Abstract
本发明涉及热固性复合材料技术领域,具体是涉及一种热固性轻质复合材料板材、制作方法及其相应的产品。其中,所述热固性轻质复合材料板材包括:两层纤维层,所述纤维层含浸热固性树脂;中间层,设于两层纤维层之间。本发明的热固性轻质复合材料板材、制作方法及其相应的产品,实现了复合材料的轻质减重效果,保持了复合材料板材的高强度和高模量的性能。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及热固性复合材料技术领域,具体是涉及一种热固性轻质复合材料板材、制作方法及其相应的产品。
【背景技术】
随着笔记本电脑、平板电脑、便携式电话、便携式信息终端或相机等电子电气设备、信息设备的发展,市场上强烈要求开发出薄型且轻质的产品。轻薄的产品要求构成产品的外壳或内部部件薄壁、轻质同时也要求高强度、高刚性。
复合材料具有质量轻、高强度和高模量、抗化学腐蚀、耐疲劳、易于整体成型等优点,被广泛应用于制作军工、飞机、汽车、风电等产品上。由于复合材料优良的力学特性,所以也可以用于笔记本电脑、平板笔记本、便携式电话、便携式信息终端或相机等电子电气设备、信息设备的外壳,发挥了使外壳薄壁化、减轻设备重量等作用。
目前电子电器、汽车、运动器材等产品所用的热固性复合材料制品大多使用连续性碳纤维、连续性玻璃纤维混合的复合板材进行成型加工,而热固性全碳纤维复合板材的密度为1.40~1.60g/cm3,碳纤维与玻璃纤维混合的复合板材的密度为1.60~1.80g/cm3,虽然模量和刚性够高,但产品的重量仍偏重,不符合当前轻质化的发展方向。
有鉴于此,实有必要开发一种热固性轻质复合材料板材,以克服现有技术中的缺陷。
【发明内容】
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种热固性轻质复合材料板材,所述板材在保持复合板材的高强度和高模量的性能下,能够实现复合材料的轻质化。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的热固性轻质复合材料板材,包括:
两层纤维层,所述纤维层含浸热固性树脂;
中间层,设于两层纤维层之间,所述中间层为含有空心玻璃微珠的热固性树脂层。
可选地,所述纤维层为含浸热固性树脂的玻璃纤维、碳纤维或二者的混合。
可选地,所述纤维层为含浸热固性树脂单向或编制的碳纤维。
可选地,所述空心玻璃微珠的粒径为0.03-0.15mm,堆积密度为0.3-0.4g/cm3。
可选地,所述纤维层含浸的热固性树脂和中间层的热固性树脂为相同树脂。
本发明还提供一种热固性轻质复合材料板材的制作方法,用于制作所述热固性轻质复合材料板材,所述制作方法包括以下步骤:
依序铺叠纤维层和中间层;
热压模具升温;
将铺叠好的纤维层和中间层放入热压模具中定位;
热压模具合模加压保温,压合所述纤维层和中间层;
热压模具冷却,开模取出成型的复合材料板材。
可选地,所述热压模具升温到140-170℃。
可选地,所述热压模具加压保温的时间为10-20分钟。
可选地,所述热压模具冷却至25-65℃时开模。
另外,本发明还提供一种产品,其为所述的热固性轻质复合材料板材成型的产品。
相较于现有技术,本发明的热固性轻质复合材料板材、制作方法及其相应的产品,通过使用含有空心玻璃微珠的热固性树脂层作为中间层,并在中间层两表层使用纤维层,具有以下技术效果:
1、使用含有空心玻璃微珠的热固性树脂层作为中间层实现了复合材料的轻质减重效果,热压成型后的板材密度可以达到0.9-1.2g/cm3,减少了纤维的使用量,降低了成本。
2、在中间层两面裹覆纤维层,保持复合材料板材的高强度和高模量的性能。
3、复合材料板材中间可以使用不同厚度的中间层,达到不同的设计厚度需求,并大幅降低复合材料板材密度。
4、整个制程可以采用常规热压设备即可。
5、工艺简单,纤维层和中间层铺叠操作简单方便,可以依据需求成型不同厚度的复合材料板材。

【具体实施方式】
为对本发明的目的、技术功效及技术手段有进一步的了解,现结合附图详细说明如下。请参阅图1及图2所示,其中图1绘示为本发明热固性轻质复合材料板材制作前的示意图,图2绘示为本发明热固性轻质复合材料板材制作后的示意图。
于本实施例中,本发明的热固性轻质复合材料板材,包括:
两层纤维层10,所述纤维层10含浸热固性树脂,所述热固性树脂可为环氧树脂;
中间层20,设于两层纤维层10之间,即两层纤维层10裹覆于中间层20的两面,所述中间层20为含有空心玻璃微珠21的热固性树脂层。
其中,所述纤维层10为含浸热固性树脂的玻璃纤维、碳纤维或二者的混合,更佳的,所述纤维层10为含浸热固性树脂单向或编制的碳纤维,保留碳纤维纹路的同时,最大化增强板材的强度。
其中,所述空心玻璃微珠21的粒径为0.03-0.15mm,堆积密度为0.3-0.4g/cm3,由此抗压强度可达至10-125MPa,辅助强化板材的强度。
