the support rod is a bendable and shapeable support rod, wherein the support rod can be made of a metal shaping hose, elastic plastic with bendability or other materials with elasticity, a rubber hose or a silica gel hose can be wrapped on the outer layer of the metal shaping hose which can be bent and shaped at will, the rubber hose or the silica gel hose has better touch feeling and large surface friction, the drainage tube is more favorably fixed, meanwhile, the metal shaping hose can be prevented from rusting, the support rod can be twisted and bent at will, and the height and the angle of the support rod can be adjusted and changed according to the position of a patient and the position relation of the drainage device;
the front end of the puncture needle head is divided into three parts, and the three parts comprise drainage cavities which penetrate through two ends of the puncture needle head; the imaging cavity is isolated from the drainage cavity, is fixed at a first side wall opening of the side wall of the puncture needle head, and is communicated with the outside of the puncture needle head through the inside of the imaging cavity of the first side wall opening, and the injection cavity penetrates through a needle port at the front end of the puncture needle head and a second side wall opening on the side wall of the puncture needle head; a branch pipe is reserved on the opening of the second side wall of the injection cavity, and a branch pipe joint is arranged at the tail end of the branch pipe;
the puncture needle head has two functions of injection and drainage, so that the phenomenon that a single-channel abdominal cavity drainage tube is reset and the skin is punctured again when being used clinically is avoided, the clinical operation and the infection chance of a patient are reduced, the injection cavity and the drainage cavity are isolated from each other and can work independently at the same time, the defect that when medicine is injected after drainage is completed on a structure of a double-cannula for washing and draining the abdominal cavity, drainage solution at the front end of the drainage tube can be injected into the body is avoided, and the abdominal cavity infection caused by backflow of the drainage solution is effectively prevented;
the front end of the puncture needle head is arranged in the abdominal cavity of a patient, the branch pipe and the branch pipe joint of the puncture needle head are positioned outside the abdominal wall of the patient, and when medicine or cleaning fluid is injected, the injection needle head is inserted into the branch pipe joint to inject the injection fluid into the branch pipe through the branch pipe joint and then into the abdominal cavity of the patient;
the interior of the puncture needle head is divided into three parts, including a drainage cavity 17 penetrating through two ends of the puncture needle head, a camera shooting cavity 18 which is isolated from the drainage cavity and fixed on a first side wall opening of the side wall of the puncture needle head and is communicated with the outside of the puncture needle head through the inside of the camera shooting cavity, and an injection cavity 16 penetrating through a needle opening at the front end of the puncture needle head and a second side wall opening on the side wall of the puncture needle head;
the camera shooting cavity is in seamless connection with the opening of the first side wall, a miniature camera is arranged at the front end of the camera shooting cavity in the puncture needle head, and the miniature camera is used for shooting images in the camera shooting cavity;
the front end of the camera module of the puncture needle head which can be inserted into an abdominal cavity is also provided with an optical fiber with an illumination abdominal cavity, the camera module in the puncture needle head body is of a double-tube structure consisting of the camera cavity and the optical fiber, one part of the optical fiber is arranged in the camera cavity, the other part of the optical fiber is arranged outside the camera cavity, a plurality of optical fibers for illumination in the abdominal cavity are arranged between the camera cavity and the micro camera, and light emitted in the optical fiber irradiates into the abdominal cavity from the front end part of the puncture needle head in a cylindrical shape;
the LED lamp is connected with one end of the optical fiber and is arranged outside the puncture needle head body, one end of the miniature camera and one end of the optical fiber are positioned at the front end of the camera cavity, and the other end of the processing module, the power supply, the LED lamp and the other end of the optical fiber are arranged outside the camera cavity and the opening of the first side wall;
the miniature camera is connected with the processing module through a wire, and the image information in the abdominal cavity can be transmitted to the external processing module through the wire led out from the first side wall opening, wherein the processing module comprises a receiving part, a transmitting part and a receiving part;
the LED lamp is arranged at the tail end of the optical fiber of the camera module and is positioned outside the puncture needle body, light emitted by the LED lamp is guided into the optical fiber and is irradiated out from the front end of the camera module, and the LED lamp is connected with a power supply;
the light supplied by the LED lamp irradiates into the abdominal cavity, the image in the abdominal cavity is shot by the lens of the miniature camera, and the image shot by the lens of the miniature camera is output to the external processing module through a lead;
the receiving part receives the pictures of the miniature camera and sends the pictures to the processing part, the processing part processes the images in the abdominal cavity and transmits the images to the display module through the transmission part, the image transmission part wirelessly sends the picture information to the display module, and the wireless sending is completed through Bluetooth and electric wave or infrared light media used by a wireless local area network;
the puncture needle head is inserted into the abdominal cavity, the image in the abdominal cavity shot by the camera module appears on the display module, the doctor can better control the depth and the position of the puncture needle head according to the condition in the abdominal cavity, and the drainage efficiency and the safety in the drainage process are effectively improved.

