Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药洗液，中药洗液的组成及配比包括虎杖10‑30g、土茯苓10‑20g、滑石块20‑40g、生甘草1‑8g、白鲜皮10‑24g和蛇床子6‑17g。本发明采用上述一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药洗液，疗效好、毒副作用低。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，特别是涉及一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药洗液。
背景技术
皮肤瘙痒症是一种无原发皮损的慢性皮肤病，可由某些疾病、药物、寒冷、毛织品过敏等刺激而发生，其主要表现为皮肤瘙痒，可为局部性或全身性。它是包括过敏性皮炎在内的皮肤炎性疾病的重要症状之一。
人群中很多瘙痒症无明显病因，致痒原性质的物质不明确，使皮肤瘙痒症的病因病理过程变得较为复杂，给皮肤瘙痒症临床防治带来了较大的难度。
现在临床使用的防治皮肤湿疹和瘙痒症的药物虽然较多，但多数有一定的毒副作用。如激素类药肤轻松，滥用后可降低皮肤的抗病能力，凡真菌引起的手癣、足癣、体癣、癣以及化脓性细菌引起的毛囊炎、疖肿、脓疤疮等，用肤轻松治疗可能使病灶扩大，病情加重。长期使用肤轻松会使表皮组织变薄，皮肤弹性减弱，失去皮纹或肤色变浅；有时还会促使皮肤干燥或鱼鳞病样改变，也可引起皮肤色素异常和多毛。此外，临床上还常采用扑尔敏等抗过敏药治疗皮肤瘙痒症，但服药后可发生口干、嗜睡等现象。而现有技术中用于治疗湿疹和瘙痒症的大量中药制剂，多存在疗效不佳、易复发、疗程长、治疗成本偏高等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药洗液，疗效好、毒副作用低。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药洗液，中药洗液的组成及配比包括虎杖10-30g、土茯苓10-20g、滑石块20-40g、生甘草1-8g、白鲜皮10-24g和蛇床子6-17g。
优选的，中药洗液的组成及配比包括虎杖11g、土茯苓10g、滑石块24g、生甘草3g、白鲜皮13g和蛇床子8g。
优选的，中药洗液的组成及配比包括虎杖27g、土茯苓17g、滑石块36g、生甘草7g、白鲜皮19g和蛇床子16g。
优选的，中药洗液的组成及配比包括虎杖15g、土茯苓15g、滑石块30g、生甘草5g、白鲜皮15g和蛇床子10g。
优选的，中药洗液适用于湿热体质的人群。
一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药洗液使用方法，称取各组分中药后，加入清水，进行煮水后收集液体，直接外洗即可。
优选的，将煮水用纸巾浸透后，敷在病灶处，每次20分钟。
因此，本发明采用上述一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药洗液，疗效好、毒副作用低。
本发明的中药洗液以中医皮肤性病学、中医药学、中医经络学论为基础，设定以清热祛湿解毒为主，方中以虎杖、畅通脉络，濡润血液，清祛血浊，清血解毒；土茯苓、白鲜皮、滑石块消肿止痒，康复皮肤；滑石块、生甘草利下焦湿热，排祛热毒；蛇床子燥湿，祛风；生甘草解毒调和药性。全方药效君臣佐使，相须配合，正彻病机，预防和医治因湿热血燥，肺络欠畅，脉络不和，全身瘙痒等方面的各类型急、慢性皮肤疾病，疗效稳定可靠。
下面通过实施例，对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施方式做进一步的说明。
一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药洗液，中药洗液的组成及配比包括虎杖10-30g、土茯苓10-20g、滑石块20-40g、生甘草1-8g、白鲜皮10-24g和蛇床子6-17g。
中药洗液适用于湿热体质的人群。
一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药洗液使用方法，称取各组分中药后，加入清水，进行煮水后收集液体，直接外洗即可。
将煮水用纸巾浸透后，敷在病灶处，每次20分钟。
实施例一
中药洗液的组成及配比包括虎杖11g、土茯苓10g、滑石块24g、生甘草3g、白鲜皮13g和蛇床子8g。
实施例二
中药洗液的组成及配比包括虎杖27g、土茯苓17g、滑石块36g、生甘草7g、白鲜皮19g和蛇床子16g。
实施例三
中药洗液的组成及配比包括虎杖15g、土茯苓15g、滑石块30g、生甘草5g、白鲜皮15g和蛇床子10g。
本发明中药洗液治疗皮肤湿疹瘙痒的临床观察
(1)样本
针对临床100例具有皮肤瘙痒、湿疹的患者进行治疗观察。
(2)评价标准
治愈：原有症状消失；
显效：原有症状部分消失；
好转：原有病情有所减轻；
无效：症状体征无变化。
(3)试验方法
取实施例三制得的洗液针对患病病灶处进行涂抹，使用2周后观察。
(4)试验结果
治愈94例，显效4例，好转2例，无效0例，治愈率为94％。
此处需要注意的是，治愈为临床治愈，即半年或一年内没有再次发作。
毒副作用：在治疗结束后，复查血尿常规、大便、心、肝和肾功能未发现异常改变。3个月后对上述病例进行回访，无复发患者。
因此，本发明采用上述一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药洗液，疗效好、毒副作用低。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进，这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药洗液，其特征在于，中药洗液的组成及配比包括虎杖10-30g、土茯苓10-20g、滑石块20-40g、生甘草1-8g、白鲜皮10-24g和蛇床子6-17g。
