6. The electric massager of claim 5, wherein: the transmission gear set comprises a third gear, and the third gear is matched with the first gear; one end of the second gear is matched with the third gear, and the other end of the second gear is matched with the worm.
7. The electric massager of claim 6, wherein: the third gear is a duplicate gear, one side of the duplicate gear is matched with the first gear, and the other side of the duplicate gear is matched with the second gear.
8. The electric massager of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the device also comprises a controller and a detection positioning device for detecting the position of the cylinder body, wherein the detection positioning device and the driving device are electrically connected with the controller.
9. The electric massager of claim 8, wherein: the detection positioning device is a Hall sensor and is arranged on one side of the barrel, and a magnet is arranged on the position, corresponding to the Hall sensor, of the barrel.