the miniature camera is connected with the processing module through a wire, and the image information in the abdominal cavity can be transmitted to the external processing module through the wire led out from the first side wall opening, wherein the processing module comprises a receiving part, a transmitting part and a receiving part;
the LED lamp is arranged at the tail end of the optical fiber of the camera module and is positioned outside the puncture needle body, light emitted by the LED lamp is guided into the optical fiber and is irradiated out from the front end of the camera module, and the LED lamp is connected with a power supply;
the light supplied by the LED lamp irradiates into the abdominal cavity, the image in the abdominal cavity is shot by the lens of the miniature camera, and the image shot by the lens of the miniature camera is output to the external processing module through a lead;
the receiving part receives the pictures of the miniature camera and sends the pictures to the processing part, the processing part processes the images in the abdominal cavity and transmits the images to the display module through the transmission part, the image transmission part wirelessly sends the picture information to the display module, and the wireless sending is completed through Bluetooth and electric wave or infrared light media used by a wireless local area network;
the puncture needle head is inserted into the abdominal cavity, the image in the abdominal cavity shot by the camera module appears on the display module, and a doctor can better control the depth and the position of the puncture needle head according to the condition in the abdominal cavity, so that the drainage efficiency and the safety in the drainage process are effectively improved;
the drainage speed is determined according to the weight change of the drainage solution, the weight and the speed of the drainage solution are transmitted to the display screen, medical staff can intuitively know the volume of the drainage liquid and the drainage speed according to data on the display screen, and in the drainage process, the accidental condition of the drainage tube during blockage and/or bending can be timely discovered by the unchanged weight and the abnormal drainage speed;
the bottom of the right cavity is provided with a weight measuring device, the vacuum negative pressure bottle is in contact with a weighing support pad, before drainage is carried out, the drainage device is installed and fixed, the drainage tube connected with the vacuum negative pressure bottle is fixed on a top plate of the right cavity through the L-shaped open slot, the vacuum negative pressure bottle is placed on the weighing support pad, and a peeling key is pressed after a weighing numerical value is stable;
when drainage is started, the weight measuring device weighs the weight of the solution in the vacuum bottle, weight information is transmitted to a data processor of the processing device, the data processor calculates drainage speed and drainage acceleration through combination of data in a data storage of the processing device and the weight information, and sends the calculated drainage speed to a display device, wherein the display device is used for displaying a weighing result, and the drainage speed calculated by the processor and an alarm symbol of drainage abnormity are obtained;
in this embodiment, the weight measuring device is an existing weight sensor, the data storage device is an existing chip for storing data, the data processor is a computing structure for computing the collected values according to a set formula in the prior art, and the display device is a common LED screen including a television, a computer, and/or an LED screen of a mobile terminal;
when the drainage speed is too high, the patient is easy to have hypovolemia, renal injury and/or complications of circulatory dysfunction after a large amount of ascites are discharged, even hepatic encephalopathy can occur, the too low drainage speed can be caused by blockage and/or bending of the drainage tube, and the intelligent ascites drainage device is also provided with an alarm module;
when the drainage speed is higher than the highest value preset in the processing device and lower than the lowest value preset in the processing device, the processing device sends an execution instruction to a display device, and the display device generates a corresponding warning symbol until a warning state is eliminated;
meanwhile, when the drainage speed changes, namely the drainage acceleration value exceeds the acceleration threshold value, the processing device can send an execution instruction to the display device, and the display device generates an alarm symbol indicating that the drainage speed changes too much to remind medical staff of paying attention.

Claims (6)
1. An intelligent ascites drainage device capable of observing the drainage speed and the inside of an abdominal cavity comprises a puncture needle head, a drainage tube, a vacuum negative pressure bottle and a fixing box, wherein the puncture needle head is connected with the drainage tube through a locking disc, the other end of the drainage tube penetrates through a bottle cap of the vacuum negative pressure bottle to be connected with the vacuum negative pressure bottle, and the vacuum negative pressure bottle is placed in the fixing box;
the drainage tube is characterized in that a control valve capable of adjusting and controlling the drainage speed is arranged on the drainage tube;
the lower port of the drainage tube is connected with a backflow prevention valve, and the backflow prevention valve is inserted into the negative pressure bottle along with the drainage tube from the bottle mouth cover;
the intelligent ascites drainage device also comprises a recording module for measuring and displaying the weight and the flow rate of the drainage solution, a camera module for observing the inside of the abdominal cavity and a supporting module for fixing the drainage tube.
2. The intelligent ascites conduction device according to claim 1, wherein the inside of said fixed box is divided into a left chamber and a right chamber by a partition plate, wherein the top of said left chamber is open, said right chamber is open opposite to said partition plate, the end of the top plate of the right chamber not connected with the side plate has an L-shaped open slot, and said drainage tube connected with said vacuum negative pressure bottle is fixed in said right chamber through said L-shaped open slot.
3. The intelligent ascites drainage apparatus of any one of the preceding claims wherein the interior of the puncture needle comprises drainage lumens through both ends of the puncture needle, a camera lumen through the puncture needle front port and a first sidewall opening on the puncture needle sidewall, and an injection lumen through the puncture needle front port and a second sidewall opening on the puncture needle sidewall, wherein the drainage lumens, the camera lumen and the injection lumen are isolated from each other.
4. The intelligent ascites drainage device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein said recording module comprises a weight measuring device placed on the bottom panel of said right chamber, a processing device receiving the measured values of said weight measuring device and calculating the collected values according to a set formula, and a display device displaying the measured values of said weight measuring device and the flow rate values calculated by said processing device.
5. The intelligent ascites drainage device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the camera module comprises a micro camera at the front end of the camera chamber, an LED lamp providing a light source, an optical fiber with one end connected to the LED lamp transmitting light to the other end irradiating the inside of the abdominal cavity, a processing module receiving and transmitting the image of the micro camera and a display module receiving and displaying the image from the processing module.
6. The intelligent ascites drainage apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the support module comprises a support bar and a plurality of fixing clips installed on the support bar for fixing the drainage tube, one end of the support bar is fixed on the inner wall of the left chamber by a fixing element, wherein the support bar can be bent and shaped freely.
