machine.
In this embodiment, a concave groove 15 recessed downward is formed in the top surface of the upper cover 17, a locking rod 3 covers an opening of the concave groove 15, one end of the locking rod 3 is connected to the upper cover 17, and the other end of the locking rod 3 is freely disposed, so that the movable end of the locking rod 3 elastically stretches in the vertical direction under external force; a certain gap is formed between the periphery of the locking rod 3 and the inner wall of the groove 15 at intervals, and the water falling port 14 is arranged at the bottom of the groove 15 below the locking rod 3; it is further preferred that the free end of the locking lever 3, or near the free end, is provided with an upwardly projecting projection.
In this embodiment, the locking rod 3 extends along the drawing direction of the dispensing box 100, the middle of the locking rod 3 is provided with a locking portion 16 protruding upwards, and the water falling port 14 is disposed vertically below the locking portion 16.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the drainage efficiency and reduce the top water flow residue, the dropping box 100 may be provided with a plurality of water falling pipes 13, and each of the water falling pipes 13 is respectively arranged at different positions of the dropping box 100, so as to discharge the residual washing water in different areas on the upper cover 17 of the dropping box 100.
Example four
As shown in fig. 8 to 14, the present embodiment provides a washing and putting device, including: a water box 200, wherein a throwing box 100 for throwing detergent and/or washing powder is arranged in the water box 200; preferably, the drop box 100 is drawably inserted into the water box 200. At least one putting cavity 1 is arranged in the putting box 100, a water outlet communicated with the water box 200 is arranged at the bottom of the putting cavity 1, and one path of inlet water flow of the washing machine flows into the putting cavity 1, so that the detergent or washing powder added in the putting box 100 is flushed into the water box 200 from the water outlet under the action of the inlet water flow. The putting box 100 is provided with at least one putting cavity 1 for putting liquid washing additives, a siphon column 5 is arranged in the putting cavity 1, a central flow passage and a peripheral flow passage which are independent and vertically extend are arranged in the siphon column 5, the top ends of the central flow passage and the peripheral flow passage are sealed by a siphon cover and are communicated with each other, and the bottom ends of the central flow passage and the peripheral flow passage are respectively communicated with the water box 200 and the putting cavity 1 correspondingly; the putting cavity 1 is internally provided with a blocking rib 12 sleeved on the periphery of the siphon column 5, so that the detergent and the inlet water in the putting box 100 flow between the blocking rib 12 and the siphon column 5 after flowing through the blocking rib 12.

In the embodiment, the periphery of the siphon cover protrudes out of the blocking rib 12, so that the siphon cover and the blocking rib 12 are overlapped on a vertical projection plane; the underside of the siphon cover and the top end of the blocking rib 12 are arranged at intervals with a certain gap, so that the siphon cover blocks detergent and water from entering the surge in the putting cavity 1 and blocks and isolates the surge, and meanwhile, the detergent and the water can flow to the periphery of the siphon column 5 through the gap between the blocking rib 12 and the siphon cover.
In this embodiment, the siphon cover is provided with a shielding rib 18 protruding and extending downwards on one side of the siphon cover drawn outwards towards the throwing box 100, the shielding rib 18 and the blocking rib 12 are arranged in a staggered manner, and the shielding rib 18 is arranged close to one side of the throwing box 100 drawn outwards relative to the blocking rib; the lower end of the shielding rib 18 is lower than the top end of the blocking rib 12, so that the detergent and the water flow can pass through the gap between the shielding rib 18 and the blocking rib 12 and flow between the blocking rib 12 and the siphon column 5.
In this embodiment, the middle part of siphon lid is equipped with the first sleeve of downward vertical extension, be equipped with the second sleeve of upward vertical extension on the diapire of input chamber 1, the second sleeve suit is inside first sleeve, first sleeve and input chamber 1 diapire between a certain clearance apart, a certain clearance apart between second sleeve top and the siphon lid to make the space between first sleeve and the second sleeve constitute the periphery runner, the inside central runner that constitutes of second sleeve, the bottom of second sleeve is linked together with input chamber 1 outside water box 200.

At least one putting cavity 1 is arranged in the putting box 100, a water outlet communicated with the water box 200 is arranged at the bottom of the putting cavity 1, and one path of water inflow of the washing machine flows into the putting cavity 1, so that the detergent or washing powder added in the putting box 100 is flushed into the water box 200 from the water outlet under the action of the water inflow. Claims (8)
1. A washing and throwing device comprises a water box, wherein a throwing box is arranged in the water box; a cover plate covers the opening of the part of the throwing cavity of the throwing box, a siphon column below the cover plate is installed in the throwing cavity, a hollow part at the periphery of the siphon column is arranged on the cover plate, and water flow on the cover plate flows into the throwing cavity below from the hollow part;
the cover plate is provided with a downward sunken groove which is correspondingly arranged above the siphon column, and the bottom of the groove is provided with a hollow part staggered with the siphon column;
the left side and the right side of the siphon column are symmetrically arranged relative to the drawing direction of the throwing box, the left side and the right side of the siphon column are respectively provided with a hollow part, and water flow thrown on the top surface of the box respectively penetrates through the cover plate from the hollow parts at the two sides and washes the peripheries of the left side and the right side of the siphon column below the cover plate;
the fretwork portion of siphon post left and right sides is the arc, and the internal periphery of arc fretwork portion sets up with the outer peripheral looks vertical parallel and level of siphon post.
2. A washing and dispensing device as defined in claim 1, further comprising: the opening of the cover plate forming the opening at the top end of the groove is provided with a circular arc-shaped chamfer flanging which is bent downwards.
3. A washing and dispensing device as defined in claim 1, further comprising: the front side and the rear side of the siphon column are respectively connected with the cover plate through vertically extending connecting ribs, so that the top of the siphon column forms the bottom of the groove, and the connecting ribs on the two sides form the side wall of the groove; the wall surfaces of the grooves except the connecting ribs and the top of the siphon column are all hollow parts.
4. A washing delivery device according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: one water inlet flow of the water box flows to the upper part of the cover plate and/or the hollow part, flows into the putting cavity from the hollow part, and washes the side wall of the siphon column and/or the bottom wall of the water box.
5. A washing and dosing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the putting cavity is internally provided with a blocking rib sleeved on the periphery of the siphon column, so that the detergent in the putting box flows between the blocking rib and the siphon column after flowing around the blocking rib; the hollow-out part is correspondingly arranged above the vertical area between the blocking rib and the siphon column.
6. A washing and dispensing device, as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the lower end of the blocking rib is hermetically connected with the bottom wall of the water box so as to block the detergent in the putting box from directly flowing to an inlet at the bottom of the siphon column.
7. A washing delivery device according to claim 5, characterized in that: the top of the blocking rib is higher than the maximum liquid level of the throwing cavity.
8. A washing and dispensing device, as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the blocking rib at least covers one side of the siphon column which is pulled outwards towards the throwing box;
the barrier rib is a circle of arc-shaped rib sleeved on the periphery of the siphon column, and is provided with a notch for detergent to pass through;
the notch on the blocking rib is arranged on the opposite side of the outward drawing direction of the throwing box relative to the siphon column.
