The invention provides a deep-hole piston rod of a side-push jack, which is shown in figures 2 and 3 and comprises a rod body 1 and a fixed sleeve 2, wherein a deep hole 101 and a sealing hole 102 communicated with the deep hole 101 are arranged in the rod body 1; one end of the rod body 1 is inserted into the fixing sleeve 2 and fixed with the fixing sleeve 2, a threaded hole 3 is formed in the fixing position of the fixing sleeve 2 and the rod body 1, and the threaded hole 3 penetrates through the side wall of the fixing sleeve 2 and is communicated with the sealing hole 102. Wherein, the fixed sleeve 2 is connected with the mounting seat on the side-push jack through a bolt.
According to the invention, the deep-hole piston rod is changed into a structure that the rod body 1 and the fixed sleeve 2 are split from the whole body, so that the size of raw materials for preparing the deep-hole piston rod can be reduced, and the processing cost is further reduced. The deep hole 101 is communicated with the sealing hole 102 and the threaded hole 3 in sequence, so that the problem that the sealing surface between the rod body 1 and the fixing sleeve 2 cannot be completely sealed in a 'first thread and second seal' mode which is commonly used in the prior art is solved, and the threaded hole 3 penetrates through the side wall of the fixing sleeve 2 to facilitate connection of a rubber pipe joint, so that the U-shaped clamp is more convenient to disassemble and assemble. and sequentially arranging a sealing hole communicated with the deep hole and a threaded hole penetrating through the side wall of the fixing sleeve and communicated with the sealing hole at the fixing positions of the fixing sleeve and the rod body, and further finishing the processing of the deep hole piston rod.
7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein when the fixing position of the fixing sleeve and the rod body is sequentially provided with the sealing hole and the threaded hole, the method comprises:
a through hole which penetrates through the side wall of the fixing sleeve and is communicated with the deep hole is formed in the fixing position of the fixing sleeve and the rod body;
