In some embodiments of the present invention, the third gear 440 is a dual gear, one side of which is engaged with the first gear 420 and the other side of which is engaged with the second gear 430. By providing the third gear 440 as a duplicate gear, the number of transmission stages of the transmission gear set can be increased, and the number of teeth of the first gear 420, the second gear 430, and the third gear 440 can be further reduced under the condition that the transmission ratio is the same, so that the diameters of the first gear 420, the second gear 430, and the third gear 440 are reduced, and further space is saved. Specifically, the number of teeth of the first gear 420 is greater than that of the upper portion with which the third gear 440 is engaged, and the number of teeth of the second gear 430 is less than that of the lower portion with which the third gear 440 is engaged; so that a total of three reduction gears are performed from the worm 450 to the first gear 420.
