Technical Field

Background
The high-speed turntable is one of main devices for processing aluminum materials and other soft metals in the machine tool industry and is also an important test device for aviation and aerospace enterprises, so that the high-speed turntable plays a vital role in national production. However, the current high-speed turntable is limited by the structure and is greatly limited in use.
Firstly, the processing and manufacturing of the rotary table at the present stage cannot achieve complete quality symmetry, when the use rotating speed of the rotary table is very high, the centrifugal force generated by the rotary table per se is very large, the damage to the bearing of the rotary table is also very large, and therefore the working rotating speed and the service life of the rotary table are seriously influenced.
Secondly, the mass distribution requirement on the workpiece is strict, the mass center of the workpiece cannot deviate from the rotation center of the rotary table too much, and when the deviation is large, a large centrifugal force can be generated.
Finally, the clamping and positioning requirements on the workpiece are strict, and if a large unbalance load is generated in the clamping process, a large centrifugal force is also generated.
In summary, for the above reasons, the rotation speed cannot be increased during the use of the high-speed turntable; the bearing is used as a key part bearing of the rotary table and is easy to fatigue and lose efficacy; the clamping and positioning of the workpiece cannot generate large unbalance loading. These adverse factors severely affect the requirements of aluminum processing for high speed turntables.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a high-speed self-balancing rotary table, aiming at solving the serious problems that the conventional high-speed rotary table cannot reach high rotating speed, a bearing is easy to fatigue damage, cannot bear larger unbalance load, has strict requirements on clamping and positioning and the like.
The invention mainly comprises a liquid filling workbench, a gear ring, a base, a central spindle, a transmission shaft, a thrust bearing, a radial bearing, a gear, a bevel gear, an oil plug and a driving motor assembly, wherein the liquid filling workbench is of a concave structure, a cavity is arranged in the liquid filling workbench, balanced oil is filled in the cavity, the oil plug is arranged on the side surface of the cavity of the liquid filling workbench, and a workpiece mounting hole is formed in the liquid filling workbench; the central main shaft is fixed on the center of the base, and the liquid filling workbench is arranged on the base; the thrust bearing A seat ring is arranged in a central concave body of the liquid filling workbench, a shaft ring of the thrust bearing A is arranged at the upper part of a central main shaft, and the thrust bearing A presses the liquid filling workbench on the base through a gland; the radial bearing A is arranged below the thrust bearing A, the inner ring of the radial bearing A is arranged on the central spindle, and the outer ring of the radial bearing A is arranged on the liquid filling workbench; the thrust bearing B is arranged on the outer side of the radial bearing, a shaft ring of the thrust bearing B is arranged on the liquid filling workbench, and a seat ring is arranged on the base; the gear ring is fixed below the liquid filling workbench; the transmission shaft is vertically arranged on one side in the base through a radial bearing B and a radial bearing C, the radial bearing B is arranged on the upper part of the transmission shaft, the radial bearing C is arranged at the bottom of the transmission shaft, and outer rings of the radial bearing B and the radial bearing C are arranged on the base; the gear and the bevel gear are arranged on the transmission shaft through keys, the bevel gear is arranged below the radial bearing B, the gear is arranged above the radial bearing B, and the gear is meshed with the gear ring; the driving motor is fixed on the outer side of the base, and an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the bevel gear key; oil in the liquid filling workbench is adjusted through an oil plug, and the base and the central spindle are provided with lubricating oil holes of each bearing pair.
The driving motor drives the transmission shaft to do rotary motion through the bevel gear, and the transmission shaft drives the liquid filling workbench to do high-speed rotary motion on the base around the central spindle through the gear and the gear ring. When the rotary table works, firstly, a workpiece is clamped on the liquid filling workbench through the tooling fixture; secondly, connecting a lubricating oil pipeline, and performing liquid lubrication on all friction pairs of the rotary table; and finally, starting a driving motor to drive the rotary table to rotate at a high speed. After the rotary table reaches the required rotating speed, oil in the liquid filling cavity of the liquid filling workbench automatically flows to a position balanced with the centripetal force, so that the center of gravity of the rotary table and the workpiece tends to the rotation center of the rotary table, and the self-balance of the rotary table is completed. When the gravity center of the workpiece is not large relative to the rotation center of the rotary table, the liquid filling amount of the liquid filling workbench is reduced by calculating the weight and the centrifugal force of the workpiece, so that the load can be reduced, and the purpose of energy conservation is achieved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the unbalanced force generated by the rotary table and the workpiece at a high speed can be automatically balanced, and manual operation and any redundant devices are not needed for monitoring and adjusting.
2. The centrifugal force generated by the rotary table and the workpiece at high speed is balanced, so that the bearable rotating speed can be higher than that of a common high-speed rotary table.
3. Since the centrifugal forces are balanced, the service life of the bearing is increased.
4. According to the principle of liquid-filled rigid body self-rotation stability, the oil in the liquid-filled cavity of the workbench automatically adjusts the mass centers of the turntable and the workpiece, so that the bearable unbalance loading capability is stronger.
5. The range of the centrifugal force which can be balanced is large, and the types of the covered workpieces are various.
6. The operation and maintenance are convenient, and the requirement of aluminum processing and the like on the high rotating speed of the rotary table is completely met.
