The liquid storage tank 12 is further provided with a telescopic hanging frame for fixing the drainage tube 11, the telescopic hanging frame is arranged in the placing groove 128 of the liquid storage tank 12, a shaping hose 129 is arranged in the telescopic hanging frame, and the shaping hose 129 can stretch and erect the drainage tube 11.
