Abstract
The invention discloses a metal shell conveying trough for metal packaging, which comprises a main trough in a channel steel shape, wherein an inclined guide surface is formed on the inner bottom surface of the rear end of a main trough 1, a strip-shaped guide groove is formed on the inner bottom surface of the front end of the main trough, a material picking notch penetrating through the outer wall of the main trough is formed on the inner wall of the main trough on one side of the guide groove, an arc-shaped guide plate is inserted into the main trough at the position of the material picking notch, one end of the guide plate is fixed on the side wall of the main trough on the front side of the material picking notch, and the other end of the guide plate is fixed on the side wall of the main trough on the other side of the main trough and; and a gap is reserved between the lower end surface of the guide plate and the bottom surface of the inner side of the main material groove. The invention can eliminate the packaging shell with a downward opening from the conveying trough by modifying the feeding of the conveying trough, thereby ensuring that the opening of the packaging shell is uniformly upward; and the rejected package housing may be conveyed to vibrate the feed tray.

Background

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a conveying trough with a metal shell for metal packaging, which can eliminate a packaging shell 6 with a downward opening from the conveying trough by modifying the feeding of the conveying trough so as to ensure that the opening of the packaging shell is uniformly upward.