其中,所述纤维层10含浸的热固性树脂和中间层20的热固性树脂为相同树脂,例如都可为环氧树脂,因相同树脂物性相同,方便后续加工;当然并不限于此,根据实际需求二者也可为不同热固性树脂。
本发明还提供一种热固性轻质复合材料板材的制作方法,用于制作所述热固性轻质复合材料板材,所述制作方法包括以下步骤:
请参阅图1,依序铺叠纤维层10和中间层20,即先铺一层纤维层10,在纤维层10上铺叠中间层20,然后再在中间层20上铺叠纤维层10,所述纤维层10和中间层20的厚度和强度可根据需求设置;
通过热压机对热压模具升温,温度可依纤维层10和中间层20所用的热固性树脂的物性而定;
将铺叠好的纤维层10和中间层20放入热压模具中定位;
热压模具合模加压保温,压合所述纤维层10和中间层20,使其成为一体,请参阅图2;
热压模具冷却,开模取出成型的复合材料板材。
其中,所述热压模具升温到140-170℃。
其中,所述热压模具加压保温的时间为10-20分钟。
其中,所述热压模具冷却至25-65℃时开模。
下面以环氧树脂进行复合材料板材热压成型为例详细说明如下:
将含浸环氧树脂的碳纤维层、含有空心玻璃微珠21的环氧树脂层裁切呈1米×1米的尺寸,所述碳纤维层的纤维纱束中单丝数量为3000根;依照碳纤维层、含有空心玻璃微珠21的环氧树脂层及碳纤维层的顺序铺叠,其中各叠层对应的厚度分别为0.2mm(碳纤维层)、0.9mm(中间层20)及0.2mm(碳纤维层);将热压模具升温到150-160℃;将铺叠好的叠层送入热压模具中并定位;热压模具合模加压,在150-160℃的温度下恒温保持15分钟热压成型板材;热压模具冷却,冷却至30-60℃时开模,取出成型后的复合材料板材;一个循环结束,开启下一个循环。经测试,所成型的复合材料板材密度为0.97g/cm3。
另外,本发明还提供一种产品,其为所述的热固性轻质复合材料板材成型的产品,所述产品可应用于军工、飞机、汽车、风电等中,也可以用于笔记本电脑、平板笔记本、便携式电话、便携式信息终端或相机等电子电气设备、信息设备的外壳中。
综上所述,本发明的热固性轻质复合材料板材、制作方法及其相应的产品,通过使用含有空心玻璃微珠的热固性树脂层作为中间层20,并在中间层20两表层使用纤维层10,具有以下技术效果:
1、使用含有空心玻璃微珠的热固性树脂层作为中间层20实现了复合材料的轻质减重效果,热压成型后的板材密度可以达到0.9-1.2g/cm3,减少了纤维的使用量,降低了成本。
2、在中间层20两表层使用纤维层10,保持复合材料板材的高强度和高模量的性能。
3、复合材料板材中间可以使用不同厚度的中间层20,达到不同的设计厚度需求,并大幅降低复合材料板材密度。
4、整个制程可以采用常规热压设备即可。
5、工艺简单,纤维层10和中间层20铺叠操作简单方便,可以依据需求成型不同厚度的复合材料板材。
Claims (10)
1.一种热固性轻质复合材料板材,其特征在于,包括:
两层纤维层,所述纤维层含浸热固性树脂;
中间层,设于两层纤维层之间,所述中间层为含有空心玻璃微珠的热固性树脂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热固性轻质复合材料板材,其特征在于,所述纤维层为含浸热固性树脂的玻璃纤维、碳纤维或二者的混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热固性轻质复合材料板材,其特征在于,所述纤维层为含浸热固性树脂单向或编制的碳纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热固性轻质复合材料板材,其特征在于,所述空心玻璃微珠的粒径为0.03-0.15mm,堆积密度为0.3-0.4g/cm3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热固性轻质复合材料板材,其特征在于,所述纤维层含浸的热固性树脂和中间层的热固性树脂为相同树脂。
6.一种热固性轻质复合材料板材的制作方法,用于制作权利要求1至5中任一项所述的热固性轻质复合材料板材,其特征在于,所述制作方法包括以下步骤:
依序铺叠纤维层和中间层;
热压模具升温;
将铺叠好的纤维层和中间层放入热压模具中定位;
热压模具合模加压保温,压合所述纤维层和中间层;
热压模具冷却,开模取出成型的复合材料板材。
7.根据权利要求6所述的热固性轻质复合材料板材的制作方法,其特征在于,所述热压模具升温到140-170℃。
8.根据权利要求6所述的热固性轻质复合材料板材的制作方法,其特征在于,所述热压模具加压保温的时间为10-20分钟。
9.根据权利要求6所述的热固性轻质复合材料板材的制作方法,其特征在于,所述热压模具冷却至25-65℃时开模。
10.一种产品,其特征在于,所述产品为权利要求1至5中任一项所述的热固性轻质复合材料板材成型的产品。
