Background
In the dry-method sheet pulling process of the secondary battery positive plate, the thickness of the plate and the uniformity of the powder feeding amount are controlled by a scraper of a powder discharging box. As shown in fig. 1, the existing positive plate dry tab device has the following defects: firstly, the scrapers 1 'and 2' are in a whole strip shape, and the middle of the scrapers is easy to wear; secondly, the middle of a brush in the powder brushing box is easy to wear; thirdly, the rolling position of the double-roller machine is easy to wear after long-term rolling. Referring to fig. 2 to 4, an embodiment of the invention provides a dry tab device for a positive electrode plate of a secondary battery, which includes a first scraper module, a second scraper module and a fine adjustment device, wherein the first scraper module and the second scraper module are arranged oppositely, the first scraper module includes a first scraper 1, and the second scraper module includes a plurality of second scrapers 2 arranged closely; the fine adjustment means is connected to the plurality of second blades 2, and is configured to be able to independently adjust the advance and retreat of each of the plurality of second blades 2 with respect to the first blade 1. For optimal effect, the second doctor blade 2 is tightly connected to the positioning strip 8 by means of a spring 9.
