A safety frame hydraulic machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cleaning mechanism (14) comprises a fixed box (1401), a through pipe (1402), a first filter screen plate (1403), a second filter screen plate (1404), a feed inlet (1405), a connecting pipe (1406), a high-pressure air pump (1407), an air gun (1408), a locking pin (1409), a miniature hydraulic oil cylinder (1410) and an air tap (1411), wherein the through pipe (1402) is arranged inside the fixed box (1401), the first filter screen plate (1403) is arranged inside the through pipe (1402), the second filter screen plate (1404) is arranged above the first filter screen plate (1403), the feed inlet (1405) is arranged above the through pipe (1402), the connecting pipe (1406) is arranged above the fixed box (1401), the high-pressure air pump (1407) is arranged in the middle of the connecting pipe (1406), the air gun (1408) is arranged above the connecting pipe (1406), and the locking pin (1409) penetrates through the upper side of the air gun (1408), a miniature hydraulic oil cylinder (1410) is mounted above one side of the air gun (1408), and an air tap (1411) is mounted below one side of the air gun (1408).
