本发明公开了一种阻燃柔软面料,包括面料基层,所述面料基层的顶部设置有柔性层,所述柔性层包括聚酰氨纤维层和聚乙烯醇纤维层,所述柔性层的顶部设置有阻燃层,所述阻燃层包括芳纶纤维层、聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维层和聚乳酸纤维层,所述芳纶纤维层位于聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维层的顶部。本发明通过面料基层、阻燃层、芳纶纤维层、聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维层、聚乳酸纤维层、柔性层、聚酰氨纤维层和聚乙烯醇纤维层的配合使用,达到了阻燃效果好的优点,解决了现有的面料在使用时阻燃效果不好,往往面料遇到火源时容易燃烧,以至于影响面料的使用寿命,因此不便于人们使用的问题。

本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体为一种阻燃柔软面料。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,而现有的面料在使用时阻燃效果不好,往往面料遇到火源时容易燃烧,以至于影响面料的使用寿命,因此不便于人们使用。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种阻燃柔软面料,具备阻燃效果好的优点,解决了现有的面料在使用时阻燃效果不好,往往面料遇到火源时容易燃烧,以至于影响面料的使用寿命,因此不便于人们使用的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述阻燃效果好的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种阻燃柔软面料,包括面料基层,所述面料基层的顶部设置有柔性层,所述柔性层包括聚酰氨纤维层和聚乙烯醇纤维层,所述柔性层的顶部设置有阻燃层,所述阻燃层包括芳纶纤维层、聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维层和聚乳酸纤维层。
优选的,所述芳纶纤维层位于聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维层的顶部,所述聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维层位于聚乳酸纤维层的顶部,且阻燃层由芳纶纤维层、聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维层和聚乳酸纤维层混纺而成。
优选的,所述聚酰氨纤维层位于聚乙烯醇纤维层的顶部,且柔性层由聚酰氨纤维层和聚乙烯醇纤维层混纺而成。
优选的,所述聚酰氨纤维层的厚度为0.05mm~0.1mm,所述聚乙烯醇纤维层的厚度为0.1mm~0.15mm。
优选的,所述芳纶纤维层的厚度为0.1mm~0.2mm,所述聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维层的厚度为0.14mm~0.3mm,所述聚乳酸纤维层的厚度为0.15mm~0.35mm。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种阻燃柔软面料,具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过面料基层、阻燃层、芳纶纤维层、聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维层、聚乳酸纤维层、柔性层、聚酰氨纤维层和聚乙烯醇纤维层的配合使用,达到了阻燃效果好的优点,解决了现有的面料在使用时阻燃效果不好,往往面料遇到火源时容易燃烧,以至于影响面料的使用寿命,因此不便于人们使用的问题。
2、本发明通过芳纶纤维层,芳纶纤维层具有伸长率较大、手感柔软和可纺性好,而且优异的阻燃、耐热性能和耐辐射性。
3、本发明通过聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维层,聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维层具有耐高温、柔软、防辐射和耐磨性好。
4、本发明通过聚乳酸纤维层,聚乳酸纤维层具有抗菌性和防火性、耐气侯性等,制成的织物不刺激皮肤,穿着时有舒适感。
5、本发明通过聚酰氨纤维层,聚酰氨纤维层具有强度高、耐磨性好、重量轻、回弹性好、吸湿性和热稳定性。
6、本发明通过聚乙烯醇纤维层,聚乙烯醇纤维层具有强度高模量高、伸度低、耐磨、抗酸碱、耐候性好和防紫外线性。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃柔软面料,其特征在于:所述芳纶纤维层(201)位于聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维层(202)的顶部,所述聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维层(202)位于聚乳酸纤维层(203)的顶部,且阻燃层(2)由芳纶纤维层(201)、聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维层(202)和聚乳酸纤维层(203)混纺而成。
